I called to ask if our vacuum could be fixed and the answer was no unfortunately, but they gave us a very clear and definitive answer over the phone, and were clearly very knowledgeable.

Ive been doing business with NAVCO for about 20 years now and Ive never had a bad experience! Thats really saying a lot. I used to purchase a LOT of stuff there when I was a young college kid running my own little window cleaning business. Then, as I got out of that business, Ive gone back many times through the years for industrial strength cleaning chemicals and house keeping tools and vacuums. Very knowledgeable, always honest (theyve steered me away from spending more money than I needed to on multiple occasions), and very patient. All in all great people!
