Receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and professional both on the phone and in person. Ron Snyder gave estimate and explained cost options for work. Communications through the process was good. The job was on time and the work was high quality. This is a very professional body repair center and should the need for body repair present itself in the future I will return. Work was completed on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma 5-4-21.

This place saved me $600. Some other shop I wont name wanted to charge me $800 for fixing my passenger door closing mechanism. Certified collision repair fixed it perfectly for $250. They have a lot of space and get things done on time.

Our association member went here recently with his $ 60, 000 Audi A6. There was 3 or 4 scratch ( not exactly sure how much scratches he told me but the most is 4 ) The people at Certified Collision Repair charged a $ 48 fee and did not remove the scratch by buffing completely. The scratch is still apparent. You can see it. He told me he did not think he got his money worth of this service. I think he is right. It is difficult to locate a repair shop who will buffing your car scratch for so much cheaper, however it is still there. Also He said he thought they would wash his Audi A6 But as it was, They only spray the side of the car with water. There is leaf and things come from trees on the car hood /door other areas. If you are going to do work on a Audi car, Do the work and respect the car. Of course this is not a car wash But In my opinion you should at least respect this expensive car and wash off the leaf and other things. My opinion. Thanks

I brought my car in because the door was unhinged. The place I brought it to prior to that have me a quote of $800! Certified Collision Repair got the job done in half a day for only $200. Excellent customer service and communication. Highly recommend.
