I highly recommend this place. I first contacted them on a Wednesday hoping they would have a banner ready by Friday and they did all they could to have it ready when I needed it. My experience with Signs Now was amazing! I typically used another company but when I had a super rush job they couldnt accommodate. I called Signs Now and not only were they able to print my special request banner the same day, but they were cheaper than the other company. I had a unique request with the banner and the production guys solved my problem and it turned out better than I had imagined. The customer service was great, the staff was friendly, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend and will be using Signs Now in the future!

I am a project manager for a solar and roofing company and I have used several other sign companies in the past. For some reason it is hard to find a good one. The placards we have made are the final piece needed to pass inspections on our installations. Previous companies Ive dealt with have been really hard to work with. Usually the issues are getting the signs in a timely manner, or at least when promised, and the prices can be outrageous.I was in the process of getting quotes from several companies, and I narrowed it down to two. One of them was Signs Now in Downtown Sacramento. I actually placed 1 order with each company and waited to see how it went. The other company promised a date and when I arrived to pick up the sign it was not ready as promised. We had to cancel inspection and wait till it was completed to reschedule again. This cost us time and money.The 2nd company was Signs Now and I spoke to Haley. I let her know what I needed and she made up a quote and sent it over. I approved it and it was actually done earlier than I expected. The price was definitely reasonable as well. I appreciated the great service and the product was perfect. I plan to stick with you guys as you have made the process pretty painless for me, and with my schedule thats what I was looking for. I ordered a simple wall sign for outdoor use with our store hours on it. I provided a jpg file and the resulting sign from that was perfect for our use. Very quick work and very good quality. Loved the price, too!

Our request was handled smoothly. I had contacted 2 other companies that said they couldnt or wouldnt even give me a quote. Signs Now is the only company that would give me a quote. Our 30 year old sign had been vandalized, so we needed to replace both sides. They communicated and promptly gave me a quote. Once accepted they were fast to schedule and install. When they brought out the signs the first time they didnt quite fit, so they took it back to the shop to fix it. Most would have just shoved it in and said it was done. Good selection of signs. typically order ADA, exit, and business to remain open signs. They typically have these items in stock. Can go in and pick up whatever i need. Takes about 5-10 minutes. The counter is always their to help.

Went there to have a banner repaired. The woman smiled and said yes we can do that for $45. The repair was one word on a black background measuring 8 x 12 and 4 grommets, about $2.00 worth of material. I thought they were overpriced since Fastsigns in Folsom does this all the time for $25 dollars. I suggest you use Fastsigns and dont waste your time with Signs Now. Which is where I will go now.😢
