Paid $700 for a scrapped bumper and had to pay for My own rental car. And I took it in for the fluid leaking. My car leaked radiator fluid for days after my accident. But only when the engine was hot. So since they never drove my car. They said it was not happening and told me to come get my car. Never going back !!!

They were very communicative and helpful the whole way through my experience. I had tree damage from the ice storm and they worked with the insurance company to get Everything covered. They even fixed squirrel damage to the interior of my car that was not related - they got my insurance to cover that too! Highly recommend!!

I took my Chevy truck here and the experience was great years ago but taking my sons Mazda after the ice storm damage was a complete run around. I brought the car in twice the first time they didnt keep it and the second time forgot my appointment which both of my children had to miss class for. No phone calls when I was told Id be called not good customer service by any standard.

If i could leave negative stars i would may 26th i was rear ended we bought our car at power kia so figured wed call and get a recommendation for a body shop. Well 10 weeks of my car being there its still there in pieces. Im a small agriculture business that relies heavily on my car as well as a cancer patient dealing with appointments. At this point i have no money for my car payment, no money for on going medical treatments and an unemployed husband. We keep getting lied to repeatedly by the Office manager Keith we want our car back we are tired of being victimized by you! No one will make this right by us Power Collision Center i hope your doors close soon you are a shady scummy hack shop with no respect for your customers.Edit today is wednesday still no car still in many pieces. Told by keith my husband should get me under control and that im a liar. The only lying being done is by Keith! Power needs to step up and rein in their out of control office manager.Still not fixed been in 3 times my ceiling is ruined the fabric still has black paint on it they scrubbed and ruined the fabric by making it pill and ball up. Jason matt and keith are well aware and to top it off the door came back dented.

My husband recently brought his truck there to have some repair work done to the paint job. He worked with Dawn. He said she was fantastic. She knew her job well and knew what was wrong with the paint job right away. She took care of everything for him. He could not be more pleased with the service provided.

My 2017 Kia Sportage is getting repaired here right now after a guy ran his car all the way down the drivers side while we were parked. We just happened to be coming out of the store as it was happening so who knows if the guy would have just left otherwise. Took a truck I bought from power. They painted a door. Told me to pick it up. After seeing the work done I pointed out they had to redo the work bc the entire door had been not properly painted. They agreed and had to repaint. They painted again and once again they failed to do a good job. They really wanted me to take the truck as it was the second time. I said I had to talk to the dealer on this bc it was crazy they could paint a door, turn out the second time they painted both doors to blend in a white solid color. Now there was issue on not just one door but also on a second door that should have not been painted in the first place. On top of that they hit my bumper and had to paint that too. This is a brand new 2020 truck. This place is a total joke and no one should go through this, They lie. Very poor customer service. They don’t deserve not even a single star.

In June our parked Buick Enclave was sideswiped by someone who, unfortunately, was insured through Allstate. After visiting several body collision shops, we chose Power Collision to make the necessary repairs. Dave, the Estimator, was on top of things and submitted an estimate to Allstate right away. Allstate came back with an estimate that was half the cost because they did not want to replace the parts that were dented, only repair them. Dave spent a lot of time on the phone with the long-distance claims adjuster to explain why new parts were needed, and the repair was finally approved.We picked up our finished car yesterday, and it looks absolutely beautiful! The paint is matched perfectly, and you cannot tell that it was ever in an accident. In addition, whoever did the final detailing did an exceptional job--it looked better than when we bought the car! Special kudos also goes to Dave for the countless hours he spent on the phone with Allstate to make sure that the car was repaired correctly and for speaking with numerous long-distance adjusters who decided that they no longer needed to pay for our car rental, which they finally did after Daves many calls. His accurate record-keeping helped to convince one of the insurance managers that any delay of completion was based on Allstates refusal to okay replacement of certain parts. We feel like he was really there representing us to make sure the job was done right. We highly recommend Power Collision!!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Shelley and her amazing work on my car! I got rear ended and picked power collision because it was closest to my house, and i am so glad I DID! dropped my car off and was expecting the repairs to take over a week, they text me everyday letting me know how it was going and I swear had my car ready in record time! They cleaned the inside and the outside and I seriously cant stop thinking how beautifull it looks!! Its absolutely perfect and I am so pleased, thanks again power collision!

My experience with Dawn was nothing short of extraordinary. Customer service is a practiced and mastered skill, not a born thing - i felt so taken care of throughout the whole process, even through a super small miscommunication, I felt like they had my best interest at heart. I have all good to say about Power Collision. They have excellent customer service, and their technicians worked miracles on my Nissan. The building and grounds look very professional and top-of-the-line, so I assumed they would be way over-priced, but instead they did excellent work at very affordable prices. Honest and pleasant-to-deal-with staff.

GREEDY!!!!Went in and looked at a truck they wanted my car plus 2k and I told them I was waiting for taxes, taxes came and then they wanted my car plus 4k after I came back

Absolutely horrible experience! We have done business with Power sales and service for years. This was the 1st time using the collision center and I will never do business with them again.I have learned through this experience that this shop is dishonest, unreliable, do not complete work as promised nor to the quality my family has come to expect at Power.The Manager is extremely unprofessional and rude and has neither the tact nor he temperament to be in such a role. She insisted that they had not received payment for the repairs on my vehicle. When I corrected her that they had indeed been paid according to the message that I received from staff there, she hung up on me. I also confirmed this with the insurance company. Geico issued payment directly to the shop on 10.14.2020. Today is 10.23.2020.I still have no vehicle. They have been paid almost $5000.00. But, locked the gate up at5 pm knowing I would be there by 5:30 pm as discussed in messages and calls between my self & staff.For these reasons and more I gave them a one.CHL

Best body shop ever! Dawn is amazing- she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Power Collision is quick, thorough and courteous. They even took the time to wash the outside of my car and vacuum and wipe down the inside. Last time my car was in their shop being worked on, I didnt have a ride to pick it up when it was done, so they had their driver drive across town to pick me up. I have been very satisfied both times they fixed my vehicle!

Took my Yukon XL to have it fixed. Jason ordered the parts on Thursday of first week, I called to say I could bring in the next Tuesday. Rented a car and was told should be done on Friday. Dropped the car off Tuesday morning and I stopped by to get something out of car Wednesday about 11:00 am. They said car was done and being washed. I was so surprised, so took rental back and picked my car early in the afternoon. Looks brand new!Great job and so speedy! Thanks Jason and Power Collision 😄😄😄👍👍👍

I came in with my truck that a busted up tailgate. They were extremely professional and were very quick with paper work. They got a new tailgate for me painted and installed in just 2 days. Very happy with my experience there. I will recommend it to everyone and I will go back if I need to!!

My car was rear-ended on October 26, 17. It was repaired by Main Auto Body and completed on January 18, 18. The car was towed to Power Collision and inspected for safety concerns after 84 days at previous shop. Power Collision took the the time and effort to work with us and our insurance company to determine our vehicle was not repaired safely. Great Customer Service, and very thorough with details. Working with Steve has been the best experience by far through this process.

These guys rock ! I took my farm truck in for some voluntary repairs the week before a long holiday weekend and we needed to use the truck that weekend. Some parts got delayed and the folks at Power asked if they could keep it over the weekend. To say the least, i was very disappointed to be without my truck. Well, Jason Thomas from Power stepped in and saved the day ! He pulled strings, rescheduled things and make it happen ! Friday night my truck was done and I drove away a very happy camper. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Someone next to me in a parking lot hit my car with their door. It was a 6 inch long deep gash and since nobody took responsibility for it, my insurance was going to charge me my collision deductible to fix it. UGH. These guys tested the depth of the gash and found that they could repair it with minimal effort. Saved me a $400 paint job, WOW!

Took my car originally to capitol collision center they were booked out for 2 months, took my car to power collision they had it in by 2 weeks. While my car was in the shop they noticed extra damage that was not on the capitol estimate and fixed it all through my insurance. Staff was always friendly and communicated through the process every step of the way.

Hello my name is Luis Curiel and i went to Power Collision in Salem, OR on Feb 22, 2019 Around 4:40pm and i had the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I felt discriminated and felt very unappreciated. So it all started by me walking in wanting a estimate on how much it would cost to fix my bumper and i went to the front desk and asked if i can get an estimate and the lady that attended me was like in a hurry to get home and there was still 45min till closing time, i asked the lady if i cant get an estimate and when i asked she was like “ ohhh ummm we are about to close let me see if someone is still here” but in a rude attitude like she didnt want to help so a couple minutes later she found someone to give me an estimate but instead of wanting to give me an estimate, he wanted to play 21 questions with me, he asked me, have you talk to your insurance? I said yes. He then asked me have you reported it? And i said no not yet because they are going to ask me what place i was to go and i have chose a play thats why i came here.. so then he said well you have to report it first. And i told him i need to see where i want to go first and then i am going to let them know, and i even told him, i went to one place before this one and they gave me a full estimate without any problems even gave me a couple sheets ok how much its going to be, and when i told him that i went somewhere else before this he automatically said so youre going to go from place to place?? And i said i cane to get a estimate here and there to see which one was better. And he didnt even see my car. It looked like he didnt even want to help/work when there was still 45 min left.. i felt very very discriminated. The guy was around 60 years old full white hair and beard.. i need something to be done!!

Jason Thomas, at Power Collision made our repair process very efficient, it was done much earlier than promised, and the finished product is awesome! We will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family, and come back ourselves, if we ever need their services again!!

If half a star was possible, theyd get half a star, a full star is too much. Its been over a month since my car was sent for repairs. Every time I call I get told were waiting for a part, as of April 25th I was told the same story we have everything we need, were just waiting for a part and your car should be done by next Wednesday( May 2nd). Its now May 4th and their waiting for a part apparently they ordered the wrong tire and my car will be ready next Wednesday (May 9th), just no guarantee it will actually be ready.
