Nice store and helpful staff. Just wish they had a selection of cheaper shoes. For the most part they were all over 100 dollars.

Very tentative customer service representative I found a unique pair of Jordans and the prices was not too bad

Has a good selection of shoes and close and has a good variety of styles and shoes as well as sizes the employees here were so helpful on my trip and made shopping easy

Although they didnt have the shoes we were after the customer service was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Customer service could have been better. High priced as usual.

The store hours are listed until 7p during the week, however me & my family arrived at 6:50p and the store claimed the manager was not allowing any more customers in just because and not due to capacity or a limit for covid. I think its unethical to not uphold store hours and if theyre not going to honor their 7pm closing time then the hours should be reported as closing at 6:50pm. I guess they didnt want our money.

This location sucks, never answers the phone, Staff is not really knowledgeable about certain release dates. And they hold popular shoes for all the resellers. Horrible location. I cant wait until they got out of business.

I went into a Footlocker asking about eco-friendly workout shoes for women. Everyone I interacted with were friendly, professional, and super-knowledgeable. I learned about the Adidas Parley shoes which are made from recycled bottles. I wasnt expecting such great customer service. I hope these Footlocker staff are paid at least a real living wage and then some!

Way too much money for a pair of shoes. Whats wrong with these shoe stores? Could at least one shoe store think that maybe lowering about $50 per shoe from the actual price they would sell it for that maybe more people would come to their stores instead of other ones maybe they could even make more money like that because I know I would buy my shoes in this store if they had the shoe that I want every single time because it would be a cheaper price then every other store I would have to find and compare the prices

I usually buy a pair of shoes once a year and I I spend anywhere from. $200 to $250. I called to ask about a certain type of shoe and there was no answer so I called to more times and no answer,do they even have a phone??.
