I’ve placed an order with copy and print and always has excuses that the printer is not working or the cutter doesn’t work, I never received my items. Don’t recommend to place order here.

I find all I need for my home office. The items are at market value, if you like unusual or like to make a statement, you can get office items to suit your personality...and for students this is pretty much a one stop shop for your stationaries.

The printing center is too busy to help customers in front of them. Very rude .

Good service. Workers are very cordial and pleasant to work with. They have in store shopping available. Scanning and Printing facilities are available. Better get your smart phone with mail configured to get work done easily.

Fire the girl behind the copy n print area. She rather be on her phone then treat u badly if u ask for help. Very nasty attitude with me then saw her with a nasty attitude with an older man.

Shop online instead. İf you must dont check stock online at all. Their online may show an item in stock but when you go to the store they can tell its not in stock. Like what happened to me at 3 different locations. In one location especially they told me an item wasnt in stock on the phone then I went inside the store and checked the shelves and found it sitting on a shelf. Like I said shop online. Its not worth the headache.

These people lost my package and have no clue where it went. Do not drop off your packages here!!!!!

Nicole in the Print Department was the best! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me with photos for a poster board and I was very happy with the outcome.

Been going here for years, and never disappointed. They always have what I need and the staff is nice. Very convenient off 46. I also like they have a good selection of sale items of furniture and etc. This is a good place like an outlet for computer tables, and chairs.

Showing on Google they open at 8am, but when you get to the store, they dont open until 9am.

I bought this air dust and disbelief noticed it was expired until I got home. I went to the store to return and they wouldn’t give me not even a store credit because supposedly now the product doesn’t appear in there system. so they didnt give me my money back THANK YOU STAPLE.

Everything that could go wrong happened. The outcomes fine. Except I had to be there for over an hour because the computers malfunction. The computer wouldnt give me a receipt no I didnt email my receipt to my address. The manager finally came over to help and he cleared everything up outside from waiting for a long time.

I went inside to fax some papers for work. The man at the customer service desk said there are two people in the copy center who could help me. I thought great theres not a single soul in the store but me this should be quick and easy. I walked over to the copy center and asked if either of them could help me there was a man and a woman behind the desk. Their copy machines seemed like spaceships so it was frustrating. The two who seemed more interested in talking about personal things never once came out from behind the counter to help me. I paid $12 to fax something and Im pretty sure I may have faxed the wrong side sending blank pages. But every time I asked a question and I did ask about 5 because Im not good at electronic things lol they pointed and try to explain it from over-the-counter not once in one come around after seeing me frustrated. I was very nice while I was there but I will be honest I wont come here unless it is an emergency. so disappointed

This isn’t just for this staples but in general. Tried to place a store pick up at several locations and kept getting emails back after 30 minutes of placing the order that the items were not available for store pick up despite them being in inventory. Went to store and they only had a different version of the item left that I didn’t want. I called multiple locations but they put you on hold for 10 minutes at least. Turned into a longer ordeal than just ordering online. Not sure how they’re still in business.

Horrible customer service. I asked this Manager with this long dirty beard named Christian for help finding an item, and he didnt even let me finish explaining what I was looking for. He just quickly passed me off to some kid who was stocking shelves, and walked off to the back for the next half hour or so. The poor stocker kid couldnt help me either cause he had no knowledge of the cord I needed. I got angry, and just started looking for myself, and found it after a little while. Wouldnt have bought it if I didnt really need it. The only times Ive had great service was when Brian (another manager) has helped me. He really knows his stuff. Unfortunately, I dont think Ill be shopping at Staples anymore. Too many headaches the last couple visits. Gonna try P.C. Richard, and/or OfficeMax/OfficeDepot. Would give Staples a zero if I could...

Crooks. They selling the same item with two different prices in the same store. Swingline hole puncher in the front $10, in the aisle $12 (exact same product). When you go to pay they charged $12 unless you say something.

After receiving no notification of my online order being ready for more than 2 hours (for a 1 hour pickup), I head there anyway. As I pulled in I got an email that the item was unavailable. I went in and they told me they couldnt find the item and my refund would happen in a few days. I decided to look around for something similar anyway and the whole store is a mess. They have many products on display but only a handful of those available as boxed sellable items. Wont be returning.

As a former manager for the Staples in Clifton I decided to stop in for the Copy & Print shredding service. As I walked in I noticed there was no greetings at the door, as I got to the Copy & Print department the woman seem unenthused. She asked what I needed help with, I explained Id like to drop off some personal paper work to be shredded. She replied that the bins were full and, I could try another Staples.... Personally speaking as someone who worked for this company, I found that solution ridiculous honestly. So I decided to calmly walk the entire sales floor to see if anyone would approach me with help for a shredder but, that never happened once. Even the manager with glasses glanced at me but, didnt inquire if I needed help. Its sad to see that customer centric focus is still not a main point with Staples. Poor service that should be reported to the D.M Ted but, he had poor employee relations with his team.

Only 1 worker was helpful. Was given misinformation by an employee. Cashier appeared as if she didnt want to be there.

Two out of two times, the copy and print center has gotten it wrong!First, I had ordered business cards a couple months ago and when I went to pick them up, they were Not done, in fact, they didnt know anything about the order. Then, when I went back later that night, I had to wait even longer.Second, I ordered a banner for my business and called upon placing the order and then about 5 hours later. I was told the order would be complete in 2 hours. When I went to pick it up, it did not have grommets, which were on the order. The staff seemed surprised that it was on the order and could not do them right away because they had other orders. Once I get my banner today, I will Never use this Staples again.Though the girls have been nice, this is an unacceptable way for a business to operate. Where is the management??

Sorry guys but I had a horrible experience here today - staff was fine but nothing was working. I came in to print a lousy 4 pg document in color and the printing lady behind the counter was stuck with a customer... so I tried the color printer, that was down, went back to the counter no luck, back to the printer no luck, they told me to use the PCs there and print to the other printer, well guess what - that computer was down. waster 30 minutes at a time that I was in a rush. No way to manage a printing center this way.

With little help, I was able to locate the item I needed. Great for basic needs.

I buy all my office supplies from them and I get a great amount of discount when I go on a big day sale. They are my favorite place to shop from.

Horrible experience. I ordered the 1 hour pick up in store and what a disaster. I ordered online and went to the store 4 hours later, waited in line for 30 minutes, and order not ready. They said to go the store tomorrow. When I called to talk to them they hung up on me. Horrible experience.

I dont usually write nasty reviews but this really upset me.. I had the worst experience ever with this location. I have a business and always use staples for my business needs. I was at the copy center and waited 4 hours for them to print some pages and laminate them. They had 1 employee at the copy center and their was a crowd of angry customers waiting as well. It was such a frustrated experience. They also messed up my lamination but I just left because I didnt want to wait any longer. Dont ever go there.

Went here to get two pages laminated. Three people hanging around acting like management telling me the girl who does this will be with me in a moment. Shes busy helping someone with a large print job and the moment slipped away. Awful customer skills. Never going here again, one time the service here was good but I dont see the same people.

Staff is clueless. No experienced personnel in copy print department. A simple task is completely daunting for them. Ask them to do 11x17 center staple booklet and they look at you like a deer in headlights. This has been my experience in most Staples. Either they dont train them properly or they dont know how to hire. Not to mention their self service Xerox copier machines always have problems. Ridiculous

Worst service at printing department. A Saturday morning. Im the only customer and this guy takes 20 minutes to print 2 pages. Really? He blames the computer software and it turns out he was printing something else that wasnt mine. The at check out he starts looking at his phone and texting while the line gets bigger.Always the worst experience when I come print here. Please save yourself sometime and go somewhere else...

They only make you hold on the line however they can’t even inform you properly. Poor management:(

Only 1 copier in the entire copy center works and there is always a 25 minute wait and likely longer. The other 2 copiers have been broken and doesn’t seem like they will be fixed any time soon go elsewhere you will be glad you did.

Worst experience ever this dude call andrew in the printing section toll me he would have ready my petition after 5pm and since i was in a rush i did not have time to stay so i told him i will comeback next day morning. He said he would have it ready and now that im here nothing have been done about the work i request. How can a bussines can trust other bussines to have some of my job done ether way they get pay for. This is a shameless printing station just for workers like andrew just pure irresponsible and a lier to me and more people.

Everytime I go there, the copy, fax, and credit card machine does not work, theres always a problem, but luckily you have a employee that was able to help me, she works at the copy and printing counter, you should be proud of having her as a employee..

Ive dealt with the store few times. Yes, many employees are not knowledgeable about certain things and this applies to any retail store nowadays but they always made right decisions.
