I went to order for my moms birthday and the chocolates are still out of stock. Why are so many items always Out of stock?!Products are good but only when you can get them.Not sure if they need to hire more people to help??Not sure whats going on.

Great hidden gem for the Sacramento community. You cannot find a better chocolatier then chef Ramon. Great flavor combinations, beautiful packaging and a great line up of goodies that you want to come back to again and again. Check out their website if you dont believe me, than order for yourself or a loved one and you wont be disappointed.

Did an online order for some of their chocolate. I picked up in store and it was super easy and convenient. They are releasing new truffles and allowed me to buy a box there. When they launch them in their online store I highly recommend getting a set. As for the chocolate, we got the honeycomb white chocolate bar with fennel - amazing!!!!! So many layers of flavor and so unique but balanced. We also got their fall chocolate sea salt leche bar - incredibly amazing! The dark chocolate was 72% - rich and bold but balanced out well with the caramel and sea salt. I am so impressed with all their offerings, I’ll definitely come back!

Received some cream puffs as a holiday present. They were so delicious! Even my wife liked them and she doesn’t like cream puffs.

This chocolatier is great. Quality stuff. I wish they would open up a shop/bakery. Their location is way out in no mans land so I am happy whenever they visit East Sac.

Alta bakery (Monterey) vibes but not quite. I wish they had more of a selection, more consistency/variety in their offerings.

We were lucky to get to try one of their chocolate cream puffs from Origami, and it was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend.

The delicious chocolate excudes the artistry and care of the dedicated husband and wife team that hand make the chocolate. Though available online I suggest you visit their kitchen/shop to experience their passion first hand. You may think you are walking into the welding shop next door as you approach but you are at the right place. Call ahead to make sure they are there and knock on the door when you arrive. You will enjoy the experience.

This place is a hidden gem. The chocolate and other confections are delightful, even if it is a bit difficult to find the right door. Definitely worth the trip, or order online.

I met Nicole and Ramon at Roseville Galleria during Christmas of 2015. Since then, they have been our absolute favorite chocolateer. Their offerings are amazing, their Passion Fruit Ginache and their Chocolate Covered Honeycomb are to die for! We stop by the shop when we can to say hi, but do to our hectic schedules, well order online as well. We can never spend too much in this store! Everything we have had is wonderful.
