PLEASE READ!It’s been 3 days since I had my car’s windshield replaced. As soon as I got the car, it rained. Too scared to check if my windshield is still there. After all the terrible reviews I’ve read here, it made me feel uneasy to do business with Safelite.I still gave them a chance. I care about the QUALITY.According to the text message, Autumn was my technician. This one is for you. I appreciate your work with the car!technicians are one of the underrated jobs. They purposefully ignore your calls and track your number so that you cant reach them regarding a shotty job. Terrible customer service, scam, they installed my window wrong and it opens downard not out. Also I removed and cleaned up all of my glass and then they didnt even remove the few pieces still attached to the car. They installed the new window over the broken glass. They charged $300 to the guy who broke my window. Now Ill have to get my car back in to get fixed.

Expensive. Guy who replaced passenger window abrupt, almost rude. They vaccumed car but missed a lot of larger pieces of glass done in about an hour but I wouldve preferred more time taken on detail work. Labor was $70 alone. New window great.

Great service and good people in general and its hard to find that with people who are in the community today.

Called them about my windshield. After getting my insurance info, had me wait a minute and they contacted and made all the arrangements. Showed up for appt and done in less than an hour. Smooth transaction all the way around

Ive had them change windshields on my truck before. Unfortunately I I drive an 18 wheeler they dont have room for it I their shop. Couldnt do my repair this time. Temp was to cold outside. Glue wouldnt have set

Actually I went to the Sonic next door, but 3 years ago they replaced a windshield for me and I highly recommend them!

Cant call to talk to anyone and the online quote for one little chip was like $140

Scheduled a Windshield Replacement for 2014 Nissan Titan pickup. Everything went well with the install and the window fit seemed good and the Safelite team did get the job done on schedule. However after I picked up the truck and drove it home I noticed that the Plastic Trim(Base of the Windshield exterior) on the Truck was loose and it wasnt this way when I dropped off the truck. Discovered that the attachment point(clips) were broken. Unfortunately, the dealer did not admit to breaking the clips. For me this is a major integrity issue. Claimed that they were broken when they started and that whomever installed the previous windshield broke them. When I pointed out that they had changed the last windshield 2 years ago. Then and only then did they agree to replace the broken trim parts. However, I have yet to receive the replacement parts a month later.

Just discovered the drivers side windshield molding completely missing from my vehicle after having a new windshield installed. Since it is a Friday night I will give them 1 star for now. If they handle the situation correctly (since the trim was there when I dropped it off) I might write another review. We will see.

Great job of repairing our windshield in a short amount of time.

Brought in my Porsche knowing full well it might not be the easiest. Although I was able to get in within a day the glass they received from their supplier was for a like model but with some extra features. The manager had a solution presented which was basically just an adjustment of my mirror up about an inch, or an option to leave it over night to be completed with the precise replacement the next day. He was very clear as he explained this was the ONLY difference but that it was completely up to me. He was very up front with me and presented my options. I opted to replace it same day. And while it took a little longer, they worked until after closing time to make it right, and offered upfront the price adjustment for the difference in glass and the increase in time spent waiting. Not how I wanted to spend an entire afternoon, sure, but these things happen and I firmly believe its how a team handles the unexpected and unfavorable that sets them apart .This team made an afternoon that could have been nightmarish into an afternoon that was simply kind of long .Not easy to do when youre talking Porsche repairs. :) .5 stars. And thank you .

Had my driver window off track and they fixed it, now I notice a lot of rattling in my door and not even 2 years later it’s off track again!

Selected this company online and made an appointment tried calling the following day to double check appointment time and ask a question. Call center took close to 20 minutes of wait on hold time before I could speak to the people that were actually going to do the work. I finally spoke to a Tony in Salina and boy, he was rude, raising his voice, made me feel incompetent, Tony provided the absolute worst experience Ive ever had on trying to simply set up an appointment to replace a back windshield. I would not recommend this place whatsoever!

They work wonders...but I would wait till you have multiple chips on your windshield before heading in to get them fixed since they only charge one fee to fix all chips. I usually put clear tape over chips to kinda prevent them from spidering out.

Had a scheduled service for a windshield replacement 8/29, Tony the tech said he didnt have the rubber seal that goes around windshield on my semi truck and refused to complete the job.Complete waste of my time.

Not customer-oriented company. Does not go an extra mile for their service. Customer support is horrible. Company sided service. Called safeglass for my windshield replacement but the manager is not being helpful at all.He sounded like he is a boss to his cistomers. A hey if you dont want to, then dont make business with us kind of approach.

Rude counter person and they ran out of plastic for the crash wrap. How do they do that?
