Crowded I waited in line for 7 mins,Not bad I got Korean short ribs I was in and out of the market. The workers were all wearing masks They had a hand sanitizer at the front door when you walked in.

The woman I spoke to was horribly rude to me, snappy and unhelpful. I called asking if they sold any meat scraps, organs, bones, hearts, tongues, etc and said that it was for my dogs because I feed a raw diet. She immediately snapped No we sell nothing for dogs. And I politely replied with They can eat the things intended for humans as well, I would just like to know if you sell these things.No no nothing for dogs we sell for people. And I replied I am mainly just looking for the cost on these cuts of meat please. And she yelled Why dont you just come in and look for yourself? And hung up on me. I will definitely not be coming in, at any point ever. And I know after this experience, no one I know will be going in either.

The lady owner is a very rude kind of demading approach to costumers, she thinks she owns the place then she can speak kind of loud ro anyone including her staff. Bad customer service, my last time coming here.👎👎👎. Put gloves so customers can see what youre selling, and pur a sign so people will know not to touch anything.

I have been calling this store all morning to order bbq steak on a stick for my sons birthday party they r his number 1 favorite steaks... and they have been hanging up on me on the 8th time I called they took fone off the hook this day is very important and for them to do that i did not appreciate it they r very rude and they deserve no stars they are disrespectful... I wish that u didnt hav to put a star because they deserve nothing...😠😠😠😠

The fat lady snapped at me. I was just asking how much the price was and she said shed charge me a dollar more because I was asking many times and that they have been there for 13 years. I only asked one time and theres several prices written for several goods. She was so mean and rude, very rude.She said why cant I see it when Inwas wearing glasses! Inleft their store and told the co-owner, what a rude lady the cashier was. Her ugly face really matched her personality!!!!! What a shame!
