Excellent coffee and some of the best pastries Ive had in Sacramento. Staff is great. The shop is small so ordering coffee may require shuffling around people or waiting outside, but the pros definitely out way the cons.

Me and coffee go way back so you can believe me when I tell you, best cup of Joe downtown. The server was awesome, conversationalist! Build that coffee shop, buddy!

I work down the street so I stopped into this little corner spot to check it out and Im glad I did. The pumpkin chai was perfect for the chilly morning weather and the ham, cream cheese, and jalapeno croissant was flaky and delicious

Visiting from out of town, we had added Barrio to our list of options for coffee and breakfast. After being sadly disappointed by 3 other local coffee roasters, we finally made it out to Barrio. Where the other 3 places told us no about all the things we wanted. No Nutella, no hazelnut, no chocolate pastries, all the while staring down their noses as if we were insane for even asking them, Barrios friendly employees told us yes to all of the above, and made us feel welcome. I wish I would have caught their names so I could praise them individually. I will definitely be stopping in at least once more before flying home.

I love Fluid because of the awesome employees, they are so friendly & helpful. I love to get the almond croissant for a snack and the vegetarian empanadas for lunch. The shop is tiny but they are fast, so its not so bad when its crowded. They have 2 or 3 little tables & some chairs outside on the sidewalk.

Great place! A little cramped but quality coffee and pastry goodness all the time. Love their Aztec mocha and the best thing ever dessert. Come early because they run out fast.

The staff is friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable. Bear Claw is right size and delicious. Love the Dulce de Leche on Ice with the almond milk substitute.

Visit before 10 or the coffee in canisters are not hot & coffees are limited unless you buy a specialty drink.Some staff members are rude....will not be going back.

Small cafe on the corner across from the Capitol lawn. Fun staff, good drinks, I come here every now and then when I want to indulge in one of the best Mexican mochas in town !
