Bad customer service. They interrupted me while I was trying to explain something and then put me on hold, and then hung up. Very rude! I called again and luckily got a nice guy (Kenny F.) he helped me out. So at least there is one nice guy.

It took me 1 month to get my item that I ordered but they told me they sent it back but they did not refund me my money this business is so unprofessional and it has fraud schemes going on I am already in contact with my lawyer about this business do not be a victim of their fraudulent ways save your time and money and go somewhere else the manager Chad Morris what is an Kenny they both knew what was going on they try to cover it up this business is so unprofessional I would not recommend anybody going to them at all. I do not want anyone else to fall victim to what I had to go through it took me two weeks to call them after already after already purchasing a item that they sent back and I did not receive but they did not refund me my money back until I called them that is so unprofessional please save your time and money no wonder why they only have two stars

Horrible customer service, spent $1700 there on an online purchase for in-store pick up. Called to check and see what I need to do to pick up in store. Spoke with 4 people, not one knew anything about online orders on their website.i asked if they can connect me to someone who manages online purchases, they didn’t know who manages their online store. It really is unacceptable, I can understand that every employee may not have knowledge of their online sales, but not one employee can get me to the person who can give me a simple answer as to when I can pick up an item I just paid for. I basically paid $1700 and now it’s a guessing game if I get my part or not. It’s been a full business day and no one can tell me if or when I can pick up my purchase. UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.

We will NEVER be using this place again. We bought a used engine here. We were told that we would get our deposit back when they pick up the old engine. A week after we bought the engine, I called them to come back and pick up the old engine. It took them almost a month to pick up the engine after numerous calls to them. 3 months later, Im still given the run around and no one seems to know where my check went as they claim it was printed a month ago but cant verify an address to where the check went. They dont return phone calls either. I have to call them every week to get the same update and again listen to their false promises of someone will call me back. I requested to speak to their manager but again was told he would call me back and of course no one calls. After weeks and months of speaking to many people from their sales people to their accounting dept to their manager, Im ready to give them pretty bad remarks and report them to the BBB. Three months later, I still havent received my deposit. I guess they are keeping it now since they wont give it back. I suggest that if you want to use this place, make sure you have lots of time to call them and deal with their unprofessional services. We spent over a thousand dollars on the used engine from them. They definitely will not be seeing this kind of money from us again. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else!

UPDATE: LKQ closed our account so we can never buy from them again after seeing this review!LKQ purchases parts from other dismantlers and resells them. They bought a few items from us (another auto wrecker) and returned them damaged a few weeks later. I emailed a ton of times for them to look into this and they kept putting us on the back burner and never got back to us. When they say We are getting with out manager they really mean they are doing nothing.They will never pay up. One time they called us a crazy man in an email!Beware.

1.5 hour trip from Roseville in traffic only to find that the part I ordered was wrong. Confirmed the part number, year make and model of my vehicle three times with Tom over the phone before making the trip. Pretty horrible experience and big waste of time. Will avoid ordering with them in the future.

Bad company purchased a differential at $800 dollars and had it installed and it locked up called them back for warranty exchange and they won’t exchange saying we didn’t put oil in it and we did my husbands a mechanic for over 20 years and knows what he does and wouldn’t run a differential without oil please be careful they just steal your money !!!
