Rushed after work to get my tire checked because there was a nail in it and I dont feel safe driving on it with my two kids. Online it said open until 6pm only to be met with closed doors. I knocked on the garage and the employees inside looked at me and continued their conversation. The sign outside also said they were open until 7pm.I noticed another employee heading to the door to get into work and followed her to ask them about hours. The guy that came to open the door said he didnt work there.Very disappointed.

Its currently 6:15pm and the auto area is currently closed although the hours online and in the window says 7pm. There are a couple of gentlemen standing in the garage area, but no one came to answer the question we had about what time they closed for the day. Maybe hours should be updated so time isnt wasted by someone trying to receive service by the designated time advertised.

Got 4 brand new tires on my car 2 years ago. Drove around 25k miles. Got my tires rotated and balanced by these people every 10k miles. They told me I needed new tires. I then go get my car aligned from a different shop. They called me to the back and said they couldnt align it becuase one of my tires was smaller then the rest. He said that could be why the tires wore out so fast. He also said a camber was off becuase the tires were not the same size. Anyways I went back into Walmart Tire center and explained this to the manager and he starts accusing me of driving crazy (thats why the tires went out so fast) . Mind you I drive a Prius to and from work and school around 20 miles each way. Manager offered to install one “free” tire. Even though the rest of my tires were affected becuase of their mistake. Anyways Do not go to walmart tire center no matter what you do. Employees and Manager were super unprofessional. Manager also tried to put the blame on me for not noticing that one tire is smaller then the rest. BEWARE OF THIS INSTITUTION

In last 4 days I bought two new tires and had them installed. Once I drove away my tire pressure registered 34/35 on the new tires and 30/29 on the two that were not replaced. They apparently didn’t even check the tire pressures except on the two newly installed ones - very unprofessional. Never heard of such a thing. Hugely disappointed ☹️

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!I gave this location 3 opportunities to get my business. All three times the Car care center was not open at 7am. (As posted)At the 3rd attempt I waited 20 minutes until they finally opened only to be told that the Oil change tech wouldnt show up until 9am.If you need it done now. Dont bother with this location.

Unprofessional. Employees take no pride in their job. I called this Walmart Tire Center and was immediately put on hold. I asked 1 question and get an unprofessional answer. I guess I should have expected that. You get what you pay for at Walmart. I went to Les Schwab and received great service and people who answered my simple question easily.

If you have been in other Walmarts, you’d find this branch great! Fast, clean, and good service!

Worst service ever. All I need is one tire changed and its going to take two hours for the job. Came the next day when they opened and was told to wait until 8am to change one tire. Worst service on the planet.

Girl in the auto care area was very rude and not friendly at all.. didnt seem to want my business.. told me there was a 3 hour wait and place was empty.

Patrick is an awesome individual. Great employee here at Walmart. He is definitely an asset to the company. Had a great experience. His customer service is outstanding always attends to the customer needs. This is my third time here and I only come back because of his compassion and human kindness. Thank you!

Dropped off car at 3 p.m. for balancing. They said they could do it but when I arrived to pick up the car at 7 p.m., I was told it wasn’t done because they didn’t have time. Total BS! Never go there again!

I normally dont do reviews, but had to for this experience. I went here and dealt with a younger man in the tire center. We told him the tires we wanted and that we needed four of them. He said he would go pull them and we could do our shopping and come back and pay for them. We wanted to pay then, but he said we couldnt do that. He wrote the number of the tires on his arm in permanent ink and said he was going to go and pull them so that they wouldnt get sold (they had 7 in stock). When we came back, he said they were sold and acted like it was no big deal. Then they wanted to offer us a tire that wasnt comparable to the one we wanted. A middle aged gentlemen helped us at that point and said that tire size is popular and they would be getting a shipment 2 days later and he wrote our name and number down and said he would call us on Monday. It is Tuesday and no call. We called Americas Tire Co. when we left to see if they had something close to the cost and value. They did, so my mother-in-law is getting her tires put on there as we speak. I LOVE Wal-Mart. Matter of fact, we are there at least once a week for their bargains, but we know how they run low on certain things. Tires are the same!

The Filipino mechanic has excellent customer service, today 03/11/2020 I was told I can come in when they open at 7am and to wait 1 to 3 hours, but this mechanic went above and beyond to assist me and took me right away and really knew what it ment when they say customers first in the customer service field of tire installation. I didnt see his name on his name tag and should of ask but he made this walmart auto center go up a star in my book. I give it 5 stars today. Thank you. Not saying any other race couldnt have done the same but I didnt get the guys name so hope the managers see this post. Hes the guy with glasses.

Made an appointment. Bc came in on a Saturday morning and wait was like 4 hours. Went in on another day had me in and out in less then a hour. Techs I dealt with were great.

Every time their excuse is we have tires, oil changes can’t be done.A simple oil change, 3-4 cars and they have to replace them st. 3 hour time.Either they’re lazyMove too slow or the via the app. A waste of time.

Patrick the Auto Care Manager, was rude to all the customers he dealt with while i was there to change my cars tires. I dont expect super friendliness from Walmart but rudness is just not acceptable.Patrick, if you cant do customer service, go find another job that will fit your rude attitude!!Damoni an associate was beyond helpful and friendly, and all other associates. The one star is and all the bad experience is because of the rudness of the manager.If i am not going back to this location again, it will only be because of how rude Patrick the manager was to his customers. I went there to change engine oil they Waste my two f hours after two hours the manager said they can’t open the filter manager was so bad talked to me she was the worst ever ( Walmart should need to hire good people to know how to open filter and change oil make customers happy Walmart business should be growing if not hire good people it’s getting worseI hope the Walmart owner should understand!

Idiots and lazy. Cant tell regular lug nuts from locking lug nuts. Said my car had special locking lug nuts and it DOESNT. Didnt even know what psi to inflate my tire Must be mechanic a school dropouts.

Pay extra and go to a professional tire center. Charged me for valve stems never put them on, tires leaked and do not believe they correctly balanced my tires as I have a shimmy that wasnt there prior.

Takes forever to get anything. Service, customer service... anything.
