I went in for an oil change and the service was incredibly fast, under 45 minutes from the time I walked in.The person helping me was friendly and sociable.I had to use the restroom which was clean and surprisingly, even the TV in the waiting room had something interesting that was non-political on.They put the reminder sticker which was printed, so I dont have to interpret it later, and made sure to reset my oil change light.It cost $72 and some change for synthetic, which is a bit higher than I normally pay for a 2008 Impala with a V6, but overall the service and experience was worth it.

Thinking this place would be convenient since Im close by, I went in for a oil change and left with a $1,000+ bill. Not knowing anything about cars, I was hoping to find a trustworthy mechanic. A friend told me later that the work they did was way overcharged and mostly not needed.

Went today to get brake fluid change, oil change and tire rotation on a 2016 lexus rx. Comparing prices with other places I looked at it was cheaper then most. First time using but the guy was straight forward and honest while I waited he continued to have good customer service with everyone even if it was news they didnt wanna hear. Going back next week to get the other car oil changed.

Whatever the opposite of honest and caring is, you will find here. They will quote you a price and then stick you with a bill thats double what you expect, without explaining why. Be smart, avoid SK. Wish I did

This is our primary repair shop for oil changes and engine light issues. They have also taken a look at a used car we were interested in buying. Very friendly and great service. One time I took my sons Chevy (used) to them for an engine light. He called and told me he checked and the part that needed to be replaced was under the cars warranty and even called a chevy dealer to make arrangements for me to take it in for free. They could have easily replaced it and had me pay out of pocket. Since then, even more so I recommend SK Auto to everyone!!!

Recently went for a smog check. Because I just got a new battery, my car didnt pass. They charged me for the retest because I used their coupon. So ended up paying more because I used their coupon, and because I was ignorant to the new battery situation. The dude couldnt care less. They lost a customer over $30.

I saw my Check Engine came on, so I dropped it off here. I was told my oil control valve went bad and needed to be replaced rounding out to $900. Got an oil change, took my car home because they said the piece is gonna take a few days to come. Two weeks passed and I took it to another mechanic and they told me nothing is wrong with my car. Luckily I only paid for an oil change and not the replacement oil control valve.

Horrible experience. Mechanic claimed he was experienced at BMW repairs. 4 days and $1200 later auto still in disrepair. They referred me to another shop. Took it to dealer was advised that the part was installed incorrectly and caused further damage to vehicle, an additional $625 expense. No restitution from SK, not even an apology.DO NOT GO HERE!! Will see them in smal claims court.

I just got my oil changed here. Fast service and friendly staff. The previous mechanic didn’t tighten the part all the way so my oil was slowly leaking but they cleaned it out. The price was really good too for a synthetic oil change.

They say, “There’s no such thing as an honest mechanic”! My Corvette wouldn’t start so I called for a jump start service. It started but I was told by the tow company service guy that I needed to replace my battery soon. I called a dealer on Florin Rd. & was quoted $189.89 for a replacement. I called another Auto Repair Shop & was suspiciously quoted $389.86.So I brought my Corvette to SK here & discussed the problem with Hardip, the mechanic. He said, “Let’s check everything out first before making a decision.” I left the car with them for 3 hours then got a call back that my Corvette was ready!” I went back to the shop & Hardip handed me my keys. It turned out that he found a small short, fixed it & my battery is in perfect condition that didn’t need a replacement! Best of all I wasn’t charged a single dime. This place is home to hard honest working class professionals! Will I ever come back? You bet your hiney I will & bring as many friends & family members’ cars with me!!! Integrity goes a very long way!

Was kind of upset with them today I bought a coupon from them on Groupon for front brakes and installment I told them in the being I had a coupon from Groupon for $47 in the end I end up paying $120 + the 47 they said the Groupon couple does not cover the type of brakes I need but no where on the coupon or small print does it say depending on the type of breaks you need I talked to the manager about it but he still charged me so I wouldnt ever go here again or buy a coupon from Groupon for here just a heads up and there a little pricey just for brakesUpdateIts only been 8 months and I need new breaks already. I was told the breaks they put on should last me 2 yrs. Ha yeah right all the money for nothing. So upsetting

Took one of my cars here for rear break replacement, had to bring it back the next day because my breaks locked up. They told me there was oil in the lines and that they didnt put oil in the lines even though they where the only people to work on my breaks and add fluid to them. A week later and I am still having problems with my breaks but I dont trust them to fix the problem and I took it to Midas. One thing they did do right though was put Freon in my other car, thats it.

Stay as far away from this shop as you can. Their mechanic Randy worked on my brand new Car at the shop in the middle of August 2017 and damaged my ABS system. He had me hold a prybar while trying to get to a few bolts and is now saying it is my fault. If you want a professional shop to work on your car, this is not the place.
