Have you ever been in dire need of some meat? Let me tell you, when I need my cravings satisfied I go to Rudy’s Butchers Shop. Sometimes I can’t have just one, so I go with two slabs of meat for one meal. Not only are they professional and know what they are doing but they cut one of the nicest ribeyes in the willamette valley. If size matters to you, they can cut your meat choice thick or thin. Whatever you desire when it comes to meat, Rudy’s is there to satisfy.

If you are looking to purchase quality meats and seafood IN Salem - this is the place! Rudy’s has prime rib for thanksgiving which is always delightful and is a crowd pleaser! It IS spendy but you get what you pay for ☺️

Finally Salem has a quality butcher shop downtown right across from Rudys Steakhouse. Theyll cut steaks to order and have a better quality options than anywhere else in town. They also sell wine and a few cigars, but the meat is the main attraction.

Amazing butcher shop! I treat myself to a ribeye once a week and having tried numerous locations around Salem for quality I will say without hesitation that Rudys butcher shop is outstanding! Undeniable quality and great customer service.

I guess if the butcher shop were open during their advertised business hours, Id probably leave more than 2 stars. 5:30 and all the lights are turned off and your snark just lost you another star. Ill just go to nickys instead of a reseller.
