I have a female coworker that has to order uniforms from another company all because this place does not have female sizes.... I thought it was 2021.... that doesnt seem right

My company is a national company with 10 location across the county. We had been doing business with one of the other large uniform service companys that I will not name. It starts with the first letter of the alphabet. We were consistently over billed and had 0 follow up when we had issues. I could go on and on, We gave that company may opportunities to rectify there issues with no response. Hence changing to UniFirst about 8 months ago. Anthony Mistretta is our rout driver and he does a great job, he is polite cordial, consistent and does what he says he is going to do. And with UniFirst we are not getting fleeced. Oscar has been a terrific service rep. since taking over our route months ago. He is always kind and courteous. What I like most of all is that hes very consistent with his delivery time and always brings the correct uniforms for all of our employees. Excellent service all the way around!

Anthony Mistretta is excellent! Always on time with prompt and friendly service. He even noticed we had ordered the wrong paper towels for our dispensers and suggested switching to uni first for all of our bathroom supplies and even installed everything the next day!
