They responded very quickly, which was nice. But were extremely expensive for the simple repair they did, but I was in a hurry so I paid it. But then I had to call them back the next day because they didnt do it right. I expected better service for the premium price.

I called because my garage door wasn’t closing properly.... they answered the phone and came out the next day. He went over a couple options and explained the pros and cons. What I liked is that when I made a choice, he was able to start right then and there. See my time is worth a lot and I just want it to work correctly.He replaced my main springs and some other hardware so that my door is good to go for the foreseeable future.I didn’t shop around, price seemed reasonable. Well, everything is getting expensive but I was ok to pay what he was asking . For the service and expertise I’m willing to pay.Nice job.... works nice and smooth now.Been happy with it.....I am in the trades so I know what quality and service looks like.

I called and made an appointment to have my garage door looked at. It was making a loud noise. Andrew the tech arrived in the time frame they told me. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained all my options to me. I chose to have it greased and new rollers put on. He told me it was going out and that it might last until after Christmas. Which is what I wanted. When it comes time to get that new opener I will definitely be calling Andrew back to replace it for me. Thank you for your timely service

I had a garage door that broke at one of my rentals. I called GDI and they contacted the tenant, to arrange the installation. They went out and replaced the door and opener and allow me to pay them over the phone.

When we had problem with our gragedoor, and called the number on the sticker on the wall (left by previous owner of the house), we got quick response. And their proffessional enginner came and fixed the worn spring with clear explanation on how the whole system works, and what was the problem. He also showed us how to reset the gragedoor opener and the code. Very professional!!
