We booked this local bakeshop for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were very responsive, professional, and were so helpful. I wanted to stay local and support small business and this was the right spot. The cake and frosting flavors were to die for. Specifically the mocha frosted chocolate cupcake was going quite quickly. Every time I was in the area I had to stop and see what they had for some desserts. So happy I choose them and going into the bakeshop you get a nice homey feel. Forever a customer of this amazing cafe & bakeshop.

Stopped in for a late snack which turned into a late lunch. We had Pesto Grilled cheeses. All very fresh and delicious. My ice coffe was very good, smooth. For dessert, I had a Peanut butter Chocolate Cupcake. She had a Double Chocolate Cupcake. Sorry, forgot to get the picture before I flipped the botton on top. Rich smooth cake. Some of the best cupcakes we have had. And the 2 German Shepherds lived the dog treats.It was nearing closing time, no problem. We brought our own table and chairs

All their baked goods are delicious, but Ive also been pleasantly surprised by their lunch menu. Service has always been great. Were lucky to have Cozzi in the neighborhood - highly recommend!

Have had 3 lunches here now and all have been good. Try the turkey bacon, its excellent!Good desserts as well. Will be back again.

I had a lunch of an egg & pepper sandwich on focaccia bread. It was fantastic and came with extra crunchy potato chips and a cookie. Lunch is a great value and the atmosphere is cozy. There are also many baked goods available daily that are fresh and delicious. Im a bib fan and come regularly.

Cute little bakery and cafe. We tried a breakfast sandwich and a couple lunch sandwiches and they were all delish! The iced coffee was so good - added hazelnut flavor and drizzled with caramel. Adorable decorated sugar cookies were so good too. I also got a couple pretzels to go and they were heated up for lunch. Will definitely be back!

We try this place for donuts every once in a while always hoping that they will be better and they never are. The donuts are dry and lack flavor.However, last fall we got a cake for my sister’s bridal shower and it was beautiful. A little expensive but nice to support someone local.

Wow stopped by this morning for a coffee. The blueberry scone was incredible. I’m hooked.

Unbelievable coffee. Got talking to the owner and they switched to a local roaster last month or so. This is not dunkin donuts or mcdonalds trash. This stuff blows bitter starbucks out of the water too. Anyway, their sandwiches are delicious. I got the chicken pesto wrap and wanted to order another. Wifey got a focaccia pizza slice and chicken salad on croissant. We will definitely be trying all their menu items. Really nice people too!

My family went in for lunch and we loved it! Great sandwich options and great coffee! We intended to stay and get a pastry but had our toddler feeling rebellious so we decided to come back another times for some sweets! The staff was so kind and understanding and the bakeshop is so cute!

Picked up Fresh paczki today around 9:30. Who slits them in half I stead of filling them? Needless to say they were dry by the time we ate the at work 2pm and the filling had slid out if a few because they were stuffed at an angle to get 6 into a box. Huge disappointment.

The spread they put out for our wedding was amazing and delicious, they were wonderful to work with! Thank you so much for making our day that much better.

I ordered a cake for my bosss birthday with very short notice (late in the afternoon for pick up early the next day). The cake was incredible! It was beautifully decorated and the flavor and texture was amazing. Everyone loved it! This will be my go to bakery from this day forward.

I ordered a Post wedding party cake and was very pleased. I didn’t want the typical “congrats” on it, I had a very specific idea in mind. I contacted the bakery and placed my order, no problems! I was given the email address to send my instructions and hand drawn pictures. The decorator did a fantastic job. Thank you! The cake was delicious and fed more than expected. The price was just right. I will order again and I will tell my friends about cozzi cafe.

We live in Kenosha and turned around after passing the bakery this morning because the smell was incredible! We had the maple twist and chocolate frosted donuts. They were great, very soft donuts with great frosting. And just because they make maple frosted anything! Hard to find around here. We will definitely be back!

I got a half box of pastries and it was incredible. The pecan roll was one of the best Ive ever had. Also had a German pretzel and its incredible. I highly recommend this Bakery

This is a very cute little shop with lots of good choices from coffee to sandwiches. Their pastries and food is delicious and their coffee is decent for a small town. My only pause about this place is that you do not want to go there if you are in any rush. My coworker called in a sandwich 30 minutes before we arrived at the shop and when we arrived, they seemed like they had no idea we had called anything in. On the phone they even told us 15 minutes until it was done. Almost 50 minutes went by after we had called in and 15 minutes after we arrived, we got our sandwich. They obviously forgot about it and did not seem to care even after we asked about it. They did not seem to be any rush to provide quality customer service and despite the good things about this place, that is enough to make me reconsider about the next time I go...

Ive driven by this place a hundred times but decided to check it out the Saturday before Easter. It was jam-packed but all the baked goods were delicious and they had an Easter Bunny which made an awesome photo opportunity for my daughter ( she was crying hysterically but it was hilarious) the prices are a little bit high but thats what you get when you arent dealing with a chain Bakery. I highly recommend you give them a shot, the lemon bars were outrageous.

Not bad. The price is good and the baked goods are better than a gas station. Better selection too. I tried it for my morning latte & pastry routine. I hate starbucks espresso. It tastes burnt. So always on the lookout for a local coffee shop. I ordered a large vanilla latte and a pastry. Unfortunately I cant give this latte a good review because it tastes just like coffee. I have not had esspresso in almost 2 weeks so kinda disappointed that this vanilla latte tastes EXACTLY like a coffee w/ milk and vanilla syrup. A latte should not taste watery and flavorless. Oh well. Ill probably try this place again and watch to see how the latte is made next time. Good service and very clean. If you exit the southwest door watch your step. I almost did a face plant tripping on the uneven sidewalk.

Great place for baked goods, coffee, and sandwiches! Go there at least twice a week. Friendly staff and everything is fresh! Regular customers vary in ages from young to old. Good place to go and have a cup of coffee and your favorite baked goods or a sandwich, read the paper or surf the internet. Meeting room is cozy and very comfortable!

Towns bakery and has a pretty good selection of baked good, also talented with making custom cakes for reasonable prices. Service breakfast and lunch foods in addition to standard bakery goods (a little pricey just an fyi). Friendly and attentive staff.

I had a hazelnut latte and a few cookies. My son had a slice of pizza. Everything was SO delicious so I got a box of goodies to go so I can share with my mom and my hubby. Love this place so much.

Ordered 3 dozen German pretzels for an Oktoberfest party after another bakery much closer to me let me down for the second year in a row. Cozzis pretzels are fantastic and the ladies who run the shop are so nice, Cozzi gets all my pretzel business from now on!

Ordered 2 dozen Paczki for today, Fat Tuesday. While they were delicious I didnt receive the 24 that would make two dozen which I was charged for. When I got to work and opened my box I realized I only received 20 Paczki. I was also missing flavors. I didnt receive any of the Prune or Apricot flavors that I ordered. So while I wish I could give Cozzis 5 stars I cant due to not receiving my full order.

Sadly disappointing. Stopped in on a road trip to support a local business rather than Starbucks. Our cappuccino was lukewarm (after having been microwaved for some reason) and had very little coffee flavor. It also took ages to make. The pastries we picked up were fine, but certainly not something Id buy again. On the positive side, everything was pretty cheap, so thats good at least. Large Cappuccino and three pastries was a little over $9.

Not a fan. When I called I asked how much 1/2 a sheet cake would be I was told 21.99. I thought that was a good price so I proceeded to place my order. I asked for a red velvet cake, I was told it would be an extra 10.00 for red velvet. Then I asked for cream cheese frosting, I was told that would be another 10.00, the person who I placed the order with asked me if I would like a a graduation cap on the cake...that was another 5.00. I was then asked if I wanted a double layer cake, I said no I was already up to 46.99 for a single layer 1/2 a sheet cake so I declined. I was very disappointed in this cake for the price..not worth it! I did have a cake at another graduation party that was good unfortunately mine was mediocre.

Ordered a cake for my sons 2nd birthday. I never had cake from here before so I was a little leary but their donuts are amazing so I thought Id give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The cake was super moist and delicious. The frosting was one of the best buttercreams Ive ever had. Everyone at the party was raving over it. Will definitely order from them again!

This past summer I was going on a road trip and decided to stop by the bakery for the first time to grab coffee and snacks. I found the bakery to be over priced for the products I received. The service I received was rude. I got a Banana Muffin which tasted like banana candy and was neon yellow, I am not convinced it was made with real banana. The cappuccinos come out of a machine and tasted like syrup. I am a big supporter of local businesses but I was unfortunately disappointed.

As I traveled along highway 50 suddenly I craved coffee and a sweet treat... My mouth watered over the thought of a delicious buttery pastry. After my travel buddy did some quick googling (I never use my phone and drive 😃), Cozzi Cafe and Bakeshop was the clear destination.Are you indecisive? Do you know what its like to WANT ONE of EVERYTHING?? Well let me tell you something...today I spent more money here than on my wifes birthday present. (Not even ashamed)The Danish is out of this world.The breakfast sandwich was absolutely ridiculous. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was thick cut, and there was some type of special sauce on there too.Oh...Im 61 @ 195lbs and in terrific shape. I choose to cheat wisely and throw temper tantrums when the cheat meal SUCKS. Today my cheat meal was the best of 2018. Suck on that Lou Malnatis.Service was great with a couple of young ladies serving smiles and delicious treats.Btw, I read all the poor reviews first before I go anywhere new. Im pretty sure these local guides who gave low reviews are all probably the same type of people who think they are food critics on Yelp. Or they are unhappy with their lives. Or they choose to hate cause they are afraid of competition. Or they suck at life. Who leaves a review without an explanation? Haters gonna hate.
