Guy on the sales floor was nice. That is all of the compliments I will be giving for the staff that was in there. There is a great selection of furniture.

There was a salesman who greeted us and was very pleasant and willing to help and answer questions. Customer service was good to work with also. I recommend this Schewel’s on Apperson Drive.

I cant say enough how courteous the entire staff was to my wife and I. They were not pushy or following you around like a lost puppy. They gave us our space to look around and was very knowledgeable about the products and witch one would work best with our home and pets. The quality of their products is impeccable. The finance is one of a kind, extremely helpful and most understanding. From the time I walked in the store 2 hours later walking out, my entire experience would have to be rated TOPS!!!!.

We had to quickly get together furniture for our father who was moving to assisted living. From our sales associate Sandy to the finance department to the store manager and the movers, everyone was wonderful! We brought our own truck in the interest of time. One of the pieces wouldnt fit in and the store manager sent their movers to follow behind us with that furniture. They helped us unload our truck when we arrived there. Thank you all!

I went in needed a couch on a Tuesday and was able to have it delivered on a Friday. They were kind enough to work with my crazy hospital schedule. The delivery had a few bumps with fitting into stairwells and elevators, but the men managed with a different route and I am so happy with this couch and the protection plan, I’m so grateful my order from elsewhere was delayed and I went with this store instead.

Very helpful and nonjudgmental, unlike the feeling I had at the other store in Roanoke, VA. The saleslady, Rita, was very nice and did not try to persuade me to buy new just because. The finance department was very helpful and did not seem to mind when I was having trouble deciding what to do about the payments and delivery. She was willing to work with me.

The sales representative did an excellent job of showing my wife recliners that were appropriate for her back issues. The entire sale process was seamless.

Rita was my sales lady, she helps me everytime I come into the store. She greets me with a smile and she truly cares what you are looking for, not just what she needs to sell. Marybeth and all the ladies who worked with me in financing and such are all kind and so helpful. My whole family shops at this store and we all have nothing but good things to say ! You guys Rock!

I bought a living room suite and paid it off 2 years ago. We have a few stains on the couch that need to be cleaned and I called today just to see if my stain protection warranty would cover it, and it does!!! This is such a great service! Will definitely be looking to purchase with them again.

I have been a customer of Schewels every since Schewels was at the Williamson Road location. The employees there are so friendly. They take their time with you. They do not try and rush you just to make a sale. Ive been blessed to have had Mary Beth as my Sales Associate for all the years Ive been dealing with the Store. She makes sure that I am satisfied with my purchase before I leave there. She is very patient and gives you ideas and helps you with coordinating items together. I recommend Schewels at the Salem Store to everyone I come in contact with when they are looking for Furniture. I know your other Store is the same because I have visited it before; but Im so use to the people at the Salem Store. Their kindness and compassion and the warm feeling they give you makes you only want to deal with Schewels not any other Furniture Store around. I give Schewels 100 PLUS STARS.

Rita the wonderful lady who helped us with recliners and a sleeper sofa was just amazing. She took her time pulled out multiple sleepers helped us measure. She was talking to us about our grandbaby and our kids. She really made us feel special! The finance lady was amazing as well however I dont recall her name. She made the process easy and fast. We didnt have to spend a whole lot of time waiting for anything. They were able to schedule our delivery in a timely manner working around our jobs and schedules. The delivery men made it up our driveway. Which is saying alot since the last company we bought from refused to do it and made us deliver our own furniture from the street. These men took their time asked where they could place our stuff. Put a bumper on our door so they didnt scratch furniture or the door . They set it all up making sure we were happy. Man small talk with us and were very respectful our solar lights that go the length of the driveway and house making sure not to knock into any of them . I have to say I will certainly use schewels for my furniture needs in the future. They also had the best deals on what we purchased compared to their competitor.Thank you for taking your time and making us feel like we were part of the family..

If you have no better options (due to low credit) you might end up at Schewels. Electronics are the worst thing about this place, with the Nintendo Switch priced at $600. Thats twice as much as most retail stores price. Any item there is marked up because of their relaxed refinancing requirements.

I purchased furniture from them a little over a year ago and have nothing but trouble since. I was advised when I purchased the sectional, ottoman, and swivel chair that the items were covered with a lifetime warranty that covered wear and tear anything defected in the items itself. I specifically asked if that included cigarettes burns or pet stains and I was advised by the salesperson it was. Well about 6 months after my purchase I contacted them concerning a burn in the ottoman, I was informed that it was not covered and it could not fix. Needless to say I was upset. Well I contacted them again today and advised them the main custions on the section were sagging (the second time by the way) and needed to order a replacement. I was then informed that my so called warranty was over and theyc ould not be replaced. The only thing still in warranty was the stain portion. Well who cares about a stain when the cushion is sagging. I am very upset with this company and will never do business with them. You would think after spending almost 3000 on furniture the least they could do was honor what they said.
