I have been going to this store since I first moved to Sacramento. While all of the employees are great, Jen has been the one that always goes above and beyond to help me. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable to help me with my needs. Every time I come here I hope Jen is working and will wait for her if she is busy helping another customer. Jen’s positively makes my day much better!

I have visited Perfect Union a few times and I leave happy every time. I just had my fourth spinal surgery (third surgery on my neck) and I am doing everything I can to not have to take any opiates for pain. They have the products I need and their prices are competitive with other shops.The staff is super friendly and they are knowledgeable which is nice. Bottom line is I like Perfect Union and will continue to visit their shop. Oh, and a big thanks to Iona!

I’ve never been unhappy with any flower here, Ever. All top shelf here mostly. Unlike down the street midtown shops whom have lots of bunk weed. Plus here no tips, no secret taxes, get points, discount makes this the cheapest in the lung run. And the girls sure are nice down there. Hugs

They actually close at 8:45 for in store purchases. Beware the deceptive business hours. It’s right down the street from me but I’ll spend my money elsewhere in the future. Bud tenders are typically helpful if you come during official business hours.

I usually come here all the time with no issue and this one time I was greeted rudely by the security black male commenting “your driving pretty fast” which i didn’t realize he was watching me from down the street and going normal speed and then the worker inside blondish brown hair white female told me my ID was expired which I UNDERSTOOD completely and even told her it’s okay I’ll come back with a new one but then she threw my ID back at me instead of handing it to me.So because of this poor experience I will not be coming back here again. You guys used to have the best customer service until these youngsters started being rude acting like they’re in their hood. It’s so unprofessional so I’m leaving a review thanks

Love this place! They have a great selection and are always fully staffed so there is little waiting. Jennifer helped me and she was knowledgeable about all the products even those used for pets. Recommend!

The staff at Perfect Union are really friendly amazing people! The wonderful Budtender who made this old 100% disabled veteran laugh when she told me she had to wear the blue gloves that didnt work with her touch screen because the gloves that do work with touch screens are transparent and her fingernails dont meet Perfect Unions dress code, Lmao! Seriously I felt like the Joker 🃏 when he couldnt stop laughing! It was shock caused by absurdity of it all, to think this day and age and times that a company like Perfect Union would forget that they are only around because of people like her and I who fight for the freedoms of others to be who they are wherever they are and the right to smoke cannabis bought legally in California. Been here a few times... this place def has changed. Guess they are under new management now because I had to sign up again. Seems like prices went up and not that much of a selection. Employees are friendly at least. Andriana was really helpful and pointed out the specials they have all week. Might come back for the free gram day.

Super friendly folks here!! I had suck a great little experience here, I went twice in one day, bringing along a friend the second time! Nice selection for a smaller store. I found everything I was after the first visit, but still decided to pick up a few more things. Great prices and although its out of my area, I will surely find my way back. I didnt go in but my daughter did and she said she really liked it. The people were nice and helpful. The prices were reasonable and the options were plentiful. She found they have specials on certain items on different days. She was in and out very quickly.

This place is becoming one of my number one choice. Good quality and almost no wait. Plus the prices cant be beat on certain things, I think that their concentrate selection is a little bit overpriced though. I would probably come there more if they had more reasonably priced concentrates. They lab test almost everything so you know that what youre getting is relatively clean and free of contaminants. They also have a pretty good loyalty program.

Last night I showed up at 8:30 pm and stood outside in the cold to be told at 8:45pm that myself and the two Express orders along with the folks behind us could not come in because they were closing? WTH? We were all saying its not even 9pm and all I wanted was a preroll and the Express order customers were saying but, we called in our orders, and I couldnt believe that the security guard straight up told them no one else will be going inside because they were preparing to close? Huh? It was 8 45pm and they say they close at 9pm! What angers me is that if I had known that they werent going to adhere to their hours of operation I would have gone to my preferred place CC101 aka KOLAS. I will NEVER go to this place again! I stood in the cold only to be turned away when I couldve gone to CC101!!! I ended up going home with nada! As they say, word of mouth is everything. I will be telling everyone not to go to their dispensary!

When you say your business hours are from 9am-9pm you should FOLLOW that. Placed an online order at 8:27pm arrived at 8:40pm to be turned away by some silly and rude lady that always uses the term hun. I am relatively new to the area and had positive experiences my first couple times here but I went last week and the AA woman with blonde and black hair was extremely rude to me and just plain arrogant. Other employees have been pleasant but its a shame they have the employee who lacks basic customer service skills as the first point of contact for customers coming in

Have to sign numerous waivers to enter the store. Most of the products were extremely low THC 18 or below. More than half the product was dark purple ( which reduces THC through chilling the plant before Harvest).Costs are in line with all the dispensaries in California that I have experience so far. Meaning that you can get better product for the same price somewhere else. Without signing waivers not to sue them.The store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone they dont like. And so do I!

I have been a Loyalty:, customer for years. Always had a good experience till today.I purchased a vape pipe and product. It did not work.I checked on line this particular product has a bad history of malfunctioningI took it back they gave me new pipe, I bought some more product.It did not work.I took it back explained my situation to the manager Alex.Alex was very rude and AMATEURISH and refused to help me. Alex called security had me leave the premises. I am lout $150.00 with nothing to show for it.Please go to any other club that this one. Cheers.

Dont waste your time on the top-shelf bammer from Perfect Union. $65 an eighth for low quality cannabis and $45 for sticks and dried out flower. The customer service is alright, but its not like you get perks here. The loyalty program is the worst in the city by far. They toss you a few cents for every major transaction. Try other dispensaries in the city, especially where you can get a decent eighth at a normal price.
