The shop is very organized and in order. You can easily find whatever you are looking for. All items are labeled and priced so there is no question of how much or what an item may actually be. The guy offered me a $20 loan for a dyson vaccum I declined.It was so ridiculous I had to comment on a review. It clearly was a bad deal. Im sure he did what he did just because he felt like it. Then again pawnshops have a thing were they hire people who arent the sharpest tools in the shed. Just a bad experience.

I had several guitars stolen from me and ended up seeing them on craigslist. I called the owner and talk to him in identify the guitar to an infinite degree. He told me that he bought them and he did not have to give them back being ignorant of the law I accepted his word as it was. And he lied to me. this phone shop is Shady and questionable and I would not buy anything from them because you dont know if it is stolen or not. and yes I did file a police report and yes they were mine and I can prove it. But its too late. again I would question anything I purchased from the store this guy is crooked.

I used to really enjoy coming in here I used to pawn a bunch of stuff at this location with no issues and problems. The customer service here is terrible I had a Apple Watch here less then 2 months I got offered 100 which was cool for the price took less 75 I had another watch got offered 50. Didn’t take my loan history in account like most pawn places do. After I get my items out I’ll be finding another place to loan. The experience was not welcoming I dealt with Sam 2 times both have no been welcoming at all and he don’t seem like he know what he doing me ex me spending 20-45 mins there to get lowballed as well quoting me GameStop trade in prices for a game that just came out. But I rarely give bad ratings but when I do they dropped the ball

For the most part, a great place to find music equipment, electronics and everything else. My rating is based on the shopping experience overall.My main issue was the way I was treated when returning something I believed to be defective. Was treated like I was pulling a fast one, and not like the regular customer Ive been for over 5 years.

With everything available to them why take my grandmothers necklace it was only worth anything to me Dont leave it if it means anything to you at all you may never see it again and then they wont even help figure out what happened. That a great way to treat 5 year plus customers. There are better and more trusted pawn shops in Sacramento.

All anyone can ask for from a pawn shop is fairness. These guys are more than fair. Anytime I have lost pawned items by not paying on time, or defaulting on the loan, they did everything possible to help me recover my property. No penalties. No late fee. They just let me pay the interest as if I was on time. As long as they still had my stuff somewhere, I could get it back.Pretty cool!Thanks Cap City!
