Mark and Mike at the front desk are great and easy going! I came in with a odd ball compression tee fitting, and the guys really took the time to educate me on what I needed. Even if they are unable to help, they will steer you in the right direction. I highly recommend this place!

Should be negative stars. Absolute worst customer serviced experienced in over 18 years of HVAC sales. When calling for pricing on an item we have purchased in the past, a guy named Alex in sales, who I dont know how he he still has a job, told me he is no longer quoting and quickly hung up on me. I will be taking our business elsewhere as well as letting the other 75 sales people here to never use this company ever again and will also discourage all of my colleagues in the business from using this company - what a disgrace!
