They had everything I needed to make Jaternice! Pork livers, pork snouts, pork skins and pork hearts! They even had the deli head cheese and souse! As I was waiting for them to slice the deli stuff I browsed their assortment and saw they had frog legs, crawfish, muscles, they even had beef bones and natural casings for sausage! The products are great quality and they have local products from Kansas as well. The butcher was very helpful and very informative! Im so glad I found this place!!

I went in today to get some steaks and porkchops. Tonight I made the ribeye and it was delicious. I always buy their relish and this time I made their relish dip recipe. I ate too many chips and dip tonight and will make it again in the future. Also, I recommend the flat iron steaks here. They are my favorite.

Went there for the first time a few weeks back. Everyone was friendly, they have a great selection of meat cuts, jerky, snack sticks, cheeses, etc., and mostly reasonable prices. I also appreciated that all the employees were wearing masks.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I come to specialty shops like these to be able to buy the cuts that I want. The woman who helped me didnt listen, was disinterested in what I was trying to buy, and was generally unpleasant. In fairness, Ive bought some very nice cuts there, but I dont like buying out of the freezer. If you dont have it or dont want to cut it, take down the sign on the back wall, and I wont drive two hours to get disappointed.

Finally i found Rhubard (only) pie for my roommates birthday! The only request she had.So for the first time ive ever visited this establiahment and instead of 1 pie I bought 2!( the other being a peach pie).Absolutely fabulous! I will return(soon!)

Awesome cuts of steaks and other meat products. Its the only store I go to to buy filet mignon and hot dogs made out of pork, water, beef. For the younger generation, true hot dogs never contained mechanical separated chicken and/or turkey. But that is what you get at the grocery store. PWB Franks are how dogs use to be made, with excellent cuts of pork and beef.
