Your store may be awesome. However your landscaping business is lacking. I understand more rain = more weeds but you were hired to control weeds not just spray and pray. They billed us twice in one month and did very little to help get it corrected. Poor customer service. Sad for small town service.

My family and I absolutely love this place!! They are so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! They are also very professional! We bought two turtles there and all the things they need and the man that helped us knew so much about them and was able to answer every question I had! 10/10 experience and we will continue to shop there!

Our family loves that store. We found some camping stuff and some nice pint canning jars for pomegranate jelly. Love the little baby chicks right now. So cute. I kind of miss my chickens/eggs😁

I love going here even if Im looking for nothing in particular, I just love looking around!So much neat stuff and, more trees, plants and landscaping materials than Home Depot.Two things I purchased from here, did die though, a pine tree and, a Bird of Paradise, since Curtis didnt plant them, I couldnt get refunded.I bought 5 trees last year that Curtis did plant and, theyre doing great!Ill be visiting again soon, as were currently doing some yard work and, will be putting in more trees.
Everytime I stop by from Las Cruces, NM i stop here to pick up plants and pots. Best prices, and cool plants you cant find anywhere else (heirloom pomegranates!?)

Curtis Landscaping was a huge disappointment. We scheduled an estimate for our yard. The guy was over 15 minutes late which want a huge deal but not professional. He came out on a Thursday and told us he does he paperwork on Saturdays so we would have our quote then. 3 weeks later still no word. I went into the store and talked to Jay. He called the tech in front of me and said he would have it that day. Next day still nothing. I went back into store and asked for a refund, Jay said okay he would mail to us. Been 2 weeks and still no check and Tom there told me today Jay never said he would send me a check. Tom wasn’t ever part of the conversation I had with Jay. Horrible company and horrible management skills. I will not ever do business with that company.
No one greeted us or for that matter they didnt say anything to us! Not even so much as ask us if we needed any help. Nice country store though stocked very well with all kinds of stuff. Also, there is a nursery out back. Sad though that customer service is non-existent!

I wish that I could give a review for quality of work, but I cant seem to get them to even call me back or show up for an appointment for a simple estimation.I set an appointment with them to come out and talk about some projects Id like to have done, as well as the estimations of those costs; this was a two week wait. The day of, I get a call from Jay saying that there was no address put into their system (I gave them my address when I made the appointment over the phone). I say okay, give him my address and some easy-to-follow identifiers, in case GPS is incorrect. Jay asks if its okay that he shows up early, I say great! Long story short, I wait up to two hours -after- our appointment, then attempt to call the cell he called me from and no answer. My family postponed dinner for this.The next day, I call to find out what happened and reschedule. The person I spoke with says shell call to find out, but it was likely due to my address not being on the schedule. I explained I gave it to him directly over the phone, so that it not the reason. She says shell call Jay to find out and the call me back. I wait all day, no call back.So, as I mentioned, I wish I could give a review on quality of work; but will have to settle for quality of service. Which, for me, is extremely poor. As a business, if you schedule an appointment and cant meet that, you should at least notify your customer to reschedule ahead of time. I wont be using Curtis Landscaping, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Jay Curtis the ONLY landscaper in the Gila Valley.Jay is a very nice person. His store is very nice. He has lots of very nice plants and materials. He has very nice equipment. HOWEVER, his landscaping services are not something I can recommend. I wish it were different.Why? Quality and Timeliness. The reviews seem glowing. But when I asked around about peoples experience with Curtis Landscaping, all I heard was story after story of sloppy work and frustration trying to get problems fixed. My experience was no different, unfortunately. I wish Jay well, but he needs to up his game on the landscaping front. Maybe hire better staff, take fewer jobs so he can focus on quality.Good Luck.

Curtis Landscaping needs to teach their drivers to drive courteously - and/or have them drug and alcohol tested. Yesterday, June 7th at 12:14pm, one of their trucks pulling a trailer - both marked with Curtis Landscaping logo - pulled out of their parking lot without stopping, or apparently even looking. He pulled directly into the inside lane right in front of three cars who had to brake hard to avoid a collision! It doesnt reflect well on the business when their drivers in marked vehicles are driving like idiots ...

My backyard looks amazing now! If you could see a before and after photo, you would not believe the transformation. It went from a desolate jungle of weeds and dirt to my own oasis of paradise! I literally want to be outside every waking moment. Ive even wondered if Im too old to put up a tent and have camp out every now and then. It really is all Ive ever dreamed of!
