Sales is sales so when your buying a car know that it’s a salesman’s job to sell it to you. Do your own research and you will be better prepared when it comes to the buying process. The sales team at Future Ford is decent like I said research your buys before you buy them. Their service department is what matters you deal with them after you buy. Thank goodness for my service folks because they have continuously been patient with me through out my process.

My sales rep was Sam Wared he was awesome. He was not at all pushy he asked me what my needs and expectations were what vehicle I preferred. I saw all kinds of cars that I liked he ran back and fourth in 105 degree heat to get keys and let me drive everything. I found 2 I wanted one was much higher but he never pushed it he did the numbers on both and let me make the call no up sales. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and the pmt. I have my old car serviced here as well Kevin in service is awesome his great care and attitude is what brought me into buy a new car I thought if everyone is like him well then this is where I eant to take my business. Needless to say I would tell everyone to try them first it was well worth it.
I really didnt want to leave this, but your sales call stalking has forced me. I took my car to get it serviced last month. I had a horrible experience. Was without a car nearly 3 weeks for something that took 2 hours. Since then, I have been emailed, called, texted, even had sales appointments set up that I never asked for. I have told every sales person to stop, remove my number, I am not interested. I cant afford this over priced car, I sure am not coming in to get a new one. But my old job just informed me that Future Ford called there too. PLEASE STOP.

I went to Future Ford because my local Ford dealership could not get me in just to do a test drive to see if there was a problem with my transmission. So I drove an hour away and they were more than helpful in taking the time to take that test drive and found that it was a problem with the transmission. So I made arrangements and took it back to them and they tore it down to find the issue and take care of it. Kevin Palmer my service writer was extremely helpful and always pleasant to deal with always keeping me informed of the progress an issues. I would definitely take my vehicle back should I need service.
I am a seasoned fleet buyer and did not want a retail experience. I started with Jacob on the phone who then handed me off to Chase when he was going to be out when I arrived to the dealership. I explained over the phone I wanted to get in and out no hassle. I wanted a fair price for my trade in and a fair price for my purchase. When I arrived I had checkbook in hand along with the title to my trade in. As I got out of my car Chase pulled up with the F150 Lariat I wanted all cooled down on a 104 degree day. The sales manager gave me a fair price on my trade in witching 4 minutes. Their was a slight adjustment to the purchase price on the truck I was buying with no back and forth. When I got to finance to fill out the paperwork it had all been prepared and highlighted for my signature. Ash was amazing and personable. I went to future Ford for a service inspection this morning at 7am and needless to say I was blown away by the service. The guys up front are awesome. I was checked in speedily. Kevin Palmer was really attentive and helped me understand the services that I was getting with my selected package. These guys even provided me with a shuttle to and from my home when my truck was finished. Their texting service is great and keeps you well informed about what’s going on with your service. Just traded in my leased 2019 F150 XLT 2.7L w Ecoboost for a 2021 F150 XLT 5.0L about 7 months early and they made me a good deal at Future Ford. It’s my second time working with them and I’m as happy with everything as I was the first time around. My salesperson Sam and his manager Dustin were both great to work with, and if it weren’t for them I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t have gotten it done. Looking forward to getting used to the new truck and putting her to work.

I was called in to re-sign documents because the dealer did not charge me the appropriate tax rate. I took time out of my Saturday evening and drive half hour to correct a mistake by the dealer so I could pay an additional $400 of additional taxes.I asked the finance guy who made the error that the dealer should put some gas for my trouble. He said the dealer would but no profit is being made. Not only that but I never heard an apology for his error or otherwise thanking me for coming in to correct his error. At the end he said now wasn’t that quick and easy. I was speechless. He was rude and didn’t even recognize the fact that I took time out of my evening to correct his mistake. I even asked that he should at least give me some gas. His response was that the dealer would but no profit is being made. Hard to believe with car prices so high. I will not visit another Future dealerships and will tell all how bad their service is and inconsiderate this one person was. Appalling!
Today was a perfect day it wasnt busy do it with the weekend people were very nice and courteous they even gave me a Lyft ride home and pick me up when it was time for me to pick up my car. They even cleaned out my car and clean my windshield without even asking they are superb service I would recommend them to anyone that loves Fords because they love their people

Kevin, Kathy, & Andy are amazing! They’re all SUPER knowledgeable & nice. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location is super nice & helpful! Lately Kevin has been helping more than everyone else & he keeps me updated while they have my vehicle & is straightforward with options. I’ve been told that dealership prices tend to be higher for repairs than other auto shops, but I leave KNOWING the repair has been fixed correctly by a certified mechanic at Ford—peace of mind is more important than saving a few dollars!
Had a great experience with Future Ford and specifically, Alex Panchenko. I couldnt decide between and F450 or F250. Alex was patient, let me test drive several models over two weeks and I finally settled on a 2021 F250 Tremor in Iconic Silver with a heavy duty tow package to accommodate the towing requirements of our business. I just cant say enough great things about Alex. Great job by Future Ford, and great Customer Service from Alex Panchenko!!! 5-Star service all the way.Also, this F250 is by far the best truck I have ever owned. Ive had it for about 3 months now and have already added some after market goodies from the guys at Norcal Motor Company in Auburn. Super pumped on this purchase!!! My name is Kevin posting this review from my wife’s account. I needed brakes and rotors badly, my driver side rotor was completely shot.. I had a certified pre owned truck that hasn’t even been driven 15k miles and I had some concerns about a few things and John in service really went out of his way to make sure my needs were met and my concerns were addressed. Everyone in that department were proud people, people that i would consider “real Americans” their beliefs are strong, strong personalities, and very genuine human beings. Although John is a busy guy and hard to get ahold of by phone due to him most likely helping customers in the same manner that he helped me, he was nice and considerate and was honest about everything.
Marcus and Alex are the best duo to have helped us yesterday in buying our very first car! The managers also did their thing in helping out as much as they can. Everyone was fun and chill, not pushy salespeople at all. Future Ford Sacramento is the best place to go to buy a car and they definitely are more than helpful! Marcus is also one to ask for once you arrive! What a wonderful experience and I thank it all to him.

Future Ford of Sacramento sold me a car that was wrecked, and the day after I bought it the whole electronic sync system went out. Tried for three weeks to contact manages and sales managers and received no calls back.So I scheduled a maintenance appointment online and was told those appointments are not for repairs they are just to talk to someone in service. Either way I was sold a wrecked car for $27,000 I mean the front bumper was held on by double sided tape!!! Not only was that irresponsible but dangerous can you imagine if it came off while I was driving! Either way I went back asking them to fix it cause I’m disabled and on a fixed retirement income and the told me they won’t do anything to fix the issues. I’m so sad and don’t have money to make my car safe to drive and worked my whole life for this car! It’s not much I know but it was supposed to be mine! I’m ashamed of future Ford I will never or will anybody in my family do business with them again over a $300 bumper. I suggest you don’t do business with them either. Learn from my mistake and do go through an unnecessary hassle.
2013 ford edge water pump replacement. Chris, the service salesman did what he said he would do within the time he said he would do it. Good communicator. Didn’t upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I will go back. Also, to the service manager, give the techs props for me, they never get recognized!
Best car buying experience I have ever had. Being buying cars for over 20 years and have bought cars from the east coast to the west and this has been hands down the best experience. Bought our car in May and was in and out of the dealership in under three hours. That included a test drive and the financing. Have had purchases where we have been in the dealerhip for over six hours because the financing portion took so long. Had a couple of things that we needed to bring the car back in for and the service department was fabulous as well!! Very respectful of the fact that I work nights and was able to work with my schedule instead of me having to work around theirs. Cannot recommend them enough to everyone I know. Thanks for doing such an awesome job!!

Great team work, I made an appointment for service the day before with Kevin and he was right there ready to go. He gave me a 2 hour window and delivered my car under 1 hour. They did a full inspection of my car and they confirmed my car just had a big maintenance service and that it needed nothing. I just purchased this car so i was afraid that i might need to spend some money on schedule maintenance so I was relief it needed nothing.Kevin was knowledgeable corteous and to the point.Thank u very much Kevin, you have a new service customer and I will recommend you to my friends.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I took my recently purchased car into this locations service center for a complimentary oil change service, what I walked out with was a check engine light, weird engine sounds, a coolant leak, a damaged cylinder, cracks in my exhaust and a damaged catalytic converter. All of which was perfectly fine before my service. DO NOT bring you car here for a service, unless youd like to spend upwards of $5,000 for damages they made to your car.
Very friendly place. They worked totally with the warranty we had purchased for our Ford explorer. Was a happy conclusion, they were very busy and it did take a few days to get the diagnosis, but once they had it my car was fixed immediately. And we had to pay zero amount of dollars. We have had great luck with Fords.
There’s an employee named Kathy at this ford who went above and beyond to help an elderly yesterday. Since I own a ford, I stopped by to get help to remove the head rest to fit a vinyl seat cover. Kathy helped fit both of the seat covers on for me, something that would have taken me quite a struggle to finish. It was such an impressive and free service.
The entire staff has always been incredibly attentive and helpful. I recommend this dealer to my friends when possible!
$100 oil change for my eco sport. So expensive and took 2 hours. The other Ford dealership I go to costs $70, they wash the car, and they have complimentary coffee and tea. But in the end I needed an oil change ASAP and they were the quickest option.
Service was very bad. Kept giving me the runaround on who to talk to. Supervisor kept being unavailable for some reason. Supervisor also never reached back out to me after leaving a voicemail. Spent hefty price for my car to get fixed, told me my car was in great condition but they didn’t even reset the codes on my car after getting it fixed so the same problem kept happening to. Took days to reach back out to me. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t bring your car here. Your only wasting your time & money

Best Ford dealership I’ve ever experienced. They took my concerns seriously and tended to every little thing I stated. They were able to figure out the issue within seconds of the vehicle being there and another Ford dealership taking several days on end to say they don’t see anything wrong. Kevin was my service advisor and treated me with respect, he provided me with constant updates about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
This place has a very wonderful selection of vehicles and they will find something just for you! The effort they go into getting something for you, without pressuring you to buy anything. That really just says a lot as many dealerships will almost pressure you into buying their vehicles even if overpriced.
