Alexandria and Annie were so awesome in answering ALL my questions as a first time unit renter. They totally made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything involved! Thank you!

They raise the rent every 3 to six months. I have been here 6 months and the rent increased twice. My unit was broken into with little to no video evidence. The person was a tenant and the cops did not get enough information from the staff to make an arrest. How sad is that. The staff knew there had been multiple break in. Told me nothing about them. I could have made a better choice in locks if I was properly informed.

The storage representative was nice and explain how the storage works.

Its an alright place, there is people that jump the fence though and theres sometimes people waiting for you to put your code in, so they could get in. I dont like it when they do that I dont even know if they get in trouble for that and I dont even know if they have a storage there. My storage in the past had been broken into before, but the price is good. I think they should upgrade their cameras and possibly have more security on both sides or even have dogs for security. Maybe Ill offer them some service 🤔 overall they have a good price the people are pretty nice and reasonable.

The grounds were clean and safe. Very good customer service. Ladies willing to help in any way they could. Provided a way for me to get in as I was afraid using the truck I rented to move threw the pathway. I didnt want to damage to truck and or property. Although I would of had room, it was so nice to be accommodated with a entry that was stress free and safe. And as I came in the safe entry I was able to go out the same way. I appreciate that it was a gated and locked location. Made me feel at ease about leaving my things behind. No rodent entry or traces of bugs. That is truly incredible since the location was near open land. Thank you so much for keeping all peeps property equally the same. I like that word ALL. Thank you all again. The easiest process and the best experience I had using your storage.

The staff is awesome and very nice but if u have more than a 20foot truck its almost impossible to get thru the far corners. If u have a 26ft like me dont attempt it! Having to back out of the place isnt easy!

Decent storage facility. Like the location, so close to downtown. Was presently surprised, I was able to get a unit, half the size of a one car garage for just over a hundred a month.(last place charged me a little less but unit was a closet...literally. 4ft*5ft*10ft). Excited about all this extra space!...But of course three months in, and they inform me rhey must increase rent or move me to a smaller unit. ye olde bait n switch! Other than that, the place is great, staff is friendly and helpful, ill stick around for nowEdit: this place is SECURE! I accidently left my storage unlocked(slaps forehead) for over a week and not a single thing was missing when I returned to correct it. The staff promptly took notice and informed me that I hadnt put the lock on correctly. They are so friendly and helpful and pet friendly as I always have my dog with me. It was a hot day and they didnt mind letting me bring my dog into the office with me instead of leaving her out in the hot car. Awesome people to work with, even though I know I can be a bit of a pain. Haha bravo! +1star

Yes I need a little storage for the moment and this place is close in proximity to me. While the price is competitive the convenience of 6am - 10pm daily gate access provides an opportunity for me to store or maneuver my property without the hassle and stress of time constraints.

The facility needs speed bumps people are speeding in the parking area on their premises and hit my car and no one called the police no police report no incident report was given to me very displeased with CubeSmart

2 of the units i had rented were broken in to and my stuff stolen the place is riddled with homeless and when talking to them they explain how it works.. The only reason i even rented from this place because my grandfather R. E. Saulque ESQ. used to do business wifh them

Overall the facility is nice. Gated entrances with drive up storage units. Prices are competitive and worth it In my opinion. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only Downfall is there are homeless tents outside the perimeter fencing and sketchy ppl around here and there. Other than that, good spot.

The manager at this location is lets just say not a good person. People should treat people with respect and be willing to work with people when things are out of there hands. I would not do business with this branch at all.

Very easy place to rent space.

This place is complete bs!! First month they conveniently forget how much I signed my contract for and over charge me and force me to pay over what i signed a contract for. Next month I paid late and again they conveniently cant find the transaction of my payment and lock me out of my storage. When I go into the office to figure out what is going on they give me a one time access to my storage which was already paid for. I packed up my storage and moved my belongings and here it is now two weeks later Im still waiting on my money back which was the prorated. This place is very unprofessional not to mention this place sits right along side the river so the storages are infested with homeless people just hanging around the property. There are stray dogs that roam around the property as well. There were a couple instances when I couldnt get out of my car in fear that the stray might attack me. I HIGHLY do not recommend this storage!!#GoSomewhereElse#HighlyNotRecommended

Terrible place, not clean, and with a pandemic on our hands, they feel the need NOT to work with their customers with partial payments and so forth. Marla lies alot, as my family members were there as witnesses on speaker phone conversations. I am a grown man who feels no need in making up stories unless it is story time to my autistic son before bed. The corporate office is even worst in the customer service area. Dont do business here or any of their locations. Lets make OUR VOICES HEARD

Be mindful with them! They mixed up my move out and then they were rude and dismissive when I tried to confirm that my unit was safe. In the middle of a pandemic when people have lost so much they raise rent and try to clear out units. SICK!Paying for storage IS NOT THE PROBLEM!!!!! Of course rates fluctuate, however its a horrible feeling to pay your fees monthly and get such awful service. I pay my bill ON TIME but almost had my unit sold off at some auction because of their mistake. The service is terrible and management is sneaky!

The manager at North 16th St. was always nice to deal with. The 10PM curfew was handy, and was the latest I was able to find in the area. Checking in and out was a breeze. Moving out early my last month there got prorated automatically. Overall really easy and nice XP. Con: You cant set-up auto-pay online and I wish I could have.

Only been here for just a little bit but I can tell you honestly that I do like this place. Staff is friendly and helpful and I had no problems so far. My locker seemed to be at a reasonable price compared to other places.

Quick and easy to book. The process was nice and simple. Mia (spelling?) was a delight and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. Drive through lanes look a bit small, but you can fit a uhaul truck down them, recommend going all the way through instead of trying to turn at the intersections.

The large size of the storage unit it was expensive but it came in handy.

Forcing customers to purchase insurance for their units is illegal. This property is not Americans with Disabilities Act compliant. This property does not display its business license in a conspicuous place.

Pros:Management is amazing. They are very responsive and easy to deal with. I have no issues or complaints here.Cons:There are homeless people that not only live immediately behind the property, but also store stuff in units on the property. Several camp outs can be seen directly on the wall that surrounds the property (you can see them on the google street view). A couple of blankets were also draped over the barbed wire surrounding the unit. When moving stuff into our unit, the property appeared to have several people wandering around. When we asking management about them we were informed they were other customers. There are a couple of gaps on the top and front of the unit that items can pass through from one unit to the next, and a couple of smaller objects we did not own ended up in our space.All that being said, in the 3 weeks that our stuff was stored everything was left alone, and not tampered with.The other thing to note. This is not a climate controlled unit, obviously. There are mice/rats in the units. We found mice/rat droppings all over the things that we had stored here. I imagine that since a lot of homeless people store items here (some things we saw included lots of clothes, pet items, and empty beer cans) the mice/rats have lots of space to thrive, and thus move from one space to the next.

Office closed for 2 hours while movers and trucks waiting, at 100 an hour. Then found out there is no record of On-line reservation. No apologies! Then office was closed again while all helpers left again without unlocking unit.At $1.50 per sq. ft. a month, there is plenty fair competition out there. Its all about creative marketing promotion by savy investors and developers. Unless you need a headache along with the stress of moving, CubeSmart is highly not recommended. (RIC Properties.)

If you look in your storage you will see rats and every kind of spider. I told the staff they said not our problem so you guys think cube smart is a great storage think again. Im pretty sure they have snakes as well.

Ease of process and convenient location.

Too tight for large truck to make turns on the premises! I was not warned before renting a 25 truck, causing damage to their entrance gate. This seems to occur often as the gate was also inoperable for 3 months before I vacated. No lights inside units, probably to keep homeless people wandering nearby from trying to occupy units.

So far so good but I dont know a lot about them yet. Well see.Had to edit this. I meant for it to get 5 Stars not the 2 Stars I posted.My mistake.

My truck was broken into and all of my things stolen. There is a homeless encampment directly behind the facility and they come over the fence. The facility has not fixed the razor wire and they dont seem to care about security. They refused to help with anything after my truck was broken into. They pretty much refused to help and wouldnt even call the police after it happened. They also dont get paid to look through security footage, so your on your own. I would not trust my belongings there if I were you.

Well I have a storage there, and Everytime I go there, someone is near my storage in a car or nearby doing drugs. Its getting a little old to see this Everytime. Last night I came there and these people were in the middle of the road way car doors open stuff everywhere. I approached slowly to leave and the guy walked around with a broom and wouldnt let me go by. I had to sit there with my windows rolled up and afraid of what may happen . They were clearly on drugs . Actually scared me.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Got a unit. Visited it 3-4 times. On last visit, fell asleep inside for bout an hour in middle of the day, because I work nights and hadnt slept yet. The property manager found me asleep and cancelled my lease that day. Ive been given 1 week to move out even though Ive paid 2 months in advance (including mandatory insurance at $12/mo.) F@#k this place.
