Im totally satisfied with repaired my car! Thank you, Raymond for amazing job. He was very nice and called me every day how my car is going. It was fast and and made very well. My car again like a brand new.

I was in a car accident, my insurance agent send me to this place to get an estimate. I always leave reviews everywhere I go, so I wanted to know exactly how long they will take to do my estimate, so I had a timer on. The guy spend 3.6 minutes on my car. After he came in, he was like: I will email you the estimate. The email never came. A week later, my insurance agent called and was like: I agree that autonation employee didnt go a good job on the estimate. Do you want them to fix your car? I said: if he rushed to do an estimate, he will rush on my car, so no thank you! I will never have my car fixed there. Im sure they do an amazing work, but literally when you spend 3.6 min on an estimate on my car, and then say that its $600 in damages, but in reality its $2,600.

My car looks AMAZING!! Not only did the car get repaired flawlessly, my car was fully detailed and looks brand new. I was offered the best price through Auto Nation Collision Center and I will definitely bring my car back if I ever need work done again. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated along the way, as well as made the process as quick as possible. Fantastic service!

I went in for a deep gash in my hood and scratches on drivers side door. It took them a week to let us see the car and when we got there i pointed out a paint bubble on the door and waved it off, saying my car had lots of little dimples and whatnot. But the man wouldnt let us take the car back, apologized and repainted the door entirely, let it set overnight, and we received the car the next afternoon with a brand new hood, fresh painted door, and even cleaned on the inside as a cherry on top! They also delivered my car when there was no other ride available. They take pride in their work and the price is well worth it. Would come again

Great place! Had my car worked on here after it was rear ended. They did amazing work, I couldnt even tell my car had been in an accident after they fixed it . They did the work quick and for great price!! I had the pleasure of meeting Caesar and Ron they did an amazing Job on my car! The girls at the front desk are very sweet. Im very happy I brought my car here no regrets at all!

Great service and very professional work. My mom, grandma, boyfriend and I have all had our cars in there at one point or another for auto body repair. The guys there always do an excellent job. One time we got the car back and the front bumper looked a tiny bit off set and we brought it back, the guys in the shop took the time right then and there to set it in just perfect. I highly recommend this team!

Great staff, and very well organized. Car ended up being a total loss, but the service we received was top notch. Had some delays due to the State Farm software, but that is on State Farm, not Thompsons. They agreed to re-do the reports for State Farm without protest. Ariel was very pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable of the process. They knew who I was before I even walked in the door.Thank you!!!!

I was a big fan of the previous ownership and was nervous about the new ownership providing the same great service. Sure enough they nailed it. I had some minor surface damage which turned out to really just be some paint transfer. The estimater took the time to answer all my questions and took the time to actually understand the extents of the damage, by using a solution to remove the transfer paint. I will continue using and recommending this shop.

Went to this place after my wife was involved in an accident and totaled her practically brand new Mercedes. The people over there were really really nice and very very helpful. After the insurance declared that the car was totaled and it was going to be removed from their premises my wife suddenly remember that she had left a couple of things in the car and called and talked the receptionist. They had alreadygone through the car and picked up the couple of things that they thought that we might need and had them ready when she called. Disservice was extremely professional and helpful. Hopefully you do not have to need their services but if you do it was a very pleasant experience for us

Everyone here is friendly, professional, and the service is prompt. The lobby area has awesome sports memorabilia mostly from our local organizations and teams. They provide coffee and water while you wait and have a restroom if youre there for an extended period of time. They are a well oiled machine and keep constant communication and updates with each department which means they can keep you in the loop in real-time on the status of your vehicle. Their location is visible from Auburn Blvd, theres a Dutch Brothers coffee in front of the building. Its not a fly-by-night body shop, they mostly do work in conjunction with insurance companies so your estimate will reflect prices and labor costs that are typical for insurance companies and the like, but in no way is it inflated considering the going rate for parts and labor at most fly-by-night shops. Their craftsmanship is quality, and they stand behind their work. Very comprehensive, they found damages that were overlooked in my vehicle by another area shop.

Great staff and service: Emily, Arielle, in the front office, and Janna and Jerry, the adjusters, have all been great. Unfortunately for me, I was a repeat customer, on two separate vehicles. Fortunately, they did great work each time!

Very impressed with Thompsons - I would definitely recommend them! After being in an accident I brought my car here to get fixed. There were several delays at the beginning (none of them were the fault of Thompsons). When I voiced my frustration at the delays, the owner himself got involved and made sure I got my vehicle back as soon as possible.

Didnt return phone call looking for estimate to repair my car

I recently had an accident and they handled all of the repairs. They explained everything and kept me informed if they found any extra damage. They made sure that I knew exactly what was being repaired and how much was my part of the bill and the part for the insurance company. They gave me a reasonable timeline of how long it would take to fix my vehicle. They kept their timeline. One issue I had is that they missed two spots on the passenger rear door. I had to bring the vehicle back and rent a rental car again. They kept their timeline again and fixed it right the second time. The second issue is that the window contractor that works with them disconnected my daughters child seat for no reason. Nobody from AutoNation checked it before they gave the vehicle back to me. When I said something to the claims adjuster from AutoNation, she claimed that they didnt do it because they had no reason to. Aftet talking to several other workers from the company, including her manager, her manager found out the window contractor did it. He was considering stopping the contract with them because he is a father and was horrified that it happened. I will use them again if I do have another accident. Hopefully I dont have to because I dont want to be in an accident anytime soon.

They are just awesome great girls in the front jerry was great got my estimate in got me in my rental they kept me updated on what was happening and my car looked awesome just like new
