The owner was amazing. I have bought a speedometer try putting on myself and it just wasnt going well. I thought the speedometer just wouldnt work with my type of bike so I brought it in for a refund. The owner then explained what had to be done and he offered to put it on. I was happy. Not only did he put the speedometer and it works wonderfully but he also adjusted the sprockets and did a few other adjustments. I really appreciate that he found the time to do this when you so far behind in work. And on top of that it was free of charge. Thank you again. It was much appreciated.

Great customer service. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a tune up but will be back if I ever need parts or a new bike. They have a large inventory considering the size of Safford (plus scooters and skateboards). Price was great and service was timely. I highly recommend.

I have read all of the reviews on cycle path and have been in there with my son on quite a few occasions for the love of his scooter. I have remained professional with this individual but he has crushed my sons feelings every single visit. Today, he literally ask my son, who was just trying to adjust his scooter, if he was about done because I have alot of work to do. I get the impression if you are not in there to make a large purchase, he gets aggravated and rude. I would not doubt if he was the one cursing at children. If it wasnt for the love of my sons scooter, a trip out of town for anything that has to due with a bike or anything else in his shop, would be worth the trip.

I took my bike into Cycle Path this morning expecting to have my bike in the shop for a few days but Tom and his crew had it completed today. I was very pleased with the quick turn around, especially since Im a daily rider. Good Job Cycle Path!!!!

I cycled the Southern Tier and stopped here to get a check up for my bike. There were several negative reviews posted about this shop and Im glad to say we ignored them. The owner has recently retaken possession of his shop and is very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. He did a quick and thorough check up while chatting with us about the area and places to eat. He ran this shop for over 25 years before selling and is now back in business. It is too bad that negative reviews are tainting his business reputation because it is a great place to take your bike.

Tom is very helpful in answering any and all questions and if he doesnt know an answer he will do his best to find one for you. Its also very clean and well kept and up to date on all merchandise.

Best bike shop in town. He has prices on tubes even cheaper than Walmart and much better quality! I have not had to reach a flat tire since!
