We got some cute clothes at a good price since they are going out of business. 50% off. Giving 4* because the jewelry wasnt worth it only being 5 or 10% off. Why not give a bigger discount if the store is dying anyway? What difference does it make. less profit but you will get rid of excess inventory faster. Theyll have to toss unbought items either way. Why not make money off it? No logic.Overall, besides the small gripe, the staff were very friendly with a speedy, accurate checkout process. I cant say if it is still open or not. We went on a recent Sunday and they were open until 6 or 7.
What can I say? This is the last Sears left in the area. Always loved Sears and always will. They are trying to reorganize after the major uncertainty they faced about their future. The store needs restocking of items badly, as the merchandise sells quite well. The sales representative told me they will do a major restock of this store soon. Great clothes and tools. I have always been satisfied with my purchases here, or they made it right.
3 Because the products left on the shelf is garb & Im not talking as in garments... I mean literally whats left is the ugly, gaudy, 1970-1990s grandma gear. Although the jeans are still good. And of course the store was dead! Could barely find a sales rep. I didnt bother going to the upper level.

Dont know if theyve already closed down but they have some good sales when I went here Im talking about blue jean shorts for $3.40 jewelry for $2 sweaters for $8 to $12 I love a good deal and a good sale thank you Sears!!!

Grew up with Sears!I can get everything from clothing to home needs especially for Christmas.I think its the best store for holiday shopping if you ask me and its been a family tradition all my life.Good customer service and prices are always reasonable, never complained.I hope this one stays forever as I fear that one day our longest running American department store will go away like the others weve lost these past years.Please shop and support your local Sears and keep the tradition going for your kids and grandkids to enjoy. 🙏🏻

My go to place for tools, appliances and car batteries. Sears dont have that many selections compare to before but their prices are very competitive and theyre shop your way reward points can give you big discounts at check out.

There is something fishy going on outside of this company.. feels like they are preparing to close forever...😔u cannot depend on Sears to back up their products. There’s another company handling your issues once you have purchased your product and left the store..I have too much to list and worst is they have no quality assurance department to handle my issue.Im screwed. I payed for the most expensive warranty and am very worried that it was a total waste. Four months into my wait they delivered a new refrigerator which happened to be broken so here I am waiting two more months for another new refrigerator to show up granted it’s a Kenmore refrigerator which is top-of-the-line. Each time a delivery was scheduled it was then delayed more than once for multiple weeks. And then when I called they transferred me multiple times back-and-forth with no resolution until I went to the Sears store talk to a sales rep and then they called the customer service line on the phone with the same topic which was-they delivered a broken refrigerator it’s only been one day we need to schedule somebody to bring another one. Sounds simple right? Nope! Thank you management and sales staff at Sears Arden for actually helping me and keeping a positive attitude regarding this issue.. it’s amazing how loyal their staff is because they didn’t have anything bad to say or tell me any stories when I discussed all my issues with my experience after I purchased my refrigerator washer and dryer. 4000$ spent including warranties.There is so many other failing parts of the system I don’t have the energy to describe. BE WISE..TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM SEARS. They have lost their mojo..

The cashier was very rude and skipped though things very quickly. She assumed I didnt want to donate to the charity and hit no without me having a chance to say anything. She also did not take off the security device on one of my items. I did not realize until I was home. The extra star is for a new employee that was very helpful trying to locate what I had requested.

This was a great visit! To begin with, I was shopping for a tool. And the tool department was being covered by a gal who was covering for a sick person and she didnt know a whole lot about tools. Though using awesome Q/A skills we found what I was looking for. She was properly juggling customers to more efficiently handle the load on her own. She apologised for any delays and held her composure under pressure. (This lady needs a raise or training possition!) The item I was looking for was not readily found but working together she remembered seeing it. I bought exactly what I was looking for and she helped me get the best value for the current offerings.

The employees were very helpful. But trying to get merchandise ordered & delivered in a timely fashion is all but IMPOSSIBLE. My refrig which is 3 yrs old quit making ice in May. So Ive had to buy ice since then & my new refrig wont be delivered until the middle of November 2020. I know its not Sears fault bcz the appliances all come from South Korea.

I shop Sears for tools and as a professional diesel mechanic I think the quality is great. The service I get when I purchase or warranty my tools is wonderful. I just wish the shelves were restocked faster.

I can see why they are closing stores. I just purchased a new home and the house doesnt have a washer and dryer, so I need to buy one. I dont know much about washers or dryers and you cant really get many questions answered by looking online so I went to the store. I dont know what questions to ask and the staff is zero help...ZERO. I told the guy what I saw online and he pointed me to the first model in his vicinity and said I could get this one on sale. Why this one? What does it do to lead you to believe that would fit my needs? Oh, right you didnt ask me anything. I told him thats out of my price range and I repeated what I saw online. He pointed to the end of the aisle and said its probably that one. Then he walked off and said, let me know if you have any more questions. Uh, I have tons of questions and if you work on commission then you missed out on a guaranteed sale because I was looking to leave with a washer and dryer today. Great job Sears, you guys are doing a bang up job with your customer service. Maybe you should examine closing more stores.
Bought a fridge, was told delivery would be the following Wednesday. Took the day off work for the delivery. No call, no email to verify the delivery time the night before... when I called to find out what was going on, they told me the delivery would be a MONTH later. Cancelled the order and now I get to wait 7-10 days for the refund for an item I never even received. Pretty cool.
Ridiculous, nothing is much cheaper than a regular sale! They only have two check outside and were only taking cash!!!
I think I just got ripped off. Had an old Sears card I swear had money on it (I always throw them away when empty). The cashier swiped it in her computer and said it had no money on it. Figured, huh, thats weird. The stranger thing is that she put it under the keyboard instead of throwing it away.P.S. The one star is mostly for no one picking up at management to inform them about this possible theft. I will simply never return.
The quality of customer service in the womens department was better than Ive had in years shopping at Sears. Biggest factor? Antonina & especially Annie. Above & beyond with assistance for my disabled client. It can be a daunting task to navigate the guidelines with clothing purchases when a person has certain types of disabilities. Thanks so much!

Ok...Sears is just depressing...as are Malls in general. The demise of the brick and mortar is readily apparent when one considers that Sears used to be the anchor business that brought in ancillary shoppers into the mall. Now its an anchor of another sort.

They are handling the financial situation quite well. The staff is still super helpful and the shelves are still mostly stocked.I’ve always loved the staff at Sears, much like the superb customer service at OSH.Great prices on top quality shop vacuums, but very expensive normal household vacuums.Christmas decorations are very pricey here. Lots of top quality tools still in stock at good prices as well.
Went in for a oil change, rotation and front end alignment. Its $100.00 . Now you have to go on line to get that offer. First thing they did was to try and upsale my wife.They told me they couldnt align the front end unless I had new tires. The legend of the shady mechanic lives on.Now I could care less if they go out of business🖕

This store is nothing but a towering monument to depression and misery. Not only is it poorly merchandised with lots of empty space instead of product, but I was standing in the tools department, talking to one of the employees (very helpful, she gets a five star rating) when a mouse ran across the floor and under the check stand. I dont expect much from Sears, but I do expect better than that.

I ordered some sockets, an extension, a toolbox, and a ratchet on 4/4/18 a week later I was I was able to pick up the some sockets the extension and the toolbox. A week after that I was able to pick up the remaining sockets. Now 4/30/18 I am still waiting on the ratchet. Craftsman is great but sears ( at least this one sucks)!!!

I purchased a washer and dryer from the sears outlet in March 2016, neither of them worked when i brought them home. i purchased a warranty and scheduled the repairs. the washer was fixed in 2 visits, the dryer on the other hand has been serviced 6 times and still doesnt work. in between repair attempts, sears short shipped parts, had a few reschedules so i finally requested a replacement (which took 3 weeks and several follow up phone calls). i finally get the approval to go into a sears store to get a replacement...now mind you, i have had to purchase a used dryer so i could do laundry for a family of 4 during this period of time.i get the replacement set up for delivery and they bring me a gas dryer and i need an electric dryer. the delivery driver said i need to call the store to fix the issue because he is a 3rd party delivery company. i call and the representative sees the issue and corrects it but cannot confirm when the replacement dryer will be delivered...he says the delivery company will call me to confirm within 48 hours and if they dont to call the store back and they would look into it.well, 48 hours has come and gone so i called they store and the representative has the gall to direct me to the bottom of my receipt to coordinate my own delivery.....whats going on here?sears, do you realize u received my money for a dryer in March 2016 and i still dont have a working dryer from you?once this issue is resolved, i will never buy from sears again. i would give you NO stars but your rate and review requires me to lie and click a star just so i can post the truth.

I placed an on-line order for store pickup. I received a text message telling me the pickup was ready. 15 minutes later I received a phone call saying that the item I ordered was out of stock.They said its going to take 2 weeks to order another one instead of getting one from a local store that has it in stock.The following day I received an email stating that my order was ready to pick up so I went to the store. After 30 minutes of not being able to find the order they determined that it was in fact out of stock at that store.Because I made the purchase with shop my way surprise points there are less than enthusiastic about solving the problem.After waiting 4 days to hear whether or not they had ordered the item and not receiving any phone calls, I called customer relations. Customer relations happily advised me that I had already picked up the item.Never will I shop from Sears again. Its no wonder theyre closing their stores and going out of business because their customer service has gone below the bottom of the bucket.
