Adorable little coffee shop renovated from one of those historic Victorian Midtown homes. Lots of seating and outlets inside with good wifi. The coffee itself is great. Tried their maple latte (hot) and lavender latte (cold). The milk foam texture is done perfectly. The espresso is not burnt and tastes really good. For specialty coffee, this is a great local Cafe to read a book or study in. Expect third wave coffee prices! It includes tip and tax.
Came here for the first time last Saturday and glad we did. Coffee shop is located inside a historic home and has cool artwork on the walls. Great place to relax, have a conversation, or just study.I really enjoyed their maple latte. Plus, the street view is amazing and very enjoyable while you sip on your drink. Will be back.
This place has gone downhill and quickly, which is evident by the staffs lack of customer service and surplus of superiority complex. Plenty of other shops in the area so much more welcoming and far better tasting coffee. Poor variety of alternative milk choices and by the sign posted by their neighbors next door their concerns seem greedily focused as putting a filter on the roasters afterburner is not substantial dent to the pocket book but can benefit the surrounding environment. Zero. I do not recommend this coffee shop to anyone at all.
The vibe and aesthetic were chill but the coffee wasn’t very good. I had an iced vanilla latte and it tasted very watered down, couldn’t taste the espresso at all. Although this would be a nice place to study, read, or hang with friends, I would only come back if their coffee improved.
I happened to be in the neighborhood this morning and I was glad I found this place. I tried the iced Maple Latte with oatmilk. Delicious. Excellent customer service. Friendly baristas. Ive already shared the Google Map link with friends. I hope to visit again soon.
Great workspace and vibe. I really appreciate the prices include tax and tip already so it’s transparent and less steps to check out- more places should do this
Great coffee, unique lattes. Beautiful indoor decor that changes with the season. Definitely stop here, one of the best coffeeshops in Sacramento!
I go to this coffee shop all the time because its roughly a block or so from where I live. The couple who own the shop are the nicest people and the idea to convert a room of their house into a coffee shop is very creative. The baristas who work here are also super chill, and its just all around a great vibe. They roast their own coffee too, and they have one of the nicest patios. Some of the best coffee in Sacramento. 10/10 would recommend.
Rude service !! The guy who was taking my order actually stepped away from me in a rude way because my mask 😷 wasnt fully over my nose.. when I asked why did he step back he said he wasnt comfortable taking my order and that we could leave.. I was pretty shocked! We didnt end up getting coffee there, ended up in a much nicer shop down the street Insight Coffee Roasters
Beautiful coffee shop in an old Victorian home. Spacious rooms and patio with plenty of seating and free WiFi. General selection of espresso drinks with a few select house flavor lattes. Chatted up the friendly owner who shared his background and how they came up with the Maple Latte. Lots of people meeting or working throughout the day, which creates a great social environment. Its a beautiful new spot that I highly recommend checking out.
Okay such a cool, viby, beautiful place and you start getting super high expectations like the coffee has to be top notch! before this i have stalked trust bakery on ig( the bakery they serve there) and I have been dying to try it so to summarize I was very excited & had pretty high expectations. The coffee was SO watered down it was actually shocking. I got a maple latte and I will never get that again. My friend got a matcha latte with oat milk & vanilla syrup and she loved it. Coffee wise I would never come here for that. However I was super excited to try the bakery and I try to chocolate doughnut which I don’t regret trying. It was so light it didn’t make me feel like nasty or gross afterwards it literally tasted good and felt healthy I don’t know why. I do think it could’ve been a little bit more chocolatey but it was it really sweet it was more of a mild chocolate so I loved them for that. I honestly think I would come back again just to try the other varieties of those donuts. However as a coffee shop only gets three stars because the coffee I got was so water down. I’m open to trying it again maybe something went down the one time I came however at this point the coffee is enough for me. The customer service is really great though & aesthetic:)) so we took a bunch of pictures lol
Good roast and helpful associate. I liked that they included tax and tip in their posted prices.
Nice little coffee house handcrafted coffee beverages and the pastries are really good too nice outdoor area or you can sit in the house and drink your coffee
Great lavender lattes and handmade donuts... not too sweet..
Wonderfully balanced cappuccino - lovely light roast accentuated by barista oat milk. Couple that with a really first of its kind, as far as I’ve seen, location in a more architecturally historic setting, I can see why this is a place popular and fun to congregate. Cool vibes!
A cool vibe, they have outside seating which is a must right now. The interior was well decorated and the drink was good. Ill update when I try their coffee but their macha is the best Ive had in sacramento
Cozy. That’s how I describe this spot. It’s a slower place and when you wall in it feels like the guy behind the counter spent the few thousand in his bank account to retrofit his apartment into a coffee shop but that level of care is poured into their cups and it’s some of the best coffee in town.
Just stopped by here after seeing it on TikTok! They are so friendly and the coffee is delicious! Try the Apple Hill Latte! You wont be disappointed. Also the fact that its in an old Victorian home is just perfection. I will be coming here as often as I can. Prices may seem pricey but thats because they include tip and tax in there to give their employees are livable wage.
We were on a walk and noticed this beautiful building! Samir invited us in and made us some delicious coffee! Highly recommend this place. Its soooooo comfy and warm!!! His Dad also showed me around and told me the story of their gorgeous fire place! Cant wait to spend many afternoons in front of it.
Wonderful as usual! I love the maple latte!!
Lavender latte was fire
Great service for all your espresso needs! 😁 not much in the way of food, but they do coffee great. Their rodeo blend is a favorite of mine and all my friends. I stop in to get a bag every time I go through Sacramento.
Best Dirty Chai and Lemon Bar I have tasted in a long time. The staff is very friendly. Nice calming atmosphere.
The lattes are creamy and delicious! After trying their drinks, Milka is definitely one of my top choices for coffee in Sacramento - worth the higher prices if you care about quality.I also loved how cute their storefront is!
I got the mint matcha latte. It was pretty good. Different from the normal matcha around town.
Cute interior and delicious coffee. A bit pricier, but the flavor is awesome. They have some experimental drinks such as sparkling espresso which didnt knock my socks off, but they do the tried and true espresso and coffee very well.
Great little coffee shop
Wow. This shop is inside of a beautiful looking old style building. Very fancy looking. Nice decor on the inside too. Iced mocha latte with OAT MILK! Good stuff so freaking yummy. I saw a BEAUTIFUL husky outside on the patio while their owner was sipping some delicious looking drink. Thats right the outside patio is dog friendly. The only real negative would be that the prices here are a bit more pricier than the typical Starbucks but its understandable and it is understandable.
This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. Try the Orange Mocha with oat milk! It tastes great both hot or iced!
Disappointed with this coffee shop. I got my vanilla latte and my husband got drip (which looked like the drip from gas station). Both coffees were burnt. The donuts are good but they don’t get them fresh every single day, like other coffee shops do. Coffee art designs are nice. The whole vibe was I guess not for us, we are hard core coffee drinkers and we’ve had other coffee much much better.
The coffee is very good. But in Sac Town where great coffee can be found multiple places, Milka Coffee was a huge disappointment.Visually the sparse decor was chaotic as they obviously could not decide on a style let alone a color scheme. The music choice added more chaos as it was a mash up of 80’s Euro tech pop and The Jetsons. Pure chaos.Unfortunately, the atmosphere was aesthetically distressing and I will not be returning.
Love the coffee house vibe. Relaxing environment, coffee was great. We ordered the Vanilla Late cold and one with the espresso shot. Very good coffee, and light on the flavor.
The vegan Chicken and Waffles blew my mind. I came here with my bestie for brunch and it was one of the greatest dining experiences Ive had as a vegan. I loved the outdoor seating and bicycle racks.Milka Coffee Roasters.
I love that tax & tip are included in the price, so if something is $5, its just $5. Ambiance and service are great. Four stars because the menu is a bit limited, especially among the food choices.
My wife and I were on an afternoon walk and came across Milka Coffee Roasters, its located inside an awesome Victorian home, the owner told us little bit of the history, its a very cozy place and unlike any other coffee shop weve seen in town. Definitely a must to check out!
Such a cool environment! When you first enter, its like into somebodys warm home; the atmosphere is clean, calm and smells like roasted coffee (bonus points). The baristas are friendly and skilled.FYI its wheelchair-friendly.
Quiet, open, and clean coffee shop in a chill environment. Great coffee and treats. Whether visiting with friends, meetings with coworkers, or studying for school; this place has a spot for you. Its in a house yall. Outside patio seating as well. Wifi and outlets too.
Really cool thats its in this beautiful house. Very open area and chill. Very unique spot. Good to have a coffee shop in Mansion Flats which needs more businesses like this.
Awesome coffee and fantastic building. Friendly staff and great coffee keeps me coming back.
Loved the place, the staff were very nice. Great seating. Would recommend to check out.
Some of the best coffee in Sacramento, friendly service, and excellent vibes. Its a truly unique cafe
Super friendly service and wonderful atmosphere! And the espresso drinks are so good!
This is the cutest coffee shop. Very unique and really good coffee. The owners are really nice as well.
I like the service, the space is clean, coffee is good for the price. Tip is included in the total cost which is nice, I wish more coffee places started doing that.
Ambiance is great. Vintage style chairs to sit in but wish there was more.
Cozy place downtown. Friendly staff. Pastries need a little attention though
Fun little place, good hot chocolate in a biodegradable cup!
Today was our first visit to this coffeehouse. We ordered an Orange Mocha, and paid $7.00 for a 12 ounce drink. Now thats a total rip-off. Their coffee drink was nothing special. The interior of this Victorian building feels like a waiting room, a very sterile environment.Their Baristas were were not that friendly. The Barista who made our drink, watched us and waited until we werent looking, then made the drink(we were paying attention). What are you hiding?Unfortunately, their roasting seems to be bothering the family next door, who has children. The 2 signs in the window of the house next door says, Stop the coffee stench, and My kids breathe this air. Our question to you as a roaster, Why dont you have an Afterburner attached to your roaster, which will remove smoke, odors and VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)? Having a compostable cup and lid is great, but your coffee roasting seems to be creating possible health issues for your neighbor(s).
Super cute coffee shop with several alternative milk options! Lots of seating, free WiFi, and a cute environment.
Easily the best coffee in Sacramento. Samir works in coffee the way Michaelangelo works in nunchucks. Treat yourself.
Really awesome local coffee shop with friendly staff. The chai was amazing.
A beautiful quiet relaxing atmosphere! Perfect for a Sunday morning coffee.
Cute coffee shop in an old Victorian house
Cute and cozy neighborhood coffee cafe
