I cant say THANK YOU enough to our delivery team yesterday! Not only did they make our delivery in a timely manner, they went above & beyond to take care of us! We were in the middle of moving in to our home at the time, & men who delivered helped us move our old dryer up the stairs AND helped switch the chord on our old dryer for us! Neither of these were related to why they were here, but they were kind enough to help us with both anyway! I could not be more satisfied. Thank you again!

First let me say that Marcus was a real pleasure to deal with.So I Ordered the Bernards bed with pillow top mattress. Its like sleeping on a cloud. Me and my wife were so excited when the 2 gentleman that installed the bed arrived. On time and installed the bed fast and explained to use everything we needed to know . Not like other places that just drop your furniture off. This was a perfect experience and will be looking to get some other pieces of furniture to go with the bed.. thank you Rent -2-Own. I was renting a sectional that was awesome, but after getting settled into our new home, realized it was a little too big for our living room lol so we swapped for a different set, which we adore! Noah and Blake delivered another set for us quickly and efficiently and were very friendly:) two thumbs WAY up! 👍👍

When I walked into the store, I wasnt sure what to expect, because the sign said we rent almost anything. So I went in and started to look around and I noticed they had very nice furniture and appliances. The prices seemed to be pretty good, compared to their competitors. I asked a few questions and I noticed that I did not feel pressured to buy anything. Usually when you walk into a rental store the first thing out of their mouths is What can we rent you today? Adam at Rent-2-Own did not do that to me at all. He did however answer all the questions I had in a very friendly way.I wanted to get myself an EZ chair or recliner and he showed me what he had in stock and what he could get for me within a short period of time. He at no time showed any pressure salesmanship. That made me feel very good, like this store might really care about its customers, not just making a buck. I ended up getting a chair that they had in stock. He asked me when it was good for me to deliver it, not telling me when they were going to deliver it, like the others do. We decided a date that worked for me. I paid a low payment, which i believe we are all looking for, a good deal.When it came to the delivery date, the men that delivered it were on time and very professional, but very kind at the same time. They brought in the chair and because of my health, they moved the old one for me as well. I couldnt of asked for any better service from a company. The whole experience with Rent-2-own was painless and no pressure sales.Now that Ive had the chair for a few weeks, Im not sure if it is what I want. I like it, but Im not sure if I really like it. When I got it home and with my other furniture it looked a little different than I thought it would. I called to ask a question not about the chair, but while we were talking the associate told me that I could come in and get another one. I thought they would not be to happy with me for not liking my chair. She told me that they had a new stock of chairs in now and just to come by and see if I liked any of them. She said she wouldnt be happy until I was happy with my purchase from them. I am going to go tomorrow.I just want to say I feel that if they keep up the service that theyve shown me alone, I think their store will thrive and be around a long time in Salem

The employees are very nice people. The first fridge I got was to tall it wouldn’t fit so they took that one back and ordered the one that would fit. They go beyond to make sure you get what you need. The delivery guys was really nice and friendly people. They showed up when they were suppose to and they didn’t damage anything bringing it in. Believe me it was a task cause some of my door ways was a tight fit and they even had to take my front door off. I kinda felt sorry for them. Thank you guys. I love my fridge!!!
Delivery was on time,the guys came in set it up and was very nice. The members in the store also very nice, helpful and informative. Adam, the store manager was awesome and very helpful helping us get our merchandise and getting us on our way with no hassle! I strongly refer renting from them over other rent to own stores in the area. They also have a lot bigger selection and can get it if they dont have it in stock, if available! 5 Stars!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful! They were able to get everything here quickly and had everything set up so quick! The delivery guys were extremely nice and kind. They also were very respectful of our home making sure that they weren’t tracking mud in. We will definitely use rent 2 own again!
This place is awesome! They work with you on everything and fast at their service. They send you texts messages if you forget that it is your day to pay. You can even pay through that text so you dont have to go in. Its nice and easy service. I have rented 4 items off of them already and plan to stick with them. Favorite place to rent from!
I got a sectional from here and i love it! They had awesome deals and they had the best pricing in town. Plus the people in there are nice and help you with any questions you have. They delivered the couch the same day and set it up for us. I’ll definitely be coming back for more soon.

Rent 2 own was able to get me my washer and dryer, brand new, for almost $100.00 less than what I was paying elsewhere. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and made the process quick and easy. The delivery guys were amazing and were courteous to keeping my house as little muddy as possible as it had just snowed the night before delivery.
Everyone is so helpful and willing to help any way they can. Movers are always friendly and very helpful. Cant wait to continue our business with them in the future

My husband and I rented from here the day of the grand opening. We were greeted immediately. The manager there was super nice. There is a lot of options at great prices. By far the best experience that we have had at a rental company!!
Fabulous service! Delivery was 6 minutes early and they are very nice people. If you have a shorter washer and dryer hook up hose, they let you know what size(s) they need to install it and say we will be right back! And then they have the job finished! Its fast delivery, installation, and service!

They would not work with us after my boyfriend lost his job due to the virus we were only 2 weeks behind 86 dollars and they came and demanded my stuff we did give it to them no problem but would not even wait til Monday so we could pay plus they didnt wear masks . I just think its sad because they gave someone I know a free month when they were struggling and they bond there stuff haha 🤣 owell
