Got an awesome deal on used tires from this place today! The quality of the tires are great too, they passed the quarter test! The guy who helped me was friendly. I will definitely come back in the future when I need tires again. I definitely recommend this place over the ones down the street.

Went in for an oil change and they didnt latch the hood of the car when I left .hood came up and broke the windshield .they didnt want to replace what they damaged .afar was very rude and disrespectful.

They gave my brother an estimate got oil change and left his hood unlatched so when we drove away it flew up and shattered his windshield and bent the hood. They have refused to reimburse me or pay any share of my bill which was $549.. THANKS WORST AUTO SHOP EVER!!!!

Fast friendly an affordable

Great work at a fair price local too, quick in n out. Been here a couple times for a screw in my tire. This time got oil change, alignment, tires rotated and balanced. So far the handling feels better than when i bought it, and my gas mileage was dropping down to 46mpg, now its creeping back up to 50mpg this tank.

The staff was quite friendly. I went initially went in to get my tire patched as I noticed one of tire’s air pressure kept going low. They had informed me that the patch I had previously used on said tire was the issue since it was leaking air along with my tires being pretty worn, which they were but I was planning on holding onto them for a little longer. Thus, they asked if I wanted a new set of tires so I told them that is okay and they put on the new set, balanced them and all within 35 minutes. They were the same size tires as before just a different brand, used to have Michelin before, and the tires are great! Half the price of where I would get the Michelin tires with a 50,000 mile warranty as opposed to 80,000 but overall great experience. They didn’t pressure me into anything and were informative with the answers to my questions.

Great customer service and always very polite but today I notice that both the oil tech guys dont drain the oil completely the oil was still running and they just put on the drain screw and move on to the oil filter and this is for 2 different car i always get my oil change here but this is the first time I went out to peak

These people are incompetent. They do not even know how to mount and balance tires. My son had them mount and balance 4 directional tires for us and they put them all on backwards. You can see the word inside on the outside of all four tires. Luckily my boyfriend looked at them and noticed it since we are driving back to Utah today. These tires would have slipped in the snow. This is a huge safety hazard! When I called to get our money back, they said we had to drive all the way back over to them and they will fix it. We were in Elk Grove which is no where close to them. Plus, I dont trust that they will do it correctly the second time either. They refused to refund our money and the only place we could find to fix the tires on a Sunday was Goodyear. So we just paid $100.00 to fix their mistake.

I got 4 new tires and a couple lug studs replaced all in a timely fashion even though it was only a couple guys and alot of customers. Great prices and great service. Thanks

The service here is very quick. I need to get an oil change and the shop was packed with cars I thought I would have to wait a few hours but they finished my car in 30 minutes and let me know that my tires were starting to wear. 100% recomend.

My insurance towed my car with a flat and brought me to this place, parked my car, took 15 minutes to patch my tire and I was out quick.

Paid $70 for a new rear tire on Thursday. Got on the freeway and back of car started shaking really bad. I went back on 12/26 (Tuesday after the holidays). They would not listen to my problem and tried to convince me my car was shaking because one of my front tires was going bald? So these guys put a tire on, didnt balance it, and didnt want to fix their mistake.

Not very expensive. $45 for a pretty good quality used tire. I went there twice because my tread was real low and I blew one tire and the next one was close. So I came back a week later and had very little wait time both times. The customer service was really good.The guy I talked to was even nice enough to show me the tread on the different priced tires. Which meant rolling each one into the lobby and lifting them over the counter so I could get a good look and send pics to my dad, since I know nothing about cars. He really didnt have to do that, and was quite nice about it too. You know how some people can be quite passive aggressive about that stuff. He really wasnt like that. I greatly appreciated it.The lobby setup wasnt superb, but it was functional and clean. The second time I came in, it looked like somebodys kids left a mess of crumbs on the floor before I got there, but otherwise, no complaints.I would definitely recommend to someone else. It was such a quick, easy, and hassle free process. They didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt ask for, or sneakily over charge me because Im a clueless woman or anything like that. It was in, out, got what I needed, and done.They do brakes there too. I may even go back for brakes soon.

Bought tires there. Very comfortable setting while you wait. Everyone was very nice.

I went to have a hole in my tire fixed. they put a plug in and I went happily on my way. After about 200 miles of driving the sensor for a flat went off again. The plug they put in fell out and the whole inside of my tire was shredded. Im lucky I didnt have a blow out. Instead of informing me that where the hole was it was unsafe to plug, they would have gotten a new tire purchase instead of the 15 dollars for the plug. One guy was also rude on the phone and not very professional.

I was passing thru Sacramento for work and got a flat tire. I put a spare on and took just the tire in and asked to repair it so I can get back to work and eventually home in Modesto. They realized I’m in need and said it would cost $30 for simple patch, which at most cost $10 elsewhere. When questioned the amount the Manager got rude and said then that they cannot patch the tire because the nail was too big, which was a blatant Lie. So I went down the street to Les Shwab Tires and they fixed it for free and also confirmed that the nail hole is no where near too big. Never would I go back or recommend anyone to go to this rude and overpriced poor excuse for a buisiness !!EVER!!
