I dont write many reviews, however; I feel its fitting after my experience. I wanted a hat embroidered with his name and campaign tours overseas for a very close friend I served with in the Army. I picked up the hat and lets just say....it didnt turn out as I expected due to a minor error on their part. Needless to say, I was a bit angry. The Army hat was a special order that took a month to deliver.I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction via email, which Katie, the Production Manager, immediately replied stating they will take care of everything. I just picked up my hat today and it looks amazing. I cant wait to give it to my buddy as his gift.You call really tell a company and/or staff employees true character by how they react and respond to their customers when things dont go according to plan. They stand behind with work and word. Katie and Nelli...thank you for making feel me l like a valued customer...keep up the great work.

Action Printing is easily a go to choice in Sacramento for printing services. They made our business cards, did a great job, and did it fast. The place was a little bit confusing to get to, but their service absolutely made up for it a million times over. Im that customer that ordered 50 shirts at 2 pm the day before New Years Eve, and not only did they get it done, they stayed open on NYE so that I could swing by and pick it up in time for New Years Day. Would absolutely go there again.

Service from the Print Center has always been first rate. Lena is always extremely held plans knowledgeable. She also has tremendous patience as we are usually overwhelmed with all the choices when it comes to ordering tshirts.If they rate problems with the order she contacts us immediately. The turn around time is quick and the tshirts always look fabulous.We have placed several orders with the Print center over the last 6 months and have always been satisfied.
