After referring 22 of our girls to this company to order the shoes we need I had issues with ordering my own daughters shoes. It was an issue obviously with the web page but when I called I dont think they were all that helpful. I feel they were more interested in getting those few extra dollars then pleasing the customer. I will probably not be using them again because I do not feel my satisfaction was their #1 priority.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Danzia made mistake and send me child size 11m instead of adult . Their screw up.not mine i have to pay 30$ cad to send them a shoe at my expense to get 18 $ us back. Spoke to manager and they wont budge.Buyer beware if your ordering internationally and danzia messes up your order you have to ship it back at your expense to get refund.Update: danzia reversed their decision Spoke with manager jennifer today july 3 2018. Jennifer advised me new shoe size will be sent today .and to keep the shoe that was sent in error.Thank you to the owner of danzia for fixing the issue.

Its amazing how this company copies certain Praise and Worship Designs from Rejoice Dance Ministry, they look exactly the same even use the same description for the garments. They have been doing this for a few years now. I had an opportunity to contact the owner about this. But of course they are a Chinese company and the response was they can copy any design because Rejoice Dance Ministry doesnt have a Copyright to the design. They are right, no Copyright needed for all Rejoice Dance Ministry designs, they all come from our Lord Jesus. The Lord issued the Copyright. To Him be the Praise and Glory be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

As Dance Minister for my church, I changed our garments late in the Christmas season last year. Danzia was such a pleasure to work with!! Ive purchased dancing shoes from many online stores, and Danzia is best in many respects. The shoe I purchased did not fit and I had to return it. Most stores require you to return it on your own, which ends up being expensive. Danzia gives you the option to buy a return shipping label from them at a very reasonable cost of $ 5.95. There is no re-stocking fee either. The quality of the So Danca shoe I purchased appeared to be very good compared to several others that Ive purchased from other stores. Sometimes the shoe looks nice on the website photo, but when you get it you discover the quality isnt very good. Not so with this shoe. Very good quality. Also, the customer service was excellent when I had questions. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

I have ordered 3 uniforms within the past 2 months for the dance ministry at the church that I attend and each experience was flawless. The dresses came within 5 to 7 days of the order and because the dresses ordered ranged from small to 3X, I would sometimes get an email stating that some of the sizes were out of stock and if I wanted to wait for the dresses they would send them out when they became available...to my surprise the dresses would arrived within a few days after the email.I love their rewards program and their discounts. The prices are low but the quality of the product is high. I will always order from Danzia when I need uniforms or accessories.

The company sent the item (half sole dance shoes) in a timely manner. the product however did not fit my feet that well ...the edging near the ball of the foot seems to dig into my skin. oh well...

We used these dresses for our praise and worship team a few times. The dresses come timely and the feel good to dance in.

Jennifer is the WORST person I have EVER dealt with. Run from this company!!!! I can not get ahold of a manager. They promised my daughters shoes would be here three weeks ago they are required for a dance company. Jennifer who is just there for a paycheck would not help and just said I will track shipping in two hours. Some of the customer service reps and the manager Jennifer are difficult to deal with and will not do anything extra to help you when there is an issue with your order. Danzias Customer Service team is great! I chose 2 day shipping and in my comments I wrote that I did need the item within 2 days. The jazz shoe we ordered for my daughter one size up was several sizes to small when it arrived at our home . It was the size we ordered I guess just runs extremely small. I take Zumba classes and my tennis shoes were too heavy on my feet, so I looked for some Jazz shoes on line and lo and behold I found Danzia and ordered black Bloch shoes in 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size. They arrived before the date specified and I was thrilled with them. They are so comfortable and so light it feels like Im floating on air...and best of all being a former dancer I can point my toes and my feet feel great. I also ordered another pair in Pink (reminds me of ballet shoes). I even wear them when Im not in classes as they are so comfortable suitable for running around and doing errands. The ballet shoes arrived were as I expected. The are the same brand/style my daughter has been using for a few years, just going up a size.The box that they were shipped in was pretty beat up when it arrived, but there was no damage to the product nor anything missing.

This review is for Danzia’s online store. Their website claims to ship most orders the same day. I ordered cheer shoes that show in stock on 10/22/18. On 10/24/18 I receive an email that my order will not ship until 11/1/18. I called their customer service to cancel the order and they claim the cheer shoes are on back order. Yet the email I received doesn’t say anything about the shoes being back ordered or out of stock. I checked their website again and the shoes show in stock. I conclude that the online store is really a shell store. They take your order and your money then they order the item from their vendor. Once they receive the item from their vendor it will be shipped to you.

First time ordering and per their website items shipped within 2-3 days if in stock which order form stated was in stock on a Monday. I called on Thursday and could not reach anyone and machine said leave a message for customer service. Called on Friday, still no answer. It is now Monday the following week and I receive an email that there is a delay in shipping. I needed these items by Tuesday for my grand daughters dance class. If I knew it would take this long, I would have ordered them through another site but seen such good reviews. Still have not received a callback from customer service so I emailed them to cancel my order.

I ordered a youth size 7.5 and received a toddler size 7.5. When I called the customer service agent was very kind, but unfortunately were now sold out of the correct size. I was able to ship the tap shoes back with a free shipping label, but could not get the tap shoes I needed. Do not order from Danzia! Jennifer lies about everything it has an excuse. I ordered shoes for Zumba last Sunday. I never received any email confirmation regarding my order! I called Jennifer and she claims she runs the online store. She’s the only person there. She claims they don’t write Hotmail or aol. Gave a Gmail no email yet! This lying company said my shoes are on back order. I’ve called everyday still no shoes nothing in their system shows my order. But they charged my husbands credit card right away these crooks. Only one of the four items even shipped and I never received it on the day I was supposed to. I will never order from Danzia ever again. Their whole order processing is very unprofessional.

My church dance group ordered dresses from this site. We ordered the dresses on October 15th. I received confirmation of shipment October 16th. The standard shipment says 3-7 business days. Today is October 25th and it is said that it will be delivered October 27th. I called and was met with the rudest so what attitude from Danzia. Do not order from this site. The standard shipping is a joke and the next shipping is around $40. There are plenty of other sites with better customer service and shipping.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order 09/16/16 for some Hip Hop shoes for a dance performance. I paid $121.00 for EXPRESS SHIPPING. The shoes have yet to arrive (todays date is 09/22/16) and our dance performance is tomorrow morning. I tried to call customer service numerous times and no one would answer or return my phone call. I sent in an Internet Inquiry hoping someone would reply to that and explained my situation, still no response. I finally used online chat and spoke with a customer service representative who stated they had no way of tracking my order and that it was shipped directly from their warehouse to save time I should have read the Google reviews before ordering from this company. Hopefully I save time and stress for someone else.
