Have all three of our Lexus serviced here. I especially like that they provide loaners when the work will take a few days to fix.

Customer service is great, but dont even think about working on a price or offer, management will not bulge a penny. Could be rolling out cars like crazy, but do to greet we have to walk out on a used car that cost more than a brand new one.

Good customer service but repairing is just ok. They damaged the car twice while doing the repair. It takes longer and longer as day went by and I received calls from them that they damaged the car again and again... They provide a car for you to drive but expect something cheaper than your car and the driving experience is not great.

Took my 2016 Lexus IS 200 T to get its scheduled maintenance, great service, great job, loved the loaner, but not as much as MY car! This was the loaner

Cannot emphasize enough that Lexus is so well made, that Ive only ever used their service department for routine maintenance, (or tire and wheel damage of my own fault). So instead of focusing on grievous problems, they can truly focus on excellent customer service and I drive away feeling Ive been made whole - without bleeding tons of time and money. Thanks!

Ive been coming to this dealership for 16 yrs +/-. Most of the time, I have had great service, expectations. These past 2 years, the service level has changed, even more so this year 🤔

Answered all my questions and gave me the number to where I needed to take my vehicle for repairs.
