I brought in my 2015 Mustang to their shop three weeks ago because my engine was knocking. They still havent started working on my car, nor have I been set up with a rental. My service advisor is difficult to get a hold of and has not once returned a call or reached out to update me on the status. I have left multiple messages for the general manager, who has not responded either. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My first time at this place terribly customer service at service department and they are rude and you stand in line for a very long time even tho I had an appointment they ignored me they didnt help and I had to walk away whit out a solution to my problem very bad service

Fantastic customer service! They got a lot of work sone in a few days and I got updates on progress. Easy to get in touch with them while truck was there and such great care they took. Really appriciate the people that work there. Everyone we encountered was amazing!
