L+F did an amazing job with my engagement party! They produced a dessert table that fit perfectly with the theme and colors and was more than enough for my 100 person party. Guests are still raving about how good everything was and my party was a year ago! They also delivered and set up/ broke down everything. I cant wait to use her for my wedding!I cant say enough good things about Jaime. She is INCREDIBLE! Self taught, one woman show, she literally does everything from creating social media content, to administrative work that comes with owning a business to actually baking and decorating all the desserts herself. Ive noticed a number of people complain about response times, and to those people, I ask you to think about single- handedly running a business that has grown exponentially in a small amount of time. She is trying her best to keep up with the demand, and of course she is still human. No one is perfect, and mistakes are made from time to time. If you are able to have a little patience with a small business like Love + Flour, I PROMISE it is so worth it!!

I drove over an hour round trip just to pickup some treats for Valentine’s Day. I have always enjoyed anything that I have purchased from Love and flour and the cupcakes I bought did not disappoint. I bought four different flavors, each one having filling inside. My husband (who isn’t big on sweets) was so impressed with how delicious his cupcake was. I have never seen him eat a dessert so fast. Thank you to the entire Love and flour team for all of your hard work!

Pretty cool bakery with good choices. The hours Google displays is wrong but we did make it on time! The lady there was very friendly and took her time to explain different flavors of cupcakes, how they also have gluten free and vegan options as well as how custom ordering works! The cupcakes we picked were very flavorful and the frosting just delicious. Well definitely be going back here soon.

Tried their cupcakes. They are smaller and also blah. Nothing special. The cupcakes are not moist very dry. Frosting is too sweet. The best cupcakes are still Georgetown on Newbury Street in Boston. Noone can compete with them.

Called to order vegan cupcakes for a baby shower. The woman I spoke with over the phone said they could do it, but I needed to go fill out their online form for a custom order and that someone would get back to me with pricing and design suggestions. I never heard anything after submitting the online form. I canceled the inquiry 48 hours before I needed the cupcakes and still heard nothing. Its 100% okay if you cant take my order at this time or fulfill what I am asking for (I understand this is a really hard time for businesses) but please be up front about it. I would have appreciated that much more than a yes, we can do it and then no response at all. Not a lot of places do vegan pastries and I was really hoping to be a long time customer if the cupcakes were good.

This week, we got one of Love and Flour’s elf kits for our daughter’s elf to bring her. Not only were the mini donuts absolutely adorable, I can’t say thank you enough for the happiness it brought my daughter when she saw them this morning. She was literally so excited and couldn’t believe Rosie had brought her a treat and that they must be from her favorite place in the North Pole. Thank you so much for bringing a little extra joy to her this holiday season in such a weird time!

I LOVE Love and Flour bakery. The Swiss meringue frosting is to DIE for. I have been multiple times to buy cupcakes and macarons! I’m going to hint to my family that I want a Love and Flour birthday cake! The frosting is silky smooth, lightly sweet, and creamy. They do a Harry Potter themed event which is so fun! Keep up the good work ladies!

I ordered a bee cake for my gender reveal. It was the most beautiful cake I’ve ever had, you can really tell how much time, love & detail go into any baked good you order from love & flour. I loved our cake that we ordered for my Daughter’s cake smash session. It was delicious, it wasn’t too sweet nor too bland, perfect balance. I just wish they were a little more responsive. I sent an email a week later for a quote and never heard back from them. I also tried to contact through Instagram with no luck.

After a year of drooling over Instagram pictures and videos of her cakes, Ive finally purchased my very own cake for my birthday weekend (as well as cookies, macaroons, cupcakes, and hot chocolate bombs)!!

I got two cakes for bday party. Everything looked delish, but I need to write an honest review, way too much buttercream and frosting. It overpowered the flavor of both cakes, no one at my party was a fan... Id say it was like 75% filling and 25% cake. Hey but If you like that taste go for it, me personally I like more cake than filling. Cupcakes are really good. I wish I could give this place 4/5 stars, but I wasted a lot of dough for both cakes and could of gone somewhere else. Sorry.

We had the absolute best time! We visited recently for the Harry Potter event!. What a gorgeous turnout and the majority of the people in line with us were happy and so excited to get to the front. I cannot say enough good things about it- and all the staff we ran into. I particularly loved that we were given updates in line. It was helpful and super appreciated and certainly not every business checks in with customers while they are in line. I will be back, and I look forward to upping my macaron game the next time they host a class.

I have been enjoys this bakeries vegan delights since my work friends have been bringing them in! The cookies and cupcakes I have tasted were great! The chocolate chip caramel cookies are addictive! I cant wait to try the cinnamon rolls i hear they are phenomenal from my Vegan friends!

The product is great but unfortunately the customer service is AWFUL! We sat down for a cake tasting 5 months ago and that was the last we heard from Jaime. We were told to send inspiration photos which we did along with the flavor we liked and never heard back. A month passed and I reached out and even stopped by the shop and still no response. The girl at the register gave me Jaimes cell I called left VM and texted again no response! This was January so no holidays or Covid for an excuse. I tried to be patient but months continued to pass without a response. Someone from the shop reached out to say a contract would be sent to us. 5 months later and still no contract. Thankfully I moved on because I couldnt have someone so unreliable for our big day!

Absolutely amazing! Jaime is such a sweetheart. The baked goods are amazing and their cold brew coffee is delicious!

I sent an email to LoveandFlour beginning April then again 5 days later with no response. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and careless. There seems to be A LOT of social media activity/posting etc, but zero response with emails. You can say you only answer emails on days XYZ which I would understand, but it has been well over 7 business days. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

Worst customer service! The owner is your typical millennial who whines and cries over every thing on social media and acts like she is above the people who have given her much success....the customers. She is not a friendly person. If you want a pretty looking cake that is dry and flavorless, this is your place. If you’d like a moist flavorful cake and decent customer service, stay far away and save your money.

Have been trying for almost 2 weeks now to put an order in for a birthday cake. I Originally called, they told me i had to send an email instead to place the order. Okay....Sent an email, got no answer for 5 days. So i went in person and was told they would check the emails and call me back. Never got a call, so i called back and they told me they would look right now and call me back with a quote or email it. Confirmed my email and phone number.Never called back and again no email. This is obviously a common issue because many others had the same exact issue with her not getting back to them. Its like she doesnt want the business or doesnt have someone to keep track of a calendar/bookings.Really bummed out, my wife really wanted a cake from here but now i have to go elsewhere.

Bought the cookie dough cake. Good customer service. The cake itself was most and had good flavor. However, the frosting had no flavor and left a greasy coating in your mouth, no one ate it. Unfortunately it was a wasted 65.00

We went there for wedding cake tasting on Saturday 1 month ago. They charge us $30. Spent like 30 minutes for consultation and they said they will send us the quote the coming Monday. We wait for 2 weeks, no email. We called and they said they will call back. No phone call. We stopped by the shop to asked, they said the ladies who make the cake wasnt in and told us to wait until next Monday for email. Its been a month now and got nothing, no phone call no email. We basically got rip. What a waste of $30. Their cakes look pretty but horrible customer service. I would not consider them for big event, will just make all the bride out there stress out more.

I was so excited to have Love & Flour do my wedding cake this summer. As a follower on social media, I loved their designs and was fully decided on them after the great things I had read. We had a cake tasting in February and were promised a cake design in the coming weeks so we could fully commit. Weeks go by, so I send an email, then I call, then I call again. More than 2 months and three attempts to contact them and I am told absolutely NOTHING. Meanwhile my wedding gets closer and all vendors are asking who’s doing my cake so they knew who to contact. Finally, I had enough anxiety of waiting and contacted a new bakery. Cake tasting and design was completed within the next few days at this other bakery and I am so grateful to them, because Love & Flour just left me hanging.

The macarons were amazing, I had planned on only getting a couple but I left with six because they were so delicious! I had a serious craving and searched all around for a bakery that makes macarons and I am so happy that Love & Flour was where I put my hopes in. Definitely will be returning!

I got macarons from this bakery & I was super excited. They ended up being pretty bland & they all tasted the same. I spent $27 on 12 macarons I hated.

My husband and I googled a cupcake place and we found this gem! Very clean, and lively inside and the cupcake exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back and I told my entire school about this place. 🤗

This shop is fabulous! Ordered special cookies as favors for a baby shower. They tasted wonderful and looked incredible!

Cake was decorated beautifully but the icing had no flavor tasted like heavy butter. Like if I take a stick of butter and shoved it in my mouth.

Creativity A+ some of the flavors and mash ups are awesome. Maple Pecan and Peanut Butter and Jelly Macarons. Amazing. Cupcakes the ones I tryed at least were a little to rich for my liking but great flavors. Alot to choose from!

Beautiful interior, very well decorated, and products displayed well. There are other products displayed on the wall directly in front of you as you walk in, while cake, cupcakes, and macarons are displayed to your left in their case. Some of the absolute best macarons Ive ever had the pleasure of tasting! Highly recommend!

Everything tasted the same. Cloyingly sweet and priced on the high end for smaller cupcakes. Macarons are difficult to do right and Ill give them credit for trying, but they were flavorless and kind of gummy.

The macaroons are delicious, I picked up two dozen in a variety of flavors and they were all equally delicious! Their price for cakes are very reasonable and look and taste beautiful.

Longest wait Ive ever had in any establishment. I waited 3 hours. However, the people are kind and cupcakes are to die for.

My fiancé and I sat down for a cake tasting because we’ve had their treats before and really enjoyed this bakery and wanted them to make our wedding cake. They told us they’d be 6 weeks out with a quote and now more than 6 months later still nothing. I’ve emailed Jamie multiple times and haven’t gotten any response back. Luckily, we have enough time to get another bakery to do our cake, but it seems like I am not the other person that this has happened too.

Did anyone else eat one of the Dunkaroos cupcakes from the 90s themed weekend last week? Did you find there was something very wrong with the teddy grahams that were on top? I cant put my finger on what it was exactly, they were either very expired and old or they were soaked in something strange. Either way they tasted so bad I had to brush my teeth after eating one.

Do not give this bakery your business!! If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I will never purchase another cake from this bakery!! This was the 3rd cake I ordered and by far the worst. The 1st cake was not what I ordered (totally different from picture on their website) but it was edible, despite the fact that the person it was for couldn’t eat it because I was told it was vegan when I ordered, but when I picked it up was told it was not vegan. Second cake seemed ok.I was extremely specific on the design of this cake for my daughter’s baby shower, and even selected a photo from their own gallery. I didn’t ask for anything that they themselves did not advertise.The fondant topper which was the entire theme of the baby shower completely fell apart despite me doing everything she told me to do. I tried to contact Ashley by phone, but no one answers the phone and no one listens to, or clears messages on their machine, so I couldn’t leave a message.I sent an email explaining this situation and still have yet to receive any response from Ashley.Myself and the event coordinator had to do our best to piece this mess together with toothpicks but it was painfully obvious it was in pieces. The event coordinator was appalled at the situation and more so at the complete lack of response from Ashely. There will be no recommendations for love and flour bakery from this venue, that’s for sure!Now for the cake itself—hands down the driest, clumpiest cake with no flavor I have ever eaten.One guest compared it to the consistency of dried out oatmeal. I’m convinced that one if not more ingredients had to have been missed when preparing this cake.I can’t express enough how dissatisfied I am and embarrassed that our guests not only saw the condition of the fondant topper, but not one single guest finished their piece of cake.Thankfully we had the smarts enough to order pastries and cookies from our local bakery to offset this cake mess. In case you’re wondering—all the pastries and cookies were eaten. Most, if not all, of the slices of cake were thrown out.I wish I took pictures of the mess we had to deal with but I was in damage control mode and spent my time contacting and going to our local baker to save us. Kudos go out to Tripoli Bakery for saving the day!!!!9/10/19 : still no communication from love and flour bakery. She clearly has no regard for her customers. The quality of her product is equal to the customer service—HORRIBLE!!Hands down the worst $250.00 I have ever spent in my life. I’m sure this establishment will be out of business real soon, and rightfully so.If you want the most amazing cakes and/or pastries go to Jacques Pastry Shop in Pembroke NH. You will not be disappointed!Shame on me for opting to use a local bakery. Lesson learned.

I went into the store to place a cake order for my daughters graduation party and first off I only got a list of few flavors to pick from. My daughter chose her designs and was promised them on the 3 tier cake.The day of the graduation party my sister picked it up and brought it to the house and there were no designs on it that we chose but yet only colors. The top tier was suppose to be a graduation cap and all they did was put a piece of red PAPER on the cake. Nothing we had told them to put on it was on it. The cake itself was dry and crumbly and the buttercream was completely hard even after sitting out for 5 hours. The flavor Carmel was just in clumps and the key lime had no flavor you would’nt of even of known it was key lime. And for how much I paid it was a complete disappointment.

Terrible response times. Just wanted to place a cake order for my daughters birthday but I’m not going to chase them for my business.

When my daughters birthday party moved up a week I was worried I would not be able to get the right cake for her. I figured that I would have to settle for one of those Market Basket cakes that turn your mouth blue and taste so sickeningly sweet you end up throwing it all out. So I called Love + Flour to see if there was a chance a cake could be made in a few days. I spoke with the proprietor and she informed me it would be no problem. We texted back and forth a bit and I learned she was just arriving in town from a vacation. Her bakery was closed for the week but she took he order anyway. My daughter is really into Big Bird right now so I figured that would be the right cake. She said no problem and said I could pick it up whenever I wanted on that Saturday. It snowed heavily that day and I asked to pick it up earlier due to he weather. No problem she said. I arrive sand saw the cake and my expectations were blown away. What a perfect Big Bird cake for my daughter. My daughter lived the cake and everyone at the party was commenting about how delicious the cake was. It was real buttercream frosting with a perfectly moist marble cake center. And our mouths stayed their normal color. Im happy to offer my daughter real food that I know where its from. Thanks Love + Flour. Ill be back again.

Bakery has very limited selection in their one case....although very visually appealing ...lacks flavor and moistness, usually associated with bakery items....Cupcakes toppings are extremely thick and dense ..while cupcakes themselves are extremely small .....price point is higher than expected....very dissappointed...will continue my business with Tripolis.....

Literally the best macaroons & cake! ( and that comes a lot from someone who genuinely doesnt care for cakes/macaroons or anything sweet related!). we did a styled shoot together with Love and Flour back in early summer for our floral business and it was so great to meet the owner Jamie after following her journey via IG. She is a true talent and 10/10 recommend this bakery- I refer all our couples for their weddings to this bakery!! I cant wait visit their seaport location for the holidays.

I just want to start by saying I thought the design of my items were gorgeous. My sons small single tier 6” cake and dozen cupcakes looked so adorable. If I judged based on aesthetic alone it would totally be 5 stars. The decorations literally made me cry, so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. But unfortunately the pick up experience was not good and the taste was terrible as well. Upon my scheduled pickup at 9 am none of my items were ready. The cake needed last minute decorations, the cupcakes were not decorated and they notified me that my cookies were still in the oven. At the time of placing the order I let them know the party was at 11 and the 9 am pickup time was essential. It was not a problem and therefore scheduled. I did not leave until a few minutes after 10, and the cookies were not individually bagged like we paid for. They were hot and in boxes, unwrapped. I will say 2 things, they offered to deliver the cookies so we didn’t have to wait and they threw in extra goodies because they felt bad. I really commend them for putting in that extra effort and I do feel like they genuinely felt bad for the inconvenience. I left feeling a lot better because of this. All a customer really wants is to be recognized and appreciated when you mess up and they definitely did that. Unfortunately, not a single person liked the cake or cupcakes. The cake itself was tasty by the frosting was no good at all. It’s almost like they forgot sugar entirely. My father in law asked if we got diet cake because it didn’t even taste like frosting it tasted like a bland cool whip. For a kids cake I just don’t expect that. I expected something sweet. It was like whipped butter. If that’s a thing that’s cool but I was not told that was the kind of frosting that would be used nor was I asked if we had a preference. The cake ended up in the trash. Nobody took more than a few bites and I was SUPER upset. This order was about $350. That’s a lot of money for a tiny cake, a dozen cupcakes and a dozen cookies. Between the pickup experience and the taste, I don’t think I’ll ever try this bakery ever again. I was really sold by the social media and marketing, but was ultimately extremely disappointed in the product. That kind of price point should be backed up by a quality product. I’m not writing this review because I want my money back. I don’t. But these are major causes for concern. The late order is one thing, but the taste was just terrible. Honestly my husband and I sat here and said to ourselves I think they forgot an ingredient or sugar was left out or the frosting was made wrong. It was really that bad. It was a terrible waste of food that ended up in the the trash and EVERY guest made a point to tell me how bad it was. I wanted to cry. That was so much money and then frustration for it to not even be liked. I hope you can just understand this email isn’t coming from a malicious place but I hope you guys really take this feedback to heart. Our guests asked where we got our cakes/cupcakes from so that they WOULDNT ever get a cake there and that hurt.Respectfully,The Wilsons
