If I could give this place zero stars I would. My wife contacted them to purchase a van for our disabled son. Jonathan was very nice and offered to schedule an appointment to take a look at options.Over the phone he was the nicest guy and followed up multiple times. My wife and mother in law came to the appointment as planned. They entered the waiting room and were greeted by a seemingly agitated gentlemen and was told Jonathan was finishing up on a call and to have a seat. Considering they were 13 mins late they waited patiently. 35 mins later still no Jonathan. My wife needed to get to another appointment and left. Jonathan never called to even to follow up once. Not sure what happened between the nice phone services versus the in person service but not a place I would recommend to work with. Still havent heard from Jonathan. Wonder why?
Customer service at its best. Have used their service for decades now without any problems.
Thanks to the people at the Ability Center. They are always patient and helpful.
Bought a Van here a few years ago service was great. However over the years service has dwindled to appointment times with no employees there to meet you and then when you are there they pretty much ignore you
We had an issue with our 2018 Honda Pilot steering wheel that we were concerned with. Bryan diagnosed the problem and fixed it along with 2 other minor items! Very happy with the work and professionalism they showed!
That place was great they gave me all kinds of good advice about converting my van for my wife with a handicap and its not going to cost as much as I thought so if you really need something done to your van call these guys thats for handicap I mean ask for Jonathan
After a short wait I was helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful service manager. I would highly recommend this place for all your wheel chair lift needs.
Have been a client for years until yesterday. Realized they genuinely dont care for their clients like they should. Instead they take advantage of the disabled. Took my van in because the door was not automatically un latching. They had it for an hour and a half and came and said they needed about another 4 hours just to diagnose the problem. They charge $110 an hour labor. There was no way we were going to pay another 4 hours labor and possibly still not have the diagnosis! Meanwhile the nice man who took the van in told me he saw the same issue many times before and should be simple. However the man, Mark, who was doing our paperwork and charging us didnt realize the other man already talked to us. We talked to the manager, Kevin, because we were upset about being charged for no diagnosis. We just want to fix our van. He was worse than Mark. Terrible customer service. Just beware, they know how to sweet talk the vulnerable and overcharge them. So sad that this is happening.
There staff was very helpful in trying to find a vehicle that would work for me and my wheel chair
Installed new truck side lift. Works great. Vet. Approved. Thanks Josh.
Bought a used van. The service was great.
Works on handicap accessible cars.
