Great service, contractor supplier open to the public

Called them for an A/C part and was quoted a very reasonable price. They normally service contractors, but they sold me the part I needed anyways (Im not a contractor or a service tech, Im just a handyman). When I showed up, picked up the part and paid what I was quoted. Im super pleased with them. Again, super reasonable prices.

Prices are great and the equipment they sell is not the cheapest quality. The only thing is there the workers there dont have much HVAC experience and finishing an order can take a very long time.

The secret to a great relationship at aircold is to be late on a payment though i dont usually pay my bills late i did on this one occassion to see if what my colleagues told me was true.its true depending on how much and how late you are dictates the distance how far their credit manager will go to collect money for her company.though i was on the low end i qualified for a few drinks on aircolds dime to dicuss my account.if you have ever seen aircolds credit manager you would understand why her customers purposely pay late. some of my colleagues claim she is amazing at her job in and out of the office
