Staff was helpful my Smart watch still wont work but staff was nice

Store was nice but unirtunatley the tall asian lady was super rude and disrespectfull. im happy with the product but, this will be my last shopping from this store.I will go to other MK store next time for sure.

Im an African American woman the visited the Michael Kors store in the Arden Mall in Sacramento Ca. when I came into the store not one employee in the whole store said hello or asked if me or my sister needed help but as soon as a Caucasian woman came in store and one of the employees asked her if she needed help & stated if she needed anything just let them know I feel this was totally out of line this happened on 3/21/2021 I wanted to purchase the new chain purse on the stool toward the door and the ankle top snickers in the back of the store toward the right side of the store but I thought if their going to ignore me in the store Im not giving my hard earn money to people that will not acknowledge me as a customer they will not get my business there & their needs to be better training of customer service or supervision need to come in the store & supervise the employees until its repetitious in the store

I have been a loyal customer to Michael Kors for over 6 years now. I decided to purchase the Black Cross-Body this last time around and once I got home I decided it was too small. I had to go out of the country for work but the day I arrived home I took it back to the store to return (I was still within the 30-day time frame). I was given a snotty, condescending attitude by the sales lady and told that the purse was used, I explained that cant be possible since I was out of town for work and it had been sitting in my closet since. She didnt even pretend to care or listen and simply said: sorry there is nothing we can do. I was beside myself in shock, what kind of company policy is that?! Especially for a high-end purse store.I have never been treated with such disrespect by any other name-brand stores and I shop them all. I asked if I could exchange the unused bag for a bigger bag and pay the difference and was snubbed completely. I really love MK but this experience left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back... EVER. I want to share this experience with current customers or potential customers so that you know what you are in for if you decide to purchase from here.PS: The sales lady asked if I wanted to wear the store out upon purchase and I said: “yeah. I am sure I will wear it soon anyway,” she then happily cut my tags, and put my purse in the bag and I left. Do not EVER let them do that. That was a ploy to make it so that I would not be able to return the bag. So extremely manipulative, I feel sick to my stomach from this experience. Never Again MK, never again.

I will never buy another Michael Kors purse. I had my purse less than a year and the sealant came off the handles and around the top. They wanted $175 to repair that . Are you kidding me !!!!. I just dont believe he stands behind his product.

I got bag from arden mall store and paid 430$ from my debit card after 2 weeks i went their for exchangeBut i got shocked when manager said to me thatShe dont have any record for my purchase..and manger gave me suggestion to gift someone else or stay outside the mall and sell to someone in this way you will get some money.But i am not gonna take this bag back nor give you refund or exchangeShe is totally sucks

They were able to return my smartwatch without hassle and called the Roseville store to see if I they had the one I wanted. Staff very friendly. 😊

Had a bad experience. They stereotype you and have bad customer service. Love the purses but not the staff. Honestly I was treated far better at the coach store and I dont even like coach purses. MK really needs to step it up on their customer service

Purchased a MK handbag/purse and the workmanship was awful. In just 9 months the thread is coming apart on the outside of the purse and the MK medallion fell apart. When I called customer service, they said I would need the receipt for the purse. I did not realize that I needed to keep it. I figured that a purchase of that amount would be of great workmanship and if any problems arose, customer service would surely take care of it. NOT SO!Ive purchased Dooney & Burk, Coach and Burberry handbags and have NEVER had this happen. I will not be a loyal customer of Michael Kors ever again. Please, buyer be aware that if you purchase Michael Kors products, the quality is not guaranteed, JUST VERY OVER PRICED! Not worth your money!

I dislike coming to this Michael Kors store. I realized the people who work here have really poor customer service and are bunch of snobs. I never have this kind of experience going into a well know brand name stores. I am a big time Michael Kors fan and I love their products, but coming to this store really makes me think otherwise. I came one day after work to check out a watch that I have been eyeing for a while. I walked into the store with my work clothes and an old purse I carry to work. NO ONE greeted me. I didnt think much of it and walked straight to the glass box where they locked the watches and I practically stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. Soon after, some ladies walked in each carrying a Michael Kors bag and the 3 ladies who were working there ran up to them and greeted them and ask if they needed help right away. I was still standing by the watches and not even one person help me out. I was being very patient so I shrugged it off and started roaming around the store until they are done taking care of the customers. After 5 minutes later I went back to the watches and stood there for another 5 minutes. I looked up and saw the 3 ladies were just at that register laughing at each others joke and telling stories. I looked around and there was literally no one in the store except me now! I was looking at the workers to see if they even noticed me standing there or more if they even noticed if I was even in the store. Not even one glanced my way. By this time I was already very angry and impatient!!! I yelled out EXCUSE ME! I finally got their attention and I believe the supervisor ran right up to me and asked what I needed help with. I just told her that she should be paying more attention to the customers and that I dont need help anymore, the customer services are horrible here and will go elsewhere. Not sure if anyone ever encountered something like this but just because I wasn’t wearing what a rich person would wear doesn’t mean I should be avoided! I never went back.

I dislike coming to this store. I have very bad customer service.I wont come to this store again.
