My neighbor has had several deliveries from here and after seeing the quality of the soil blends and mulch we decided that we really needed to check them out. We did have another place that had been our true favorite place and after visiting the yard we placed our trial order of 5 cubic yards of mulch. This place is a little difficult to find but the material and variety and customer service definitely makes this a great place to go. I will update this after the delivery.** On time, exactly what we ordered and very courteous professional driver placed the load exactly where we needed. We will be ordering additional types of materials and recommend them to all.

This place has great prices on soils and soil amendments plus gravel and stone. They have everything a landscaper, builder and ornamental or vegetable gardener needs in terms of dirt, soil, compost, mulch etc. all in bulk and very affordable!They were also very friendly and helpful.If you go there, they are adjacent to the landfill so take the same turn off but go right instead of left then downhill to the left and you’ll see their piles.We had them dump the soil in a pickup truck but they have delivery available too. Happy gardenscaping!

It was awesome! The person I spoke with when I placed the order was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even informed me about a special that saved me some money. The pricing was great and the free delivery was certainly appreciated. To top it off, I asked for an early delivery the very next day...and it was delivered before 7AM. Wish I had found this place years ago. Sal in the office was great (he even let me grab a couple handfulls of different composts so I could run some tests at home), young guy on the tractor in the yard was super heplful, prices are the best in town, delivered exactly when promised. Whats not to love!

We got soil, mulch and sod from Florin Perkins and it was a great experience. They are very communicative and even called to ask if we wanted an earlier delivery. The product is quality and our yard is looking great. I would highly recommend them and we will be purchasing from them again in the future.

We had two yards of the planters mix delivered this week with amazing service! The soil is top notch and we got our garden beds filled and ready to plant our summer garden thanks to Florin Perkins landscape materials. This saved us so much time and money versus going to a big box store and getting bags of soil that wouldn’t be as high quality. I am very pleased with Perkins staff and 50/50 soil they have supplied. Salvador was extremely accommodating and helpful each time I had a glitch in my project. He kept my order on hold to help me with delays in moving soil in my project. It was very kind of him to make all changes to my orders as the project evolved. My work is still in progress and I am counting on Perkins to take me to the finish line.Their products are good, they help people decide, they follow up before delivery, they are flexible and responsible. The location was a bit tricky to find but once I found them they had exactly what I wanted in crushed rock. Id been to 4 other landscape locations in Roseville and GraniteBay but was just about to give up. The staff took time to show me different rock they had and helped me figure out just how much I needed to get this small job done. The people were very helpful and the next time I get a bug to do an outside project I will use Florin Perkins.PS When the rock was delivered it was done within the time frame they set up and the gentleman helped me figure out where to place the rock so I didnt have so far to move it. Good people work at Florin Perkins Landscape and a shout out to Stephanie in the front office.

Yes enter into the pit gate. Just keep right, watch the green on white signs pointing the way and dont go to the very deep part of the property. The yard is in the high right side of the pit property.I got the family feel on entering trailer. Clean, organized, helpful, fliers with pictures,samples and price lists. I felt like i was visiting old friends. Materials are top grade, clean and fresh. You can bag your own or by yard or part of. Take home fliers for friends and neighbors. Most likely the best landscape materials yard around.

I shopped around at other places for Sonoma Gold Rocks but the service every where I went was not that good, then I came across Florin Perkins Landscape Materials shop, I would say from the time person who answered the phone to take my order to the time my material was delivered the service was superior, I was surprised by the entire customer friendly staff for the great customer service they provided, usually these type of places are not known for their great service, but they won me as their life time customer.
