Bought a coat for my wife and it was a bit too cheap and wasnt warm enough. Brought it in to return it six days later and they stated that they wouldnt have sold it in the condition we brought it in like, even though my wife only wore it once.They were incredibly rude about it and the place mat that the coat was lying on stated that there was a guaranteed 30 day return policy but they still were adamant. They ended up allowing the return after quite a long conversation where the manager ended up shaking from anxiety.All in all it was a very weird encounter and i tried not to act like a Karen over thirty dollars but i held my ground because we had the receipt. We certainly wont be going back, a discount isnt worth a stressful environment.

Always at Burlington, theres a nice selection of merchandise! Name brands for a fraction of the suggested retail prices. I always find something I need in this store. Highly recommend.

I came in contact with one of the most amazing women ive ever met and just happens to be a cashier at Burlington. Kindest, sweetest, and most helpful cashier ive came across. If you ever have the pleasure of Megan being your cashier you will totally agree.

I love the people that work here. Unfortunately they need more registers open and its sad to see the store shrinking. Departments are getting smaller and some may just disappear. I hope it doesnt close! Hopefully something moves in next door to keep them going.

My wife seems to do well here. As a guy I am bored to tears waiting, but again, that is probably a good thing as that means my wife is finding things. Cashier turnover rate seems high as we always seem to get one who is in training. I used a Mastercard credit card that I commonly use and it was declined twice. Fortunately we had backup payment methods. I called the credit card company minutes after leaving the store and they said that everything with the card was fine but an incorrect security code or expiration was entered.Seems like selection is going down a bit though. They installed a movable wall to block off all the empty space. Seems leadership at even the local levels wants to build a wall.Edit 1/8/2020: I had to go from 4 to 3 stars as this last weekend, the gentleman at the cash register was told that the 25 pack of hangers we had was $8.99 as there was no price tag on this one (and the other nearby ones of identical style and quantity had this price). He used our time by radio-ing someone to check. This was fine, but on the radio, the person said they didnt have those and gave a higher price. I told him that this was inaccurate. He decided not to radio again or adjust the price to the correct price. Is it worth peeing off customers for $1, really, especially considering all the other stuff we bought?

Great products and wonderful selection. Cashiers are very helpful and friendly but they need more employees on floor too assist if needed.

No complaints except they need more cashier help. 😔 You spend 60- 90 mins shopping and then have to wait in line an additional 20 mins.

Love the products & prices! I used to come all the time then stoped due to how unorganized the place was and how limited they were with sizes. I revisited last week and I very satisfied! Everything was organized again and I was actually able to purchase things in my sons size. I now will be going more frequently. Only thing I suggest is that the store hire more people to be on the floor. I can never find anyone to help me when I need help.

I love this store for so many reasons. I continually find amazing deals here in styles I love, and prices I can afford. The only two drawbacks I encountered; they need to do a better inspection on their clothing and you should too while you visit. I had a a giant stain on one piece of clothing I purchased and failed to notice it. I couldnt return the item or exchange it because I didnt have the receipt. Also, I left a twenty dollar item behind and returned a week later to retrieve it and they said without a receipt they wouldnt give me my item. This is in essence my fault because I didnt give them my email and phone number which would have aided in their search. They should have been able to look at the security cameras and saw my purchase, but they werent willing to go that far for a customer.

December 26th and Burlington is done selling coats for the winter. I went there the day after Christmas, and all they had left was a limited number of really ugly coats. The cashier checked with management and was told that the coat season is done. This is Michigan, and winter just started. These retailers that try to rush from one season into the next are way off the mark. No wonder consumers are shopping online.

I Dont know, had some coats. But expected way more being winter is coming.

Burlington Coat Factory is a nice place to shop. Prices our reasonable they have year round layaway.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The store is always a mess and the check out process is painfully slow. Every time I try to give it another chance Im disappointed. The prices are the only positive and the only reason this is three stars instead of two

Why is there never any coats here? I dont know why I came back. This is the worst bcf store. Nothing ever in stock. They have a couple little boys coats and nothing for girls. Smh
