4.5 point.This store had lots of options for ice cream kinds. The waffle bowl was extremely good and crunchy. I gave it 4.5 because it is a bit too sweet. I would come here again though.

I worked here during the summer of 2021.For most of my time working there, it was poorly managed, not kept clean, was unable to receive breaks, no proper training, and was held accountable for tasks that I have not been trained to do. These are some of the reasons why I decided to resign, but there are so much more.Please keep in mind the conditions that these workers go through daily, not just at CREAM 916, but everywhere you go.If you decide to order dessert from here, just be mindful of what I have expressed in this message.Thank you.

The flavor of the ice cream is not as good Baskin Robins or Cold Stone...The fresh waffles donuts cookies brownies is a great concept.

Update: So disappointed 😞 came in for a second time on a hot Sunday with the family to not be greeted while walking in also being told cash only which was okay but then we noticed a few different flavors of ice cream was melted in the case. Also while we were deciding what we wanted to order the employee left into the back for a good 5 minutes We decided to go elsewhere.Such a cute place! They have lots of choices to satisfy everyones sweet tooth.. love how they have mini cookies since Im watching what I eat but still would like a special treat. Kids & I love this place!

The pictures make it seem like you get a lot of ice cream but you don’t, they were out of the cookie i wanted which is understandable but still disappointing. the service was fine, a little on the slow side. looks like they’re having some issue with the freezer, a lot of the ice cream looked melted. not sure if i would pay five bucks again for what i got. cute interior though.

Cream is an arden favorite! There peach bellini shake is awesome so are there cookies and dosant sandwich

Came here during the weekdays late afternoon. I wanted waffles, they said they were out, than asked for brownies, they were out of that too. SMH!! That was a disappointment! You shouldnt be out of products, period. So we got the cookie, donut and churro. It was eeh. Donut n cookie are small and expensive. The churros was hard. Like it was microwaved and when it got cold it turned hard. I did like the ice cream, that was good. This is like The Parlor. I guess Im use to the big donuts at The Parlor and how they warm up the donut and ice cream. Cream needs to just make sure they are not out of products, make the portion a little bigger or bring the prices down just a little. Would I come here again? probably not but that doesnt mean you dont try it for yourself. Maybe you will like it. Thank you.

The ice cream was melting before she even scooped it. Mediocre at best.

This was my first time visiting the store and was looking forward to try. I was asking for prices and turns out that the manager Serena kept talking over the new girl and I wasnt sure who I should talk too. If the manager would of been more helpful to the new employee than maybe my experience would of been better. The new employee mind you I wasnt aware she was a new employee until the end of my visit by the manager Serena. Let me tell you what happened ----The new employee kept the same gloves while she was touching everything, the bucket of ice cream, touching and fixing her mask. The new employee should of been using safe precautions when handling the bucket and the ice cream. Especially with COVID around us. I got grossed out when the new employee jean jacket touched my ice cream. When I did point out all the things that the new employee did the manager just told me that she was new and that if I did want someone to get me my ice cream I could of just asked!!!!!!!!!! I was shocked by the managers reply to my valid concerns. Please take this into consideration when visiting this ice cream place.

Refused service because out of spoons. K.. How is the owner ok missing out on 9 hours of business because of a lack of spoons... Send someone to the dollar store and pick up some boxes of spoons or something, lordy..Could have gotten a milkshake or something also, but they werent offering those as alternatives, guess they really just wanted to close up early that day!

Food was great, but they constantly understaff the restaurant. There was a line out the door, and they only had one employee. Absolutely ridiculous.

Adjust your hours to match Google. Thought we had over an hour till closing but over half the ice creams were unavailable and when sitting in the chairs enjoying the ice cream the employees were putting away all the chairs and tables around us. Clearly wanting us to hurry up and leave.

On multiple occasions they never have any vegan fudging awesome cookies. even after asking them if they could make some more they say no....... with three hours until they close. bay area cream is much better.

The prices are so good. You can make a sandwich, sundae or just enjoy a scoop. The ice cream is decadent and the cookies are perfectly baked. This is the place to go for your ice cream fix as they have tons of yummy flavors and combinations.

Who wouldnt like to make their own ice cream sandwich but that is one option you can do here and since thus was my first time here I made a warm brownie sandwich with cookies and cream ice cream with oreo pieces stuck to the ice cream out side. This thing was delicious. I would not hesitate to go back again and get the same again.

Great concept - a warm cookie ice cream sandwich made just the way you want - but be prepared to get a little messy. The ice cream can drip if you dont eat fast enough, but its hard not to savor the experience. If you want all of the taste without the mess, stick with the brownie sundae. Good eats, though, and the kids (and kids at heart) will enjoy it.

The place was very very dirty. The floors were covered in crumbs and even a cigarette butt. The counters and surfaces were only slightly cleaner, and the workers werent super friendly. They have soy and vegan options though, which I appreciated since I cant have regular ice cream without getting sick. He waffle cone was also really good, tasted like a ginger snap.

Ben and Jerrys got nothing on this ice cream shop.The ice cream is velvety smooth but that is only one half of the equation. The cookies used for their ice cream sandwiches are freshly made in shop.On Tuesdays ice cream 🌮 tacos can be enjoy at a dollar off. Three scoops, two toppings in a waffle shell.Its no wonder its my kids favorite.

Lots of options at reasonable prices, maybe even slightly less expensive than some other similar places. Ate here late in the evening on a weekday and it was not too busy. The little shop is pretty and the workers werent very friendly. I found the ice cream to be lacking. I tried two flavors: theres better green tea ice cream elsewhere and both flavors I tried were icy and not smooth/creamy. That said, the mini cookie sandwich can satisfy your sweet tooth just fine!

Came here for the first time today to satisfy my sweet tooth and Ill definitely be back in the future. Great concept for enjoying ice cream in a variety of ways. I recommend this spot to anybody looking to satisfy your inner child with SWEETS and ice cream at the same time!!!

It’s literally a cookie and ice cream. Nothing special or even unique toppings. Mostly cereal and sprinkles.I had the Cream taco and the high school kids working the counter served it on corn dog plate you get at the fair. As soon as she set it on the table, it tips over and all toppings are gone. Has no one thought about better carrying containers?Brownie Sunday in a cup was better but the ice cream selection was the average. I would recommend the small quarter mile drive to icicles.P.s this place is very sticky throughout, the workers simply split the pastries with a spatula they clean by pressing it against the counter. I’m sure there are better sanitary ways. It ain’t my cup of tea but best of luck to the business.

My fave ice cream spot because of all the options and combinations you can make here. My favorite base is their chocolate fudge brownie, no walnuts. So chewy and fudgy, and not too sweet.Also dairy free ice cream options here too, although it is limited to 2 flavors, soy blueberry and soy mint chocolate chip. They have a vegan cookie option too.If you havent been here you should check it out!

Found this place while shopping at Home goods. I love their ice cream 🍪🍧selection as well as the drinks selection. Surprised to see lots of old school drinks 🙌 💕

Loved visiting this place! As someone who cannot eat gluten it is nice to find a dessert place that offers gluten free cookies so that I can enjoy what everyone else is having. Not to mention they are delicious!

Even though they only have 2 vegan icecream flavors they have 3 vegan cookie flavors. Ive tried every vegan option that they had and they are all amazing! I wish they would add more.

I would personally say the ice cream was delicious and the customer service was great and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. just a side note I would highly recommend training the employees to not move around so much I believe the manager was giving good directions but there was still way to much movement which slowed them down but of course it was the first day and I will be returning

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Cream. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the girl made it and then told me that they were out of whipped cream. I couldnt believe it. What kind of ice cream shop runs out of whipped cream? She should have told me before she made it so I could have decided whether I wanted it or not. I would not have said yes. I asked her if I was going to get a discount and she said no. What kind of establishment is this? Terrible.

Delicious food, lots of choices, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, out of all the flavors, only two are dairy-free. While the two dairy-free flavors are delicious, it would be nice to see more options in the future!

Only problem I had was almost everything I wanted as a topping for my ice cream sundae was out.. the hot fudge was out, the fudge syrup and other syrups were jammed and werent able to be used, its a little disappointing when you come in with a craving for a hot fudge type of sundae and leave with something other than what you wanted. But other than that the ice cream itself was tasty.

Pretty disappointment in this place. I was excited to try it but found their products to be pretty low quality. Although it was fun to custom make my ice cream sandwich, the ice cream wasn’t that good and the cookies were kind of stale even though they reheated them.

Pretty good ice cream! Ive been here twice and they have great options. It was alittle awkward with the music playing. Nothing was censored and it was some pretty rachet music. Maybe plug there ears when they go in before cause damn.

Thumbs Down!! Below average. The cookies are barely warm and definitely not soft, more like stale and crumbly. The ice cream is just ok the flavor is not really good and authentic. Kinda like cheap grocery store ice cream. The service was not good. The lady acted as if she was not at all interested in serving and when i expressed concern about the hard barely warm cookie she rolled her eyes and said the total. Like totally dismissed my concern. I wouldn’t return there I’d rather just eat soft serve from chick fil a.

My friends ordered ice cream sandwiches. You gave one the sandwhich in a cup and one a sandwhich in a bag. I have OCD and that completely irritated me. On the other hand. Your ice cream is bloody amazing.

Been here for a few times and I like it....One thing i like is the art inside the wall of this place. Done by a local artist who is talented and was on Americas got talent top 3 contestant. So this art is to admire..Next is the convenience of this spot. Its right by the movie theater and I love how this place satisfy my sweet tooth before and after the movies..The menu is simple and my go to is the mini cookie and a ice cream scoop. They warm up the cookie then you select ice cream and its that simple and under 5 bucks for the mini cookie..I tried the dosan which is mini donut which is warmed up, then select ice cream. This was a little too sweet. So back to cookie and ice cream sandwich..Overall this place is simple yet satisfy the cravings. One time I took my cousins to the movies and after movies we got ice cream which was really fun to them and I. One time I brought my out of town friend who wanted something sweet so i suggested this place and she loved it. Everytime i come here its a great experience;) thanks for reading and have a yelptastic day!

Excellent experience, even the anticipation able in the line trying to finalize what I want to order, abd even watching what other people are ordering for ideas. But what Ive learned is that there is no wrong choice at this place, just pick what you want and know that its gonna be great. My personal favorites, thus farBirthday cake ice cream in fresh made warm a waffles with fruity pebbles sprinkled on top.I also really like the birthday cake shake with crumble Snicker doodle cookie with Fruity pebbles. Yes, I am starting to see a theme there to, lol

First time checking out the hipe of this place.. got pistachio ice cream which👎 had a greenish color but tasted like banana.. brownie wasnt fresh.. CREAME is over rated!
