GREAT STAFF!!!! Very very helpful all of them. It is surprising they have to lock everything up. it is really nice store except for the peaches which were dried out, but hey thats life. Still going to give the store five stars anyway and Im going to return the peaches.

Bulk food and general merchandise. Sometimes great quality brand name goods at a lower price. Often however the selection is poor or lacking in other regards. Best to go early in the mornings.

I went to the vision center to get new glasses and I want to say that Shannon is awesome! She went above and beyond to help me and I love my new glasses they function perfectly for me! She got my pretty complicated prescription done exactly right! Thank you Shannon so much for all your help!

This Walmart has pretty much all the typical household standards. But theyre always out of most thing in the store halfway through the day. Go early . Highly recommended

Busy place as usual... bought a 100% cotton shirt for less than $10.00...unfortunately most of the clothes I looked at was made in a 3rd world country,, NO MADE IN AMERICA products which a ashamed.The cashier was really nice and polite.

Walmart advertises things and when you go to purchase they have nothing advertised. They also want you to pay for there membership program its a rip off I wont be shopping at Walmart anymore

AVOID THIS PLACE! The WORST walmart ever!First, you will have a long walk to find a cart, i have never seen any cart on its place. So good luck!Second, all aisles are empty for some unknown reasons. You will not find bread! After 11am, if you did, leave everything and go buy a lottery ticket.YOU WILL WIN!Third, and the most annoying thing is the check out lines. There are 3 or if you are lucky 4 cashiers and more than 10 people waiting in line. I have been there many times and beleive me after seeing the line I left. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME!

It was a shame that people had to wait half an hour to get their things checked out. Lines were so long and they went all the way to the clothes department. Only about 1/3 of the cashiers were open at the time I was there. Hello?? Were you short on staff or what? Anyway. Be prepared to be stuck in line when you shop here.

If you are at the Walmart on Florin Rd. and you are a bargain shopper who is looking for extra-super-discount Walmart items then go to the far left side of the store, past the pharmacy and past the makeup section, to the last two aisles of the store.Back to school items galore, nice journals for $2.00, nice notebooks for $1.00, art paper, calligraphy pens and post-it notes just to name a few things. I found sunscreen and sunless tanning oil, makeup, shampoo, and other toiletries. There are kitchen items like blenders and toasters. Tools and car parts.I could go on but I wont.That is my tip for the day.

This Walmart is always out of stock of everything! They never have carts in the store for you to use. Staff is very unhelpful. If you ask for someone to help you find an item, they just shrug and tell you I don’t know. 3 registers open with huge long lines. Only 1 side of self checkout open so you can’t even help yourself. That line is always crazy long too! Waited in line forever for someone to come and say the register was closing and I would have to get in another line!! Oh my gosh! Last time EVER going to this Walmart!!! Can you give zero stars?!

Just Moved Back to SACRAMENTO Ca FromSAN FRANCISCO Ca and was delighted to See WALMART. There are No WALMARTS in SAN FRANCISCO ONLY TARGETS. TARGETS ARE COOL BUT THERE NOT WALMART. I REALLY MISSED WALMART BECAUSE ITS A PLACE YOU CAN GO AND GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

The best part of Walmart is that I found the things I needed.

I assisted my disabled sister to the money center... we inquired about an electric scooter/cart and was told the store doesnt have any... we dont supply them we both went into shock... AND IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE!!! My sister had to sit where groceries are bagged!!... another Walmart employee approached her and repeated the same statement we dont supply electric carts NOTE: HE WAS ONE EMPLOYEE WEARING A MASK! IT WAS SO MANY, ALONG WITH CUSTOMERS WHO WERENT!!! SHAME ON YOU! WALMART FOR BEING IN VIOLATION OF THE ADA! GET ELECTRIC CARTS!!

The Walmart Super Center on 65th St. inS. Sacramento earned my 5 star rating today for its impressive selection of bicycle helmets & for the knowledgeable sales associate that was eager to help compare the features & styles available.I had a situation at my job that called for an extra large size safety helmet. I found exactly the size & style that worked out perfectly.It was fast & easy to find a quality helmet at a bargain price. So happy I decided to try Walmarts Super Center first.

I think that Walmart is great. They are very helpful and polite.

Not very fond of this Walmart for some reasons. Often there are no shopping carts available as you enter so its a hunt in the parking lot if you need one. I recommend snatching one on your way in . The last few trips the staff has been pretty helpful finding items. Its a massive store but theres a finite amount of goods, it does have a beginning and end no matter how endless it seems. Back to shopping carts, there are never any electric carts for handi-capable folks. For some reason they all disappear from here when down the road on Elk Grove Florin theres at least ten of them.

As usual, if it was on the list, WallyWorld had it... Often, on sale! When I needed to locate anything I found it, still there were employees available to point me on the right direction...

Found what I needed..table cloth. Need more open Registers. Waiting was a bit long even at self check out around 4:40pm

I cant think of one thing that this Walmart does not have. Its just the right amount of busy. This is a great go to store.

It was decent, seemed to be a little more messy then usual and my cashier was hella quite and TBH the entire staff seemed to not talk just kind of put stuff on the shelf with no expression or anything. Zero enthusiasm which meant zero customer service as always tho so make sure you can help yourself because no one is going to help you here...

Went in.. Got exactly what I needed!! Early in the morning is the best time.. everything was nicely stocked unlike usual, especially the false eye lashes! Had much better more better varieties!

The Florin rd Walmart consistently proves to be the worst Walmart in the system.The store is always filthy and under stocked. The staff including the CSM’s constantly prove to be rude, unknowledgeable, and just don’t care about helping the customers.The other night i waited almost one hour for a jewelry associate to come to the counter so i could buy a ring. I talked to several managers and made several trips to the customer service desk each time they promised someone would be right with me. i would have just left and not given THIS store my money but they were the only one in the area that had my size.We need to use our FREE MARKET power of choice to let walmart know about this terrible store.If your in south sacramento please don’t shop here. Go to Gerber rd or Delta Shores. At least those stores are clean and the staff cares about SERVING THE PUBLIC.

As a disabled person, Im angry that yall dont provide motorized scooters. I went in there today to pick up my daughters birthday cake and buy her a gift, but since yall dont provide scooters, I could only get her cake and even doing that and waiting in your extremely long lines was super painful. I wont be returning to this Walmart.

Too many people in the stores longs are too long and not enough workers to wait on everybody in the store the lines are ridiculous and customer service is poor

9:30 a.m. April 15th 2021 - Mens restroom...First stall, no toilet paper! Went to wash hands...no soap! Let three employees know restroom had issues...20 minutes later...Im still waiting! This shouldnt be happening this early in the morning...especially during a pandemic! Makes you wonder where and if the employees are washing their hands, especially if they are serving food!

The store was nice and clean and the cashiers were quick nice to not have to spend an hour in line like most Walmart stores.

The store was clean.The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about where to find stuff (ie. That can be found in Hardware, aisle L8 right hand side, middle of the shelf.I was very impressed with the young Asian woman who told me that).

Omg the service here is HORRIBLE!!! Employees on their personal calls while working on the register! It takes forever to get someone from the floor to help open the cabinets! Not all employees carries the keys to open cabinets for laundry soaps etc so the wait is ridiculous! And the restrooms are nasty!!! Never coming back here!

Probably the worst Wal-Mart in Sacto area. Low stock, higher prices, and too few registers open to handle checkouts - despite many staff roaming (not stocking) the aisles. One star only because the greeters and those actually working the registers were very nice and friendly.

One star is too much for this store!! First there were no carts available. Then I was in the sporting goods area looking for a price on an item, I asked a sales associate and he said “ I have no idea sweetheart” and kept walking. Next we needed someone to open the locked case for camping equipment, thankfully that went well and the associate was very nice. However, we now had large heavy items to carry and no cart. I saw an associate with an empty cart and asked to use it (with heavy items in my hand) and was denied saying she needed it. Next I went to the cosmetic area for shampoo. The associate at the register there was on her phone watching something, she did not say one word, or look at us the entire transaction. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH RUDE EMPLOYEES ANYWHERE!!! Clearly there is no accountability from the management team.

Terrible customer service not just this location but all. Picked up a bike, wasnt informed that they offer free assembly. When we got home, called 3 Walmarts, no one ever picked up the phone. Had to drive to 3 different Walmarts, was told to come back because no one knows when an installer would be at work!!

1 star for this item. Went to get formula for my granddaughter. Was told there was only one person who had a key for it since its locked up. Waited 20 minutes, no one showed. Was told by another customer it could take an hour. Its 4 pm on a Thursday.

Its definitely the essential place finding for your daily needs from bath tissue to yogurt packs. I got this lovely pretty 7 🎄Xmas spruce from this store during Novembers back for day Sale for just $67 bucks along with some pretty holiday gifts for my family.(All which are wrapped 🎁 under the Xmas tree) Its tough times and we hope to make the best of the holiday season during this years arduous toll from the Cover pandemic, wear a mask, stay socially distance, try not to get her in large groups and try not to travel far, lets hope vaccines are distributed to all who need it and we can finally see the light at the end of this dark tunnel. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I can always find everything I need.Only issues the check out lines are always long. They need to have more employees come in to keep check out lines moving.

Pharmacy staffs and manager were rude, disrespectful and have no common courtesy for their customers. Came in for my second dose of vaccine, they took my card and wrote that I got vaccinated and had me standing there with no one in line without getting the vaccine for 30mins. When I asked, manager said I have to wait 15mins anyways, 15mins for what when no one gave me the vaccine yet. There was no one in line and they were all just busy chatting in the back. When I asked for my card back to head somewhere to get vaccinated, she said she could not give it back since they wrote I already got vaccinated. Instead of apologizing or even saying we’ll be right with you shortly, she said we can not move faster just for you. You guys really need to get your things together right!!! Never coming back to this kind of service!!!!

Rode an hour on the bus here just for the camping section to be pretty unstocked with only a couple tents, and no single stove burners, as well as propane tanks, pretty dissatisfied, i understand its a ghetto are w lots of homeless people, so why not up your game on the camping supplies?

This Walmart discriminates against the handicap! They have removed ALL of their electric carts. I walked in the store with my walker, but I can not walk throughout the store. I had paid money to get there so I had to try and I asked them for a handbasket I could put on my seat to hold groceries. I was told they got rid of those too because people were stealing them. That means theres alot of employees not doing their job. They have attendants at both doors. They dont see people walking out with a shopping basket? I was crying by the time I got to the register! Shame on this Walmart! This is no way to do business. This store is a disgrace to the Walmart name!

I would give a better rating but this Walmart has an issue with having extremely long and slow lines, more than usual for a Walmart. Even the self checkout line gets extremely long.

Shopping before 10 am was a breeze! Cashier line was nice and short!

By far the worst experience so far. 2 lines open for cashiers and at least 5 deep. CSMs just standing around talking. They finally opened another line and the lady said she could help whos next long as no produce. Then mumbled loud enough fine I wont help you when no one moved. Really need better training and management

OMG. I waited one hour for online pick up. I saw five employees who had to be the most inefficient people I ever met. No one asked, or cared who came first. No supervision. No leadership. No customer service. No kidding. Worst experience I ever had at Walmart.

This is a huge store which is good and has a big garden center too. It was a little hard for me to locate a few things though. Signs could have been better and on both ends of aisles.Sign Direction to cashiers would be helpful.. Took me awhile to find front of store.

Worst Walmart ever. I only say this because they will go as far as to LIE to you to get you to buy something even if they know you CANT return it. Thats what happened to me. I bought a pellet gun for my nephew, which i guess 14 is too young, but had to return it. Before i paid for it, like i do with everything else i buy, i asked, if i dont like it i can return it, right? She said, sure just hold on to your reciept. I went back to the same store i bought it. Thats when i found out, very rudely, that they dont do returns on pellet guns. Rude, lying, bad-business. There should be a law against this!

Its what you might expect out of Walmart, really really really crowded, lines are out of control, customers are very rowdy. A few peppered around with good manners.... as for the merchandise, the majority of it is unorganized some of the stuff that should have been there was nowhere to be found some of the stuff that was supposed to be there with stocked in several different places, as though some uninformed employee came over there and then made their own place for it because they couldnt find where it actually went, and frankly didnt care to try. This store has the smell of 10,000 dirty mouths and anuses exhaling ferociously,Which leads to a disorienting and very unpleasant to shopping experience. Theres also a lot of screaming children, some of them on the path to Thugdom holding the Isles like gangsters hold the block. Also they have no on-site butcher so some of the meat is rotten minimum wage employees arent usually trained in the way of quality beef and other meat products. I hear quite frequently of people finding pus pockets in their rack of ribs.I came here to get some pool supplies at a low price, I can say the this place served the purpose well. But with an affordable price there is always a trade-off. In this case its the trade-off of your pride and your dignity when you have to frolic with a bunch of bottom-dwelling Neanderthals. They also have patented EMF frequencies to cause you confusion and increased urge to buy things. So whole shopping experience is just awful.

I was once told, if I wanted to know the people of a certain city I should visit its Walmart. Well at this location I did not like it at all. I couldn’t find a cart so had to wait for the workers to their job for about 8 minutes. Not very organized. Moreover, lines are out of control.

Now this store is humongous & well stocked w/just about anything you can want or need.
