Have you ever seen a store that sells childrens birthday party supplies, but discriminates against a protected class (parents with children)? How about discrimination based on age. There is one. This one. Meanwhile, pets are allowed, just children are not because according to the management owner does not like them in the store.Attorneys, is that a legal basis for discrimination against a protected class? Is this a store geared towards someone 21+? Or any other business that is legally allowed to discriminate against a certain class.Who else was discriminated against by G&G distributors? On what basis?

Great service, it is a warehouse so do not expect employees to help you pick the best items to match your event. When you do need something, they are efficient in helping you get the items you need. Keep in mind, there are no babies/kids allowed in the store, so beware. It is not a great environment for them, so it is understandable.

Ordered glass vases as part of wedding centerpieces. A few arrived broken (as you might expect when shipping 19 glass items), but the customer service was great. They shipped out replacements immediately, and I couldnt believe how quickly both the original shipment and the replacements arrived. The vases themselves were exactly what we needed - perfect size.

Literally the worst store on earth. I saw something on their online store that I needed for my sons christening. I get to the store and they advertise on the door “No Kids”. I had my 3 month old son with me sleeping in the stroller & they would not allow us inside although I knew exactly what I needed to purchase. I could understand not allowing toddlers or older children inside that may run around and break items however my son is an infant, sleeping bath in the stroller - give me a break! Hope to never have to return to this store!

I have been an event professional for over 10 years. We do business with Vasesource, Jamali garden, Accent decor, we know many of the associates and owners by name, but not here. Sent a glass centerpiece image from G and G to a client and she confirmed it, I called G and G, confirmed availability, before I showed my client and they would hold until Friday (1 day) as they dont ship glass, which we appreciated. Side note, the rest of the work staff of the store is courteous and helpful,.We arrive about an hour prior to closing, our office is a 2.5 hour drive from this location, the rain and downpour was flooding multiple areas this Friday. When we arrive, we were told our membership expired 2 days ago, so it took about 20-25mins to complete this. We go to pickup the glass on hold, figured it would be a quick check and find multiple pieces of glass have hardened glue on it, but we still took most of the boxes. (FYI strict no-return policy-all items require check on the spot) They are 15 minutes to closing and we feel bad as its end of day for them and also that we have to rush, and we are confused at the quality (chipped glass/hardened glue over the glass), so we say we will come back at an earlier time, please keep these on hold to next day, as we also just learned they will be closing until July 12th. We stay in a hotel next door and arrive the next day in the same clothes, to check the pieces, we also brought a cloth, in case multiple pieces have glue, we would still take them, but confirm glue will come off. The manager/owner told the associate to make sure to tell me all other boxes were sold out, this was all they had. They flat out lied to me, I overheard her saying to Luisa, dont open any more boxes for them Basically, if the item is broken, I dont have to buy anything from them. Do they have any idea of what they put us through? How far we drove? How we confirmed this item already? I tried telling her, but she wouldnt listen. We stayed in a hotel overnight, so the check on the items was not rushed and also as a courtesy to them as it was end of day? We went to a local store to buy cloth to remove the glue. Was this racially motivated because of my skin color and background? I have never felt so much hate and lack of decent humanity. She lied, I felt like a young school girl in a miltary style boarding school being scolded. You want it, take it, you dont want, get out!!! Not my problem, I have lots of customers. This was just terrible, I begged to let us buy product??!! We bought glass with glue, Im going to spend my morning tomorrow scraping it off and hoping the glass isnt chipped. We didnt ask for a discount on the damage product, we bought it and ran off, tired, confused, and sad. I cant believe this happened. We didnt deserve this experience, no one deserves to be treated this way.

I received 3 umbrellas today that I ordered from this company and each one of them arrived bent.

Unfortunately this store has a rule of no children ... so what we do not have with whom to leave our children we cannot enter this establishment ... how badly for them they lose customers.

Needed some plastic candle holders to use for Advent wreaths and they were not available locally. Searching online yielded either very expensive or only available to florists. Not a wholesaler. The purchasing agents have no idea what to do with large quantity orders. This is a retailer that for some reason branded themselves as a wholesaler. My advice to the company is to either stop labeling themselves as wholesalers, or handle calls for large quantities through purchasing managers who know best practices and wont just transfer me five times and then not know what to do.

This store has thousands of product to decorate any kind of event or just to decorate at home. The membership fee is very reasonable ($10 for 5 years). Very convenient location next to the exits of Garden State Pkwy and Interstate 80.

Im getting married in 6 months and have been searching for the right colored roses to go in my bouquets...I wanted a blush peach color to match our wedding theme and this site is the BEST quality and colored roses Ive found (and Ive looked alot of places!) Others look extremely fake, cheaply made, or do not have light peach as an option. I shopped at G&G Distributors 4 times in the past few months. The staff are all Spanish (who I must say are very nice); besides the Asians who own the store. You would think that after spending $1000 (but I spent triple that amount) that they would offer some type of in-store discount--but they dont. My fiance wasnt feeling the fact that they didnt give any type of discounts so each time we shopped he asked Kathy who happens to be in charge if they would give us 10% off because after all, their prices arent that great. And, each time he asked she said no. We figured they are very cheap, and do not appreciate your business at all. I do not like how they treat you when they ring up your sale; and, I believe they think they are the only distributors in north jersey that have a big warehouse so they believe floral design folk are at their mercy. But not me! I woke up and began to search for other distributors. Also beware of their return policy. You cant return or exchange a darn thing!!! Thats absolutely crazy! We had to beg her to get store credit (we had our receipt) for one item that was in perfectly great shape. She didnt even want us to exchange it! They dont appreciate your business shoppers, so find some place else. I did. You can find better deals at Hobby Lobby and other wholesale outlets. Im not shopping there anymore. Im done with G&G Distributors.

Awful Awful business policies and Customer Service. Employees are rude and have no abilities to speak English. No training in where items are located. Overpriced and if you purchase it be sure you want it, no chance of ever getting your money back, EXCHANGING IT FOR ANOTHER COLOR, and they charge a 20% restocking fee. IMAGINE THEY EMPLOY MINORITIES, PAY MINIMUM WAGE AND THEY CHARGE TO HAVE THEM PUT ITEMS BACK ONTO DIRTY SELVES AND BINS. This is an awful store. NO matter how much money you spend. I spent over $700.00 for a charity event and they didnt say thank you!!! I would rather drive farther and go to Hobby Lobby in Totowa, NJ . Imagine if no one shopped here? NO item they have in this building is worth the rudeness AND ATTITUDE. If I could have posted a negative star I would have.

If I could give them lower than one star I would. The customer service was typically non-existent. I was recommended to this location by a friend. The store had a limited variety in the bridal section. After going throughout the store though I found something that could help me with DIY centerpieces for my wedding, this moss green balls. The guy highly encouraged me to purchase them, that theyre already done and are exactly what I needed for my project. When I got home my sister and fiancé didnt like them so I decided to return them because we found an alternative. The store refused to take this balls back! I tried to return them only TWO days after I had purchased them. No one told me that it was a final sale when I was purchasing them! No one at all! This was just money wasted. Bad return policies and bad customer service .

This company is nonsense. They took our order for something they were out of and did not notify us. We had to hunt them down leaving us in a horrible situation. They claimed to have left a voicemail and sent an email but that was a bold faced lie. VERY disappointed. Would never give them any kind of business again.

Great place to shop for party events. Has everything you can possibly need. The only problem was the space between aisles, sometimes there are boxes of items on the floor making it hard to walk around shoppers with carts.

I have been a member for three years and have brought friends with me. There is a membership required and a minimum dollar purchase. So if you are purchasing for an event there is a wide array of decorative items for parties, decor, and design. The return policy is strict. The help do not look happy and act suspicious. If you are there you have a feeling you are being watched all the time. They speak in a different language to each other and actually offended my friend who happens to be bi-lingual thinking she was strictly English speaking. If you can get past all that, this is the place to go for all sorts of ideas at good prices.
