This place kind of took me by surprise. I parked down the street and walked in from the back and seen the truck I was there to test drive. Took a quick peek at it and then walked around to the front door. My first impression of the building was yep, your typical used car lot. As I approached the front doors there were 4 car salesmen (If my wife came here we would have turned around right then and there) sitting outside looking like they are ready to jump at the chance of getting a sale. The strange thing is they didnt. They looked at me smiled and said welcome to M&S auto go on in. When I walked in everything changed. This place is beautiful! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and sharp it looked. For me to truly judge a place I go directly to the restroom and see if they keep the restroom clean. The bathroom was just as well maintained as the rest of the store. I was impressed and still kind of surprised. I am used to dealing with a Lexus Dealership and if you have ever been inside of a luxury brand name dealership then you understand how the upper class has a different expectation of the facilities they frequent. I think this place was close to being on that level. The salesman I was working with was great. Didnt give me the deal I asked for, but he did get me a good APR. In conclusion, this place is what I would call a sleeper. Kind of funky on the outside but has it all going on on the inside. Go check this place out and get ready to be surprised when you walk in the front doors.

I was there with a family member, we picked up our car our self(they were so busy that they don’t even bothered to pull up car for us) we sell that car to our self practically. Person dealing with us Luis was so unprofessional and make us look like we are wasting his time, we got our car on next day, not washed, promised work not performed, little gas, single key, wasted alot of time. If we would have chance to return our car as paper work was signed one day before we would definitely have bought from somewhere else. These two starts are for finance manager Moji and sales person Rocky.And definitely they should read this poster behind reception every single day before stArting work.

They have good cars but please check every inch of your car for what they claim is in it. I bought a car in August and the listing said that there were performance tires on the vehicle and a spare tire in the trunk. Unfortunately I didnt notice until after I bought it that there was no spare tire and jack and the car had snow tires on it, not performance. I have emailed and text messaged repeatedly and they will get back to me a time or 2 and then ignore me. They said they will take care of the spare tire but refuse to address the performance tire issue. It has been 2 weeks sense they said they will get me a spare, but now they wont get back to me. After you buy the car, they stop caring. Please be cautious before you leave.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here. Salesman Rocky is the absolute best, very satisfied with the service I was given. I am very upset about my experience at M&S Auto. I went to this dealership ready to purchase my first car. The car I was going to buy was advertised as having 10k miles. When I got to the final stage of the process, the rep discovered that the car was actually over 100k miles. To remedy this situation, they proceeded to offer a different car with 93k miles and another service to settle my concerns about the high mileage. THIS ISNT EVEN THE WORSE PART. The following day I went to another dealership and discovered that M&S auto had sent a financing application to over 10 companies, which caused my apr to increase.Its been about 3 weeks since I visited M&S Auto and I am still receiving letters from the companies they sent my application to. THE WORSE PART IS that they got the name of my address and apt # wrong. Consequently, my neighbor is receiving all these letters! They accidentally opened a few, so who knows what sensitive info is leaked now. Terrible experience at M&S Auto. ZERO stars if I could.

The salesman was very professional and nice, the sales team overall was very helpful as it was my first time buying a car. They allowed us all the time needed to look over the contract without breathing down out backs. They lost one star because of how they treated me above my girlfriend like we werent equally putting into the car. They lost a second star because the key that came with my key fob doesnt unlock my car so now I have the huge headache of starting that process.

He was excited but wasnt over the top and did not try to push me into any kind of situation that made me feel uncomfortable with buying a car. They are greedy with money. Took hours of waiting and finally walking out for them to try and lower the price by $200. The car sold its self. No one helped us when looking at the cars. We have great credit and they make you feel otherwise. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

A CAUTIONARY TALE:::The WORST car buying experience Ive EVER had. Not the car yet. But the service. At the begining they are helpful and try to get you in a car that day. Their finance department screwed me for gap insurance added to the price of my car instead a separate thing. My bank bought the loan from the kickback kings which was the only way to let us drive away in our car. At a way higher interest rate requiring a higher down payment. And refused to give us the loan we got pre-approved at our credit union. Doing whatever it takes to make a sale and gouging customers for as much as they can, to line their pockets. And my credit rating is higher than what they stated on my loan. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE THEY WILL LIE CHEAT AND STEAL TO GET YOU TO SIGN.

SAFETY ISSUE! Please do your due diligence and have them inspect your vehicle in front of you before purchase up on the rack! Purchased a truck that had “ full inspection “ done my M&S Auto mechanics and they left bolts to my front right caliper loose!! The now retired GM went over the inspection with me. I took my truck to Les Schwab for a a complaint of a clicking sound they did a brake inspection found nothing. Mind you they do not remove calipers for a break inspection. I did not have a lug nut key the entire time if owning the truck, Les Schwab used another customers to remove my lug nuts to perform inspection. There for M&S Auto were the last ones to remove my calipers! Bolt came out upon brake at 55 mph, luckily I recognized that I wasn’t going to be able to brake to a stop and had to coast to a final resting place. Imagine if family were in the car and a less competent driver at that! Don’t forget to ask questions. If you don’t believe me ask for a “ shop tour “ it’s a small very cluttered unorganized work place! The show room floor hides the poor quality of work in the shop. I don’t care about complaining I care about the lives of innocent people and families! This had the potential to do a lot more than it did! Oh and Bryan/Ryan the sales manager said alot can happen in 6 months! They were the last to remove the bolts on paper, and me yeah I didn’t have a lug nut key. Go figure!

Test drove a vehicle that hadn’t gone through the safety inspection yet. Car was great but had a few issues that needed to be fixed. I was told they would be addressed during the safety inspection. I really liked the car and made made the purchase on the weekend. I wasn’t able to take delivery yet because the safety Inspection had to be completed and the three issues I found were going to be fixed. Two business days later I was told my car was ready for me. Unfortunately only one problem was fixed and the other two problems were still there and not addressed. I was told I could make an appointment with their service department and come back to get them addressed. During this time I also found out that the car needed an alignment. I brought my car back that week and 90 minutes later I was told that a part needed to be ordered and that I would have to make another appointment. And I was referred to a tire shop to have the alignment taken care of. All of this should have been taken care of before I was told the car was ready. My mistake buying the car before these repairs were completed. Now I will probably be stuck with the repair costs.

My sister bought a expensive car from this dealership and they basically ROBBED her within the first 3 days there was problems. They sold her a car that had multiple problems and ALSO they cleared the code reader so that the check engine light wouldnt show up. Within a week her car started falling apart with problems and when she initially did the paperwork she got a warranty and they LIED and said it coverd everything. Now when shes coming to them with these problems they are telling her that the warranty doesnt cover it. So if you want to get scammed come here !!

They go above and beyond, I was purposely being very difficult with my financing options to actually back out of a deal(no fault of theirs I was just second-guessing my own finances). However they work stuff out pretty good to where I felt comfortable with the financing option. I also had a trade in that I did not bring with me at the time, I provided them pictures the VIN and odometer and they accepted it. I was able to sign papers for my new car and they offered to follow me home and come and pick the trade-in up so I didnt have to drive back and make two trips. If thats not customer service Im not sure what is!Shout out to Brian for helping me out

If I could get this place zero stars I would. In January I started looking for a car I specifically wanted a BMW 3 series. I had found one I M&S auto and I decided to go look at the car. When I arrived the car was fresh from the auction supposedly and they still had to do their vehicle inspection. I waited a week for the vehicle inspection to be done after dropping $8000 on the car and when I came back a week later to bring the remainder of the balance I owed for the car another 2000 totaling $10,000 I paid for this car. You would think that they would’ve done a real vehicle inspection since they had the car for a whole week after I bought it. Shortly after having the car for only a week my back axle snapped and this was the beginning of it. I have since brought the car in twice to the same dealership to have the thermostat replaced both times a faulty part was put in my car. I was told by Mike that it could have been a faulty part and that’s why the code keeps coming back as I try to bring my car in for a third time to have the thermostat that they were supposed to have replaced and fixed already they tried to refuse service to me. Since they didn’t replace my thermostat now the expansion tank is cracked and my radiator is cracked as well. Not only did they not do their job fixing my car they sold me a car that had problems to begin with and I lost my $10,000 in savings and I’m stuck with the car that doesn’t drive and can’t hold coolant. They tried to tell me my only option was to trade the car in for its value and I would only get about $2000 back. Talk about a scam. I have since contacted a lawyer.

Awsome car lot big inventory nice new show room I had the pleasure of dealing with Marko he showed me around the inventory of what I had in mind for my new car great people skills was definitely happy with my purchase and the deal I was given however my only disappointment was I got a call a week later from sammy apparently my dmv fees werent included in my loan amount which made no sence wanting me to pay close to a extra 300 in fees which is hard to swallow with 1st payment around the corner and insurance so not happy make sure you pay close attention they add in all fees so you dont receive a extra charge from this guy.

Best used car experience Ive ever had. I took my brother here to get his first used car from a dealership. They had a great used car inventory. They werent afraid to show us cars they just got too. Test drove 5 cars. They got him a fantastic interest rate, they even put us in touch with an insurance agent that was able to save us $1000 annually on his insurance. Everyone was kind and you could tell they had tons of experience with cars. Didnt feel like there was any need to haggle, prices were already good, they made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good deal to visit these guys. My brother is extremely happy with his car.

M&S Auto, Sales, Services, Staff, are Awesome!I purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner from M&S back in September 2019, with a 3 month, warranty.Okay, so the 3 months is gone, right!Anyway... A recent oil change paperwork shows my rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced- showsless then 2MM‘s...Mechanic would need my wheel lug nut Key lock to do the job, also for future wheel rotations.‘“Looked for it couldn’t find it” told them I’d get back to them about the job.I called M&S explained to Jumanji my situation, anmade an appointment to see how they can help.?( im retired & on a tight budget, - meantime I’m calling around for quotes on brakes.)Went down there. After the lug nut situation was straightened out, I asked Ronnie in service, & Sam for a quote on my back breaks? I agreed with their quote. The brake job was completed the very next day.The coolest thing about this whole ordeal with the wheel locks, Lug-nuts, brakes/rotors...( Is )I did not have to pay a dime!They took care of me. They will take care of you too!

I went in looking for a truck online...sold it the day before....looked at a colorado and ran the numbers....went in pre approved and the finance guy Ryan Allen still added 2% to my APR..he also just put random numbers in the tax/license/fee columns.....I asked him about it and he literally said you werent supposed to see that...also BSd about putting nitrogen in the tires.....watch your numbers people. Place is shady.

Really helpful and pleasant buying experience at first. Really liked the location and selection of cars. Staff was really nice. Purchased a Cadillac with just under 40k miles. Was told it was 100% functional and had no problems. Test drive raised no red flags. After about 4-5 days of ownership, the transmission went out and both turbos on the car had to be replaced (Automatic 8 speed transmission). Hard to believe they didn’t know about any problems before hand. I’m lucky it was under warranty or I would be in debt for the next couple years. Be careful buying used!

Buying a car is stressful and there were a couple hiccups in my process, unrelated to the dealership or its staff. Yet all the folks I dealt with, from the gentleman who greeted us at the door, to the nice young woman who details the cars, to the mechanics, to the sales persons, to the finance manager - all great people who were helpful, friendly, and willing to bend over backward to make sure I got what I wanted. Not even a week after i bought a car from them the check engine light came on. I finally got it diagnosed and it needs a new transmission. I would never trust them to buy a car from them again. Salesman repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with the car at all. My family is very low income, and we saved up a lot to purchase a new car. Now we have a car we are unable to drive, and have to save up a lot more money to get this part fixed.

Great place to buy a car! Victor and Zim were awesome and made the buying of a vehicle pretty much stress free! They would have gotten a 5 star review, however, when we were promised to bring our car back to have it Detailed due to the vehicle was pretty dirty, all they did was vacuum it. I ended up having to take it somewhere else myself and pay to have it Detailed the correct way. Other than that..great place to buy a car!

All other used car lots I visited had junk compared to them.My wife and I just drove by and saw the row of cars on the left and desided to stop and look because of the selection of quality. We where approached by this guy named Brian, he was very happy and knowledgeable. He kinda just really helped me find what I was looking for which was a Ram 1500.Pros:Every car and truck has a warranty.Fastest explaining and signing of paperwork I have ever had or heard of. This guy Sammy, was on it. He made the bad part of buying a vehicle fast and painless.They have to have 200 plus vehicles to choose from.ConsUm nothing comes to mind.I live in Antioch and will be going back to buy my next car. If youre looking to buy a quality car something thats been gone over, like the wheels aligned, tires balanced, engine gone over by a real mechanic this is the place.Ive told my coworkers this is the place to buy from.

My son had an accident and we found a beautiful 2013 Mercedes C250 Luxury at M and S Auto, it was a great match for what my son wanted. The car was like new. We dealt with Robert M and he was so nice, professional and knowledgeable about financing and explained everything to us. The car was ready when promised and it was a headache free experience. All the workers including the manager Gus and the salespeople, lot crew, financing, all a five star. I recommend them to everyone. Check their new 8000 sqft show room, ask them for a tour. An amazing state of the art operation.

6 Star Auto Dealer..if I could.Me and my wife went to look at car not really had in mind to purchase one that day.When we arrive at M&S Auto, we meant a Young man named Victor, nice young man no pressure very knowable on the cars & the inventory they had on hand. Dont buy! My son bought a car here and within a week the rear-end and ac pump was making noise! They replaced the rear-end with what appears to be a used one that also makes noise! Needless to say its been down to their shop 3 times now and was just told to use the warranty we bought that they are not going to help anymore! So in less than a month he is going to have to spend $200 for debatables ac pump and now another rear-end looks like!

Honest sales people, and fair prices. Robert helped my daughter purchase her first car several years ago. Its been awesome! Getting ready to buy one for myself, and I couldnt be more confident that they will treat me right.

They had the car I wanted. Good. They were not fully honest just to get you sign up. The finances guy was extremely pushy with some warranty pack he wanted to sell me soo bad. As always you loose when buying cars on this type of dealers, I recommend to go with the big ones.

Real decent guys. I suggest going there first before going to the big guys. I worked with Victor and Sam and they were both great guys although we didnt come to an agreement on a price it didnt make me feel pressured at all and didnt try to shove me into a different car like all other dealerships do. My wife and 4 year old son went in on Saturday to purchase a vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed with how professionally we were treated. We had some recent credit matters which made it difficult to acquire reasonable financing. Art was our salesperson. He was very friendly and honest with us. We got a great vehicle a 2013 Ridgeline at a very fair price. The financing was even better than we expected. The reason for 5 stars is we could not have been happy with everyone involved from Art in Sales to the financing team. Everyone was very cordial and explained everything very well. It was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We were in and out in about 2 hours which is fast for buying a car including 2 test drives!

They treated us so well and were so helpful! They are also completely transparent and go way above expectation. I wont go to another dealership now. I highly recommend going to see Ricardo or Fizel!
