The ladies in there today were absolutely wonderful. Smiles and jokes and laughter, even with it being busy and truck day.

Never seems to have what Im looking for. Staff is helpful just stock and variety isnt what it used to be.

This is one of our favorite places to shop! Im so fortunate that I get to quilt with my Mom! I love the time that we get to spend picking out our material and sewing together!! Not sure what it is about JoAnns but its always frustrating to shop there.

Tons of workers compared to customers yet still couldnt get help when asked a question treated like i wasnt worth time or effort.

I love this store! They have a little bit of everything, and a whole lot of fabric! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because, of their staffing issues. The staff is usually friendly, but short on Supply.

Nice inventory, clean, organized, and friendly employees. I had taken an online coupon with me for a specific item but it was already on sale 50% off. Found a couple of neat signs for the porch area too that I initially wasnt looking for but for the price, couldnt pass up, Did I mention how nice the employees were? I sometimes get ignored being an older male at similar places but that certainly wasnt the case here; thank you!

I have been to this store on several different occasions and i can not believe how HORRIBLE the customer service is. I wish this was only one bad expirence but its not everytime i come into this store its a bad visit.I approached a worker about a peticular seasonal item thats been in there ad i and the MANAGER stated that whats on the shelf is all that is available we may have some in the back but the truck has not been unloaded and she didnt know when they would have time to get the product out i then said okay i understand but can you tell me if you will have these piticular items what we get is what we get i have no idea and i said okay well i am very impressed with your deco mesh and would like to purchase more if you get it in. The manager then told me Well i cant order anything what we get it what we get so maybe if you buy more we will get more in the rudest tone. I just couldnt believe how rude she was. I have had many other trips to this same store and she is just always so rude she never says thank you and is never willing to help!

I find Joann’s a little pricy. There is typically one cashier working and that’s at the fabric area. The positive is that they offer different items than the other craft stores in town.
