Great friendly service, had to exchange some rain gear due to factory zipper issue and had no issues doing so. Definitely recommend this place to all workers from construction to nursing.

Quick on and out but Damm the privrst

Unfortunately they have permanently lost my business. I have a special need for two different size boots due to a medical condition and I asked them if any of their brands would be able to accommodate the need for two different sizes and the woman in the store informed me that none of their brands that they carry would be able to work with me and that I would have to buy 2 pairs of boots. At almost $200 a pair it would be unreasonable to buy two pairs. I did some of my own research and almost all of their brands will accommodate people with special needs due to medical conditions. My advise would be to go check out their competitors

Love Barebones the real working mans store. I have pretty much made Barebones the place to shop for quality made garments. Should they not have any particular garments I may be shopping for theyll find it. The staff in each of the stores are second to none. So helpful and willing answer any questions you may have. Pricing of the items are very reasonable for the market and quality of the merchandise. I have referred many of my coworkers & employees and friends to check the Barebones stores first before looking elsewhere. Keep up the excellent job.

We went into BareBones looking for work boots. I loved how the boots were layout by utility. I knew I needed steel toe boots and all the steel toe boots were in one place. The sales guy was super helpful, even got my size and suggested different sizes for different boots depending on how they fit. The store was clean and well organized. The people were great and the prices were good!

Well to begin Jessica is a very helpful sales person. This establishment has such a wide selection of Carhart products in the Sacramento area. I will always look here first before driving around town. The staff is very helpful. Products are moderately priced for the market.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but they never seem to have my size in pants or shorts. I dont want to order my and wait for it, if that was the case I could order my stuff from home but then whats the purpose of having a store if that is the case.

Anyone that has ever buy scrubs they never fit right and never have enough pockets. I went to the customer service counter and Shannon was standing there and she was about to make a phone call and I ask her if she could help me and she said sure and I told her what I wanted scrubs with more pickets.Shannon knew her product and was straight forward and asked me what color which was amazing because it really narrowed the search. She got me what I needed, but then they didnt have anymore in the store. She looked it up and found two other pairs for me and had them shipped to the store so I can pick them up and followed up with phone when they were delivered. Truly amazing customer service and the product is amazing just what I wanted!

Well after paying $230 for Redwing boots. Less than 4 months later, its winter. Soaked feet. Took back for Redwing guarantee. He told me to let him see the bottoms. Then told me they are too used! Its been less than 4 months! I feel scammed! This was a rip off.Update. Barebones employee is sadly mistaken as far as not returning boots. Need training on warranty policies as far as Redwing concerned. After much email correspondence I recieved an apology from Redwing and this new pair of boots. Barebones you were wrong. I tried to tell you but you honestly didnt care. Redwing also assured me they would contact you so you dont make these mistakes again costing me my time... Which equals money.

The selection isnt the best but they will order anything for you and the customer service is great! Great return policy in the big guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable. They do have a lot of Carhartt sweatshirts and jackets.

Not a good location to find carrhart i was looking for wolverine waterproof boots but they didnt have them in stock and i just kn ewe they would have them. Customer service was good just the lack of brands and variety

This Barebones worst asset is a female that insinuated for one of various possible reasons that myself (young, colored), my husband (young, white), or my daughter (1.5 years old) were going to steal something by insisting that we shouldnt shop without her assistance. No means no, and we will take our business to the next Barebones or online.

Always need new steel toe boots for work. its always good when someone knows a little bit about the workfield your in or know a little about steel toe boots, which ones are wide which ones are best for comfort, which ones are waterproof its always good. im always looking for waterproof and steel toe boots combined and i came in the other day on my day off and this lady helped me and she suggested wolverines and i never had a pair so i decided to try them out, ive been in them for a couple days now and their comfty without buying superfeet and so far not a drip of water has seaped through. thanks

Place is the worse to buy Carhartt clothing . They never have small,(511,185), and because Carhartt makes everything a size bigger a medium will not work. However,there is never a shortage of 3 xl or 4 xl. Guess I need to become a fat body instead of taking care of myself or just go to Work Wear which is a billion times better and has all appropriate sizes. Including a much larger selection. BTW,the hipster,blonde,ponytail wearing guy at the Barebones store in West Sacramento is a rude,self centered,moron.

There having a sale on dickies pants this weekend 2 for 1. But barely have any in stock... ? Ok, I ask the lady behind the counter and she says Id have to get them ordered and would take up to 3 weeks.... this is my 4th time coming here and leaving with nothing. This store never has what Im looking for.

I tried to return/exchange two Pairs of shorts that I hadjust bought 2 days prior. They said because I had remove the tags that they were not in new condition and I could not return or exchange them.I have a copy of my receipt and nowhere on their does it say if I remove the tags I would not be able to return them. Very badcustomer service next time Ill just stay with Walmart
