These guys know what theyre doing..Ive had a good experience both times Ive done business with them. You pay for their knowledge and labor and its reasonable. For any complainers out their, compare what any auto shop charges for labor, it is what it is...If you want you watercraft fixed right, take it to Mike...

Total scam artists. I put in a new battery before taking it in. They replaced it and charged me $125 without my consent. They also put a part in upside down so it didnt work properly. I was about to pay them hundreds to repair it, when I realized what they did. Stay away from them if you can. Fraudulent behavior.

Mike is awesome! I drove down from Portland to get my Yamaha waverunner serviced by Northwet Watercraft. I would definitely drive further if required! They are closed on Saturday and Sunday however Mike was amazing enough to meet me on Saturday morning. Talked about the waverunner then he even through in some free parts. There was a hole in my exhaust system and they definitely had the parts on hand, gave me a estimated time of completion and everything!

Competent shop for Seadoo. Mike and his team fixed my Sportster so that it ran well without problems all summer. Highly recommend.

Would give a 0 if I could. Horrible customer service and theyre liars. I found a jetski of theirs on craigslist. Waverunner 2005 with only 15 hours. I couldnt believe it so I called them and made sure it was only 15 hours and in excellent shape. They confirmed and I made a deal with them. Woke up early Saturday drove 2 hours to their shop and saw that the jetski had lots of damage, something that shouldnt be on a 15 hr ski. Then they turned it on to show me the hours. Turned it on and he said, oh look it actually has 12.2. I checked and he was reading the volt meter (a ski shop who cant tell hrs from volts lol.) I go to the hrs and it was actually 75 hrs, not 15. I drove all this way to find out I was lied to and they didnt even budge on the price for their mistake. I was catfished. The only reason I wanted it was for those 15hrs. Terrible people to deal with and extremely rude. Not even an apology for their mistake. Avoid this shop, they just want money. They dont care about you

We had been looking to find a shop that would do what they say and stand behind it. That is what we found with Northwet Watercraft. After three years looking to get it right they did the job and have made us a customer as long as we have SeaDoos Heads and shouders over the local Seadoo shop. The crew is the BEST.

Got ripped off / Beware of these people ---took my smaller seadoo in for repair and they told me my supercharger was not functioning correctly on my larger seadoo, that was running perfectly fine. they also said it has or might cause damage to my engine and that they recommend replacing the whole motor with a 6100.00 crate motor and they would keep the old motor for a core. (ha ha) then i called the previos owner of my jetskis and he said the supercharger was JUST rebuilt before he sold them to me and gave me the receipt to prove it. I was lied too, and ripped off, I called them back to talk to them and they were rude and hung up on me.

If youre into watersports expecially jetski this place is a must know! If nothing else go check out the shop and right away you will learn youre in the right place! Hands down always purchase from the shop over any other local store and even online. Extremely knowledgeable and want to help people get on the water! Hands down best place around!!

Repair Charges were about $800 for two Jet Skis. The owners charged me about $1200 in storage fees and filed liens costing me an additional $300. The ironic thing is when I walked into pay I was dealing with one of the other owners while the other owner was getting yelled at by another customer on the phone about the exorbitant charges Northwet Watercraft was ripping them off for.This place has no business ethic. I told them I would not be back and they said that they didnt care
