I ordered bathroom vanity from them in June payed the money. Here is is October and I still don’t have my vanity. I have spoke with Kimo every week who set up date and time to pick up but no one ever shows up. Since I told them I don’t want them to do the work. I have been getting the run around. Looks like I will have to take legal actions to get my money back.

Called them before coming here, and nobody picked up the phone. Came to the store because I was in the area, and they’re closed, although the sign is showing that they’re open. They do not honor their customers time. Would not return.

Im in the middle of an issue with Mike and Kimo, co owners of the place. They ordered cabinets that dont fit my kitchen and want me to pay them to do the work. The cabinets were late and promised a free install, but then said that they would change the gas lines around for free but would leave me to do the cabinets myself and now the full refund is no longer an offer. I came back to them because the CS was good until they took my money, things were downhill from there. Now were having to take legal action to get any resolution. I wont recommend them to anyone, and tell anyone who mentions them to steer clear.

Vince and his team completed the remodel of our kitchen. Although aesthetically pleasing, the material and quality fall short. You would think spending over $16k would last well over a year, however, after 12 months, the condition and parts began deteriorating. My guess is that there were some corners that were cut during the initial install. One other issue that left a bad taste is at the completion of the job, Vince came up to me and asked for another $600 in parts and material, which should have all been included in his original proposal since I didnt make any changes than what was discussed. In fact, he tried to charge me for lights that I provided. I guess being nice doesnt get anywhere; after buying lunch each day for 3-4 of his crew, giving away our furniture & appliances to his staff, Vince was still not appreciative of my business. Customer service and guaranteeing your work goes a long way in retail but this is where Litell and Vince fall short.

The quality of their cabinets are superb.
