I just recently started going here and I really like it. I’m pretty picky about my coffee but the coffee here is delicious! The owner is wonderful, and such a sweet woman. She made sure I liked my coffee before I left and another time made me a coffee after closing time. You can tell she really cares for her customers. The other ladies are super sweet as well. I would 100 percent recommend going here.

The girls that work here are very friendly. The shop itself has a great variety of coffee and energy drink options. They make a really good Red Bull smoothy with fruit juices of your choice, redbull/monster and ice. I get it almost every day.

Every time I have pulled through the driveway, the baristas are fantastic, they help you narrow down the huge selection of drinks available to help you find The One right for you, then they make it with some higher power levels of perfection. If youre in the area, do yourself a favor and go get a coffee from JavaRoma.

They are the best. Nice little home town shop. Once you been a couple time they have your drink memorized.

Pretty good. very nice. would be better if they got rid of the Torani syrups. the coffee itself was good, beans not burned.

Ive been coming here on and off for a little over a year their coffee is never consistent I order a caramel frappe blended and its always never the same its always different and today it was watery its not good I will not be back I will not waste any more money here they cannot be consistent they wont get my time my money

Heard good things about the coffee here and went today to check it out. Very good selection with a option of getting a protein drink which is nice. Person helping was very nice and ill definitely be going again.

Love this coffee shop. Just tried oat milk as a substitute. Creamier and much better. Never go anywhere else. Thank you for your service and delicious coffee with variety of choices at a affordable prices. The only coffee that keeps me awake!

One of my favorite places for coffee. She always knows what I want and remembers how I like it. She never assumes its what I am going to get as I do change it on her once in a while. :) Its nice to go some where that deals with lots of people every day and be remembered. Very personable and kind. Best of all, great coffee!

Good coffee, but I dont like going in the weekends. They dont do as well. I just left and my coffee felt really light. Opened it up when I got home and scooped out half of the cup which was all foam. Disappointed.

Just stopped by here for the first time. The ladies working had excellent customer service and the coffee is good.

I have weird work hours so some days I can’t get a coffee on my way to work, those are the bad days. Michelle always greets me with a smile. I like mochas and caramel machs and theirs are always on point. If you’re hungry and in a hurry you can always get a sausage egg and cheese croissant or a muffin or scone. Great place.

I come in there Monday through Friday most days of the week. The ladies in the morning have always been excellent. They’re both so kind and friendly to me and my family. They even put up with my sons screaming his order of his for a hot coco. The coffee is always great the Service I received from the ladies is even better thank you.

BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!!!! I love the staff that works here. They are always greeting me with a smile and how are you today. Would never go anywhere else. They care about the well being of everyone that comes in. To me the coffee is just a bonus. The smiles and asking how my day is going is the best part. Love this place. Wish I could take them on my vacations so I dont have to look for the perfect coffee place that is so welcoming like this one. Kudos to all of you that work here. You are the best and I will never go anywhere else in town. :)

Javaroma is right down the road from me BUT I would drive out of my way for it. They have a ton of sugar free options which I really appreciate. Their mexi mocha is delicious! The service is always friendly and not irritating chitter-chatter. The owner also remembers our orders, which is unexpected in this day and age. The other ladies also remember us and are so sweet! We love Javaroma!!!

I noticed the cute little house on my way to a business lunch... The name Java reminded me of coffee, and being Italian origin the name Roma reminded me of home... After lunch I decided to go there to get a coffee, but I discovered that JavaRoma offers a much wider selection than I expected. It was a hot day in the sun, but the lovely tables in the shade of large umbrellas offered a cool, breezy stay, whilst sipping my white chocolate mocha. What a pleasant way to enjoy life! Kudos to the lady who owns and runs the place, who came up with an intriguing selection of tasty and refreshing drinks, all served with a beautiful smile! Highly recommended

Jave Roma is by far the best coffee drive up place I have found around here. Quality coffee and ingredients. The lady that normally works the mornings during the week is incredible!! Seriously provides the best service. Its not just coffee she gives each customer a great experience with a fantastic smile. I went there this morning 2/28 for a coffee and there was a guy (hes awesome) and a girl that always seems to be in a bad mood. She never smiles or interacts with anyone in a friendly manner. When I pull up a lot of the time I hear her making comments about how she doesnt want to help me or asking other people to take me even though Ive never have done anything to her. She made my coffee today and it was really bad. Im not sure if it was on purpose but it tasted like there was no coffee in it and just a ton of Carmel syrup. She took my order and ask the nice guy deal with me as if I was an inconvenience to her life😂 She doesnt represent the business well at all in my opinion. When shes there I just want drive off because shes so unwelcoming. I would hate to leave less than a 4 star review because literally the entire crew except her is phenomenal so it sucks have 1 person bring everyone else down. I want the owner to see this feedback so she knows what her customers feel when they are forced to try to interact with her. It shouldnt feel like an inconvenience to pay for coffee. Huge shout put to the rest. They deserve to he rewarded because they rock!

Nine times out of ten I always get great service and great coffee. I often drive about ten minutes out of my way home to get a coffee here. However, whomever the woman is with the accent (Ukrainian?) ALWAYS messes up my order to the point I have to throw my drink away; and Im not picky. This last visit, I asked for a peanut butter mocha. Instead it tasted like an awful gingerbread. When I asked about it, she stated she must have accidentally used chai mix instead. When I accepted her offer to remake it, she tried it, stated it was fine, and refused to remake it, then told me I hope you enjoy it. I ended up throwing the drink out and driving all the way to Bentleys. Im sure this is just a matter of retraining or perhaps something that can be easily fixed with spot-checking, but if this continues I wont be able to keep wasting my money here on drinks that regrettably get thrown away. Otherwise this place is great.

I have been coming to JavaRoma for YEARS now. In fact, though I live out of town, I will drive into Salem to get my coffee rather than closer coffee houses for a multitude of reasons. #1 They act like family. The crew there are phenomenal. Its not just a fake pasty smile, they actually develop relationships with their customers which is so unique these days. #2 They fix awesome coffees, and even accommodate me on whatever latest fad diet Im trying lol. #3 If for ANY reason something is off, they always want to fix the complaint IMMEDIATELY. You absolutely dont see that kind of service in most industries anymore! I have never experienced less than stellar service and they always lift my spirits!! LOVE MY BARISTA GIRLS (AND GUY ha).

This is pretty much the only place my family goes for coffee now. They call us by name, have our drink orders pretty much memorized, and Im always seeing them treat other customers the same way. The coffees are great, service is excellent, would absolutely (and do) recommend.

Honestly a little out of the way but they make up for it by having great coffee with reasonable prices, I highly recommend it to anybody who stops by!

In my opinion this is the best place to get coffee by far. No other place matches up. The coffee and ingredients are high quality. Quick and friendly staff. They always has reasonably quick service. I feel bad for those that havent had amazing coffee from here and still pay $6 or more for burnt tasting coffee from other places like dutch. The prices are reasonable and you can taste the quality of ingredients. Thanks for the great service and product Java Roma 😁

Love the ladies that work here! So friendly! Coffee is good, scones are even better. Only complaint is that its become a very popular place so there is often a line and the parking lot it is located in is awful--chaos.

This is the best place to get blended coffees! The people that work here are always nice, and the drinks are more consistant than any other small coffee shop I know. Take note, other coffee places, this is how you run this kind of business!
